@virginmedia 3 calls totalling over 2.5 hours to sort out the wrong new contract I had been put on and told to expect a SIM card but now told I do not need one as an existing @O2 customer. further the background noise in your call centres is unbearable. Finally no calls backs when cut off.

@O2 And no MyO2 won't work because the number isn't in service so I can't register for it. It wasn't registered because I never got the paperwork because I cancelled within 24 hours. Apparently you can't provide any written proof that the account is closed with nothing outstanding?

@O2 when is the mast going to be fixed in st austell signal and data has been near on useless for over a month now and all your site says is your aware of the issue no mention of it being fixed!
