    @O2 am assisting my disabled brother. catch 22. No passport or driving licence unable to prove his identity. obtained a PAC. told est. £406.49 of termination charges! He wanted to reduce his monthly cost but O2 shop said no. Been customer for years. Help please.

    @O2 still waiting for a refund on a returned phone case since July...numerous phone calls resulting in last one on 11/10 we will take it off your phone bill for you but full amount taken today. Can’t get through on phones can you please advise as I’m pretty fed up with service

    @virginmedia I would happily self serve online, via a browser or app, as you incessantly encourage me to do, but when the page says “oops something went wrong, we’re unable to change your package online”, its very frustrating. @O2 will help you soon!

    @O2 Struggling with no or little service at home at the moment and it’s becoming very frustrating. I checked the service checker and they comes back as ok. My phone says 1 bar but that doesn’t allow me to use the internet.

    @O2 guys is there a backlog in complaints? I responded to a complaint on the 06/10/20 no reply, 20/11/20 no reply. I’ve now sent a further email today and I’ve no faith in it being responded to. Original complaint was 04/09/20.

    There is always some kind of problem with my @O2 order. Its even more frustrating seeing on here people have just walked into the store and been able to collect the phone without the relevant email saying its ready to collect. How do they know they are distributing the right

    @O2 on the website it says to contact your customer services to change my name and other issues I want to discuss yet the only way I can get through to someone is to say I’ve had fraud occur! All I want to do is speak to someone why is it so hard. Chat is also unavailable

    @O2 have now had a manager hang up on me because I’ve proven advisors have lied and hung up on me when I’ve asked questions or expressed I’m disgusted with their service. Does @MarkEvansO2 know his company is a disgrace with 0 compassion for customers with critically ill parents?

    @VodafoneUK worse thing I ever did was join Voda network I should have never let @o2 was with them for years and been with you guys since January and I wanna pull my hair out now. Always having problems with 3G well I want out now

    @O2 Gave me back £30 last month because the 4G speed is zero everywhere. So my bill was £10 but I still couldn’t use any data in most places I go. Now I’m back to full price and still can’t use data. Took 40 minutes to load a car parking app on Tuesday! The 10 minutes to pay. Crap

    @RachelOrr @O2 I am sim only. I am not fussed about handsets. I just need to be able to get phone calls and voice mails ! #o2 will never know how much stress they caused as the calls to try and get my voicemail failed

    @O2 Appalling customer service. Hours to get through, can’t help, departments closed, call back, go to store, try sim in another phone. Can’t return - #customerexperience shocking.
