    The customer service I have had the last 2 weeks from @O2 has been absolutely shocking. Disabled mum has been without a phone for 9 days now and getting no help when I call. ABSOLUTELY shocking service especially when we need to have a mobile for my mum! #Disgraceful

    @O2 O2 Recycle website is not working. Tried 5 different browsers, and three separate devices. The website loads, just won't let me carry out the O2 refresh. Decided to go via Sala Mobile.

    @StagecoachEScot @O2 A case by case basis suggests this is down to driver discretion. That discretion resulted in me being denied entry despite explaining the circumstances. Common sense would state the ticket expiry counter, not requiring internet access, running down, would warrant entry 2/2

    @O2 Cannot thank manager Chris & the rest of his team at the Falkirk store enough. Went above & beyond all my expectations, provided amazing customer service & genuinely left me feeling like they truly cared about me as a customer. Very happy, will certainly return to store again

    @O2 @virginmedia probably the worst mobile phone company to deal with. Customer service is a joke. Trying to resolve fraudulent activity on my account and no understanding. Abysmal. Please go anywhere else except them. Just cut me off now.

    @O2 when I took out my new phone contact few weeks ago, I chose my 6 months free @disneyplus (just within the 30 days I had to decide which to choose) as my “reward” - but I can’t find ANY means of activating it... Can you help please?

    @O2 Hi, unless you are able to apply the discount at the purchase then there is no point of a DM. When entering into a new contract I want that agreed & set in stone at the start. Bit late for me and my 3 contracts but maybe 1 for you to review for the future to help other customers.

    @O2 hi, I'm stuck as to how to cancel my Spotify subscription. As its billed on my O2 account, I see that you text "STOP" to the number 78660. I've just done this but am not sure if Spotify has been cancelled and I'm concerned about the charge for the text

    @O2 I have had the worst two days, wasting my time upgrading my phone and being told all manner of nonsense by operatives. Bills been updated, no phone though! Oh and a charger I had to buy separately. Very angry 😡

    @O2 Scenario 2. My 26-year-old daughter falls in her home and is seriously injured. She needs to call an ambulance to take her to the hospital half an hour away but cannot get a signal with her O2 phone that's she's tied into for 18 months.

    @O2 Scenario 1. My 26-year-old daughter is fearful someone is breaking into her house and goes to use her mobile to call the police. The station is less than 1 mile away yet because of O2 she cannot get a signal IN PECKHAM
