    @O2 is there an option to setup a direct debit without making a phone call? It used to be set up but for some reason didn't change when I used the Switch service to move banks and I'm fed up of being told I'm behind on a payment. Can I do it via the app? Thanks

    @jasonmackenzie @O2 OK I once had trouble with EE (not for the mobile service but when I switched to broadband), it got so bad that I decided to go back to Sky. (NB now with TalkTalk, also not great for customer service but OK if nothing goes wrong.)

    @O2 No signal for two , now on the third day , all your help lines etc are busy , no support or help , not the best customer service but you will still take my money , not impressed at all

    Hi @O2 as you’re aware I’ve been on no service now for over 3 weeks, any updates yet or? Or do I just continue to pay £60 a month for a phone I can’t use unless I leave my house ?? If someone with a brain cell can get in contact that would be fab 👍🏻

    @Annabanana8008 @virginmedia @O2 Good luck to you and don't take any sh*t, you should be fully compensated for the absolute inconvenience. We had a little problem with our provider and they where excellent, understood the issue and before we asked they compensated us.

    @O2 I have tried 7 times and getting nowhere. I get promised call backs and they never happen. I just repeat myself on the phone for 15 minutes then someone hangs up on me when they say they are getting a manager. I need someone to reach out to me to resolve

    @GarethTheNerd @mhewson_MCH @O2 They do, but you’re more likely to lose or have poor connection with the cheaper package. I suspect the lower pricing means you get dumped at peak times or during routine maintenance.

    @o2 can you please explain why O2 coverage is pretty much awful anywhere you go? You claim it’s good, but often there’s no internet access and phone signal is intermittent. Search on here to see so many people saying the same. Been the same for well over a year

    Fair play to @O2 Made the move from giving them £48 a month to £20 on a sim only Signal and internet is now totally dogshite. For record I’ve been in multiple cities before you ask me to check. Bandits

    @O2 doesn’t take customer complaints seriously. Reported potential data breach and fraudulent case multiple times. If there is no meaningful resolution in the next five days I have to formally report it to the @Ofcom.

    @O2 I have DM'd about it, called about it and emailed about it. Nothings changed in 4 months except where before I could use the app, now it's not working too I have now 6 lines that I cannot pay unless I sit on the phone to your call centre for hours Shambolic to what you used to be

    Seems @O2 you’ve broken the fairly ok ish My O2 app as the poorly integrated webpage integration when you go to make a payment, rather than built in as before, isn’t working properly. It doesn’t link multiple accounts to outstanding balance (still) and Apple Pay doesn’t work.
