    Never use @O2 recycle! sent them a phone that was in perfect condition & now they say the phone is damaged and are offering peanuts for it. If it’s damaged blame the flimsy packaging you send.

    Totally disappointed with @O2 customer service. A number transfer from a consumer account to business took 8 days when I was told it would take 24 hours. 3 phone calls to customer service and still not 100% sorted. #totallycrapexperience

    @O2 It’s CF11 8AZ. ardiff City Stadium. My point is that I can hardly get any connectiveity with a 4G signal showing. Someone sat next to me with EE can connect. Granted it’s a sports stadium but this was 60m before kick off with barley anyone in there. Happens every match 1/2

    Hey @O2 who can I talk to about unlocking a phone. I've paid up and out of contact. Online form says no because of too many attempts ( no idea what my customer service code was) but I have all my account details.

    @O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

    @O2 2/2 it’s like someone deliberately switches off the internet on match days, but I’m sure that doesn’t happpen.....😉 Signal is perfectly fine there usually, & if it’s vol7me of people, why are other able to connect seems like an O2 thing as my son & daughter also have problems..

    @O2 I've had the same problem with EE, Vodafone and 3. They managed to sort the problem out within 4 hours. Three weeks later and you lot are still sending me demanding letters. Says a lot for your customer services. USELESS.

    @Apple @O2 Please help! I have the iphone 13 (Dec) it's no longer charging and stating the battery isnt a genuine part. I purchased this brand new. I am disabled and I'm stuck in my dining room on a hospital bed unable to move so I desperatly need a working phone!

    @O2 I've been on hold for 40 minutes so far.....wanting to cancel my contracts, wasn't given my pac codes I was just transferred to the retention team....hasn't filled me with confidence!!!!
