If you cancel your contract with @O2 and don't use the PAC number your contract will not be terminated I part exchanged my old @O2 IPhone for an upgrade with a new mobile network provider changing my contact details as part of the deal Beware £77 lighter in the pocket 💷 😔

Went in and they had no idea this was even a problem and refered me back to the phone. Missed a call from them on Sunday and have yet to get a call back. It's been an issue for like a month.

blueShrew (@totfinsol) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Simple. The last government scraped the plan to role out 5G masts which were to be built by Huawei which a Chinese company. Because the US don’t trust China they told us we couldn’t either and so the role out never happen. Any 5G bandwidth is being used by the war effort.

Stuart Semple (@StuartSemple85) reported@O2 Signal is always crap here I’m afraid. It’s the infrastructure that’s terribly poor and it’s showed up massively when I could get a full 5g signal in the remotest part of a Greek island yet can’t even get 4g in a village 3 miles from a big town here.

Andy Reynolds (@oit_andy) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Yep, I live in Milnrow, signal is fine there but if I drive up Huddersfield road or Todmorden road the signal completely disappears. It’s hilarious when they add another number to the “G” when some places in the U.K. haven’t event got 1G.
