    @O2 hi I’ve had emails saying my Apple Watch has been dispatched and that I can track it from my account but when I login it’s not showing up as an order so I can’t... bit confused

    The customer service I have had the last 2 weeks from @O2 has been absolutely shocking. Disabled mum has been without a phone for 9 days now and getting no help when I call. ABSOLUTELY shocking service especially when we need to have a mobile for my mum! #Disgraceful

    @Barriestweeting @VodafoneUK I am with Vodafone as well. They are the worst ever for service. In middle of calls and cuts off. Trying to resolve issues with customer service is horrendous as well. Roll on October when I can return to @O2

    @O2 No contact again from O2. I have sent you direct messages. No reply. Why is your network down in FK10 and problems in FK1 FK2 . Please reply.

    @StagecoachEScot @O2 A case by case basis suggests this is down to driver discretion. That discretion resulted in me being denied entry despite explaining the circumstances. Common sense would state the ticket expiry counter, not requiring internet access, running down, would warrant entry 2/2

    @O2 Cannot thank manager Chris & the rest of his team at the Falkirk store enough. Went above & beyond all my expectations, provided amazing customer service & genuinely left me feeling like they truly cared about me as a customer. Very happy, will certainly return to store again

    @O2 Hi, unless you are able to apply the discount at the purchase then there is no point of a DM. When entering into a new contract I want that agreed & set in stone at the start. Bit late for me and my 3 contracts but maybe 1 for you to review for the future to help other customers.

    Been trying for 3 days to pay an @O2 bill using an @n26 @N26_Support card. Something to do with a German address format that it won’t accept payment. I’m in the UK... please fix. Tried multiple times .

    @O2 just a terrible, long winded and quite frankly ridiculous experience to sort out an issue. Two shops in two different cities, 1 hour 40 minutes later on the phone ( not an easy experience either, lack of knowledge etc). We were quite happy on EE until we were moved by Virgin

    @O2 what's going on with the service in the South Lanarkshire area been absolutely terrible the last 5months. Never had an issue before. Recently got the Samsung s22 ultra ever since then its been terrible. Can easily get a signal on my work phone which is vodafone.

    @O2 and now we find out that you have also charged for the service given (was expecting a charge) after asking and the operated did not know but continued anyway! Currently waiting on hold again to talk to someone about this. Really poor
