@O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

@O2 appalling service! Ordered a product 20/11 for next day delivery, payment taken then to receive an email saying out of stock. 4 weeks later still no item now being told could be 6+ weeks. Customer services not helping me at all & saying there is nothing they can do!

@O2 the signal issue in ct17 9sx and other postcodes in this area, is getting ridiculous! I cant be reached at all, i cant make calls i need to. How long until this is fixed!?? Can almost guarantee it wont reflect on our phone bills!

@O2 wtf is happening to your stupid horrible cheap signal!!! Every 5 mins my signal goes on my phone! Every 5 mins my 4g goes off and my internet, honestly you've got to be the worse company out there now for sure. You basically don't get signal with O2 anymore is that! #slow.

@O2 I can have 4g and full bars of signal but still won't be able to load anything and text messages fail to send. Calls connect to a mobile but there's no sound either end, but if I call an 0800 number for example I have no issues. I'm PAYG and get the £10 bundle each month

@O2 please can someone help me I just want to change my in activated extra from Amazon music to Travel inclusive bolt on. When I select my phone and tariff it’s offered I just didn’t know it was an extra so I selected Amazon music thinking the bolt on would be included!
