@O2 guys is there a backlog in complaints? I responded to a complaint on the 06/10/20 no reply, 20/11/20 no reply. I’ve now sent a further email today and I’ve no faith in it being responded to. Original complaint was 04/09/20.

@virginmedia I would happily self serve online, via a browser or app, as you incessantly encourage me to do, but when the page says “oops something went wrong, we’re unable to change your package online”, its very frustrating. @O2 will help you soon!

@O2 still waiting for a refund on a returned phone case since July...numerous phone calls resulting in last one on 11/10 we will take it off your phone bill for you but full amount taken today. Can’t get through on phones can you please advise as I’m pretty fed up with service

@O2 Struggling with no or little service at home at the moment and it’s becoming very frustrating. I checked the service checker and they comes back as ok. My phone says 1 bar but that doesn’t allow me to use the internet.

@O2 am assisting my disabled brother. catch 22. No passport or driving licence unable to prove his identity. obtained a PAC. told est. £406.49 of termination charges! He wanted to reduce his monthly cost but O2 shop said no. Been customer for years. Help please.

@O2 on the website it says to contact your customer services to change my name and other issues I want to discuss yet the only way I can get through to someone is to say I’ve had fraud occur! All I want to do is speak to someone why is it so hard. Chat is also unavailable

@O2 received replacement E-sim from stolen phone, activated, however 24hrs+ later its still not receiving data. Have a 2nd PayAsYouGo sim with working 4G so its not a local issue. Any ideas?

@O2 When I go underground on the Metro. I’ll see folk using their phone with no problem yet the second I go underground nada. Also York, as soon as I step off the train in York I struggle to get a signal.

Once again @O2 4G network below 1Mbps or none at all. Bloody pathetic. Why can’t we have a network that has sufficient band width to Work. Or better still why don’t they get off the arses and roll out 5G? They don’t have a roll out program because you can’t find out about it.

@O2 No access to WiFi at work and one bar of cell reception which is useless and your telling me to connect to WiFi for calls that I pay a monthly contract for lol. I have never seen it so bad and I've had the contract 10 years or more seriously thinking about getting it cancelled
