Gareth Thompson (@gareth_thmpsn) reported from Cardiff, Wales
@O2 guys is there a backlog in complaints? I responded to a complaint on the 06/10/20 no reply, 20/11/20 no reply. I’ve now sent a further email today and I’ve no faith in it being responded to. Original complaint was 04/09/20.
-
Gareth Thompson (@gareth_thmpsn) reported from Cardiff, Wales
@O2 There’s delay then there’s rude. Been 92 working days or 128 days since I complained. @o2 are making it deliberately difficult to contact.
-
Gareth Thompson (@gareth_thmpsn) reported from Cardiff, Wales
What is the point of complaining to @o2? Complaint sent 06/09 multiple times chased up formally 20/11 no reply now 06/0/21. Told someone looking at as a priority still nothing @MarkEvansO2

This weather properly has me over a barrel. Mistreatment by @O2 properly has me feeling down. My #CovidVaccine pain is bad. Some days the demons are just too much to battle...but today is not one of those days. Rest, relax, refocus. #MentalHealthMatters #BipolarDisorder

When you’ve not been able to make any calls or texts whilst at home for the last 2 weeks as your phone is constantly on no service! 😡😡 take your time resolving this issue @O2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Daniel Lyddon (@Daniel_Lyddon) reported from Cardiff, Wales
(1/3) Sad to say that @O2 are now trying to charge me for a service never used, when I cancelled a mis-sold contract within the 14-day cooling-off period. Almost two months later they're now saying they're going to charge me a late payment fee, plus the bill...
-
susan denner (@DennerSusan) reported from Cardiff, Wales
@O2 Customer service shocking! No service on phone since 24th May, SIX calls made to your call centre to resolve issue - now being told to wait for
-
S T Jones (@STJonesx) reported from Alway, Wales
Hi @O2 as you’re aware I’ve been on no service now for over 3 weeks, any updates yet or? Or do I just continue to pay £60 a month for a phone I can’t use unless I leave my house ?? If someone with a brain cell can get in contact that would be fab 👍🏻

Lela Patterson (@PattersonLela1) reported from Barry, Wales
Hi @O2. If you received a notification that a sound was played from my phone, please don’t worry. I was just testing out the Find My app on my iPhone, as I’ve never used it before, so I just wanted to check it out and see how it worked. Thank you and sorry. :)

-
Nick Thorogood (@nopantsuk) reported from Llanharan, Wales
@O2 my number should be ported to you today that I requested yesterday morning. I’ve had no confirmation texts or emails though and number still on old network. Any ideas?
-
Peter Williams (@meribelman) reported from Penarth, Wales
@virginmedia I would happily self serve online, via a browser or app, as you incessantly encourage me to do, but when the page says “oops something went wrong, we’re unable to change your package online”, its very frustrating. @O2 will help you soon!
-
Bristol Oli (@BristolOli) reported from Cardiff, Wales
@BS3Rob @O2 @WBA Been horrendous for weeks - Can’t complete a call without having to call back numerous times - BS3 probably the worst of them all but M4 corridor from Cardiff to Bristol is a close second

@O2 Absolute rot, not one single person I know could even log in, never mind buy tickets
-
oliverwilliamsimpson (@oliverw29827819) reported
@O2 You should be ashamed of yourselves promising o2 customers priority tickets when in fact you couldn't even log on to the app because its terrible. How is it that I was on it from 10am Thursday and it didn't even let me log on.
-
Mikey.M (@mike_mellish) reported
How long is it going to take to fix your priority app @O2 I’ve been trying since yesterday morning even though there’s lots of people managing to get Peter Kay tickets and I can’t even log into the app
-
NatG254 (@NatG254) reported
@paulhayley8 @O2 I thought the same thing 🤔 Already tried again this morning and still down

@O2 So why is the app still down! Absolutely shocking. Presumably the scammers crashed the site. #poorcustomerservice #O2Priority
-
Abi C (@abica12) reported
@O2 This is outrageous. What absolutely abysmal service. I don’t understand who has purchased the tickets as at no point was I able to even get into the app or the website. You have lost the trust of so many consumers.
-
Tracy Thomas (@fluffy19681) reported
@O2 First time I've ever tried to get tickets this way...what an absolute joke, website up, website down, thrown out time after time, you need to get your house in order 02 really thoroughly disappointed
