Never use @O2 recycle! sent them a phone that was in perfect condition & now they say the phone is damaged and are offering peanuts for it. If it’s damaged blame the flimsy packaging you send.

@O2 I woke up this morning to find I’ve been totally cut off. I can’t make calls, send texts or use my mobile data. All of this is kinda important for my work as I’m self employed - I can’t call your customer service line to see what the issue is. Can you look into it please.

@RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

Totally disappointed with @O2 customer service. A number transfer from a consumer account to business took 8 days when I was told it would take 24 hours. 3 phone calls to customer service and still not 100% sorted. #totallycrapexperience

There is always some kind of problem with my @O2 order. Its even more frustrating seeing on here people have just walked into the store and been able to collect the phone without the relevant email saying its ready to collect. How do they know they are distributing the right

@O2 I called yesterday and explained why hasn't a manager called me to be told I will send the manager a message snd he will get back to you, no one has. Awful service, disgusting how you have dealt or not dealt with should I say. I do not any part of this awful company anymore.

@O2 New sim with 5g is in the phone, but 5g auto data has been turned off as per instructions when I spoke to someone earlier via a works phone, I can use all other derives including texts. But calls don’t register. Just fail
