    @O2 your coverage in the Cwmbran area NP44 is shocking, no end of people on O2 post about the poor signal especially around the Llanyrafon and Henllys/TyCanol area. When we ask about if there are any signal issues we’re told there’s not, Vodafone, EE and 3 work prefect. 😖

    When you’ve not been able to make any calls or texts whilst at home for the last 2 weeks as your phone is constantly on no service! 😡😡 take your time resolving this issue @O2 !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @O2 why are you offering free Samsung products when you take out a new contract then @SamsungUK won't accept the contract, emails and receipts as proof of purchase? Disgusting customer service from @SamsungUK

    @O2 Already with o2 for my mobile and they are brilliant. This was for MiFi, someone recommended three but the signal is terrible. Waste of money.

    @O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? It used to be set up but for some reason didn't change when I used the Switch service to move banks and I'm fed up of being told I'm behind on a payment. Can I do it via the app? Thanks

    @Annabanana8008 @virginmedia @O2 Good luck to you and don't take any sh*t, you should be fully compensated for the absolute inconvenience. We had a little problem with our provider and they where excellent, understood the issue and before we asked they compensated us.

    @jasonmackenzie @O2 OK I once had trouble with EE (not for the mobile service but when I switched to broadband), it got so bad that I decided to go back to Sky. (NB now with TalkTalk, also not great for customer service but OK if nothing goes wrong.)

    Hi @O2 as you’re aware I’ve been on no service now for over 3 weeks, any updates yet or? Or do I just continue to pay £60 a month for a phone I can’t use unless I leave my house ?? If someone with a brain cell can get in contact that would be fab 👍🏻

    @O2 It’s been going on for months, I have friends dotted around NP44 and they all struggle making phone calls as they keep dropping out, it’s not something new it’s an ongoing issue. I’d change if I wasn’t tied in and I think you’ll find other would too if they could. So frustrating

    @O2 I've had texts from 02 stating I cancelled my direct debit....I DID NOT ! Then texts to state my number was being changed....!!! I've had the same number for many years, no way on earth did I request a new number ! All reported to O2... Promised call backs which never came !

    @O2 Last month I lost a device that I have on contract with o2 . I phoned customer services and explained that I understand I must keep up my monthly payments for the device but wasn’t prepared to pay for airtime that I wasn’t using. The advisor told me to cancel both direct debits.

    @O2 I have been bombarded with these for the past 3 weeks, around the same time I spoke to a O2 customer service agent who was working from home with regards to settlement of my phone plan. Since then I've had a few problems.. apparently O2 investigations in reference to my account

    I’ve been with @O2 for a little over a month now, and have almost no signal at all anywhere I go.. the first 14 days was average to useable, and now I can’t get online at all. Do I have 11 more months of poor signal or can I cancel my contract?

    @O2 can not believe how bad your data/network is. Can’t connect to the internet when outside. Whats the point in having 120gb when I’m only able to use like 5gb in a month. Get it fixed

    @O2, outside of my house my data works perfectly fine. Why am I having issues whilst in my house where I have @Virgin internet service? I prefer to use my data in home as I pay enough for it and also because Virgin’s internet is straight garbage. Fix it!
