FYI! If you cancel your contract with @O2 and don't use the PAC number your contract will not be terminated I part exchanged my old @O2 IPhone for an upgrade with a new mobile network provider changing my contact details as part of the deal Beware £77 lighter in the pocket 💷 😔

Well having a mare with @O2 and @SamsungMobile promotion if you pre-order a Samsung s10 + you got ear buds. 30 days for delivery which was fine, that's came and went and second email saying further 10 days that's also about up and Samsung bumping blame to promotions. Service 👎

The customer service I have had the last 2 weeks from @O2 has been absolutely shocking. Disabled mum has been without a phone for 9 days now and getting no help when I call. ABSOLUTELY shocking service especially when we need to have a mobile for my mum! #Disgraceful

Also I don't know why I'm considering renewing my @O2 even if they did send me chocolates! Signal has been beyond terrible for over a year now. I tether to another phone on a different network when I go outside now.
