    It’s come to something when you can get 4 bars of 4G signal walking between Benidorm and Albir in Spain but can’t even get 3 bars of 3G signal in Cwmbran South Wales 👀 @o2

    (2/4) ...from @o2 dated TWO DAYS after the issue was, I was told, cleared up. A call to #O2 #AccessForYou this afternoon shows the issue is cleared up and the letters are auto-generated because payments can take up to 48hrs to register with O2...

    (4/4) ...as being the fault of an automated system, without any recompense or any attempt to suggest that they can improve, is horrifying. I feel almost constantly threatened, intimidated, and abused by @O2 due to an issue that they caused, and they are making no attempt to fix.

    If it wasn't for all the free benefits I got with @O2 Priority, I'd ditch them. Their #CustomerService is abysmal. It's like being in some weird kind of abusive relationship: "we'll treat you like **** but give you lots of free stuff so you'll want to stay with us" 🙄😡

    (1/4) Not a week after I was horrifically abused by an @o2 #CustomerServices agent, and even after I settled the payment issue (ongoing problems with #O2 automated systems since last Aug/Sep) that very day, I have today received three consecutive threatening/#legal letters...

    @O2 disappointed with your coverage - been very poor for months now. No 4G anywhere and poor signal on 3G. Can’t use data without wifi. Tried all recommended tips. Can’t wait for my contract to end. After more than 10yrs, I no longer recommend @O2
