    @SkyHelpTeam what an utter joke of a phone network say you piggy back @O2 3G only hardly 4G and never 5G with an iPhone 13 in a 5G area! Want my phone back for 2/3 weeks to check my phones not faulty! Oh my work phone is an iPhone XR on @O2 4G everywhere! #skymobile

    @O2 changed contract and calls dropping, cant load data and 3g signal in 5g area. Customer service is diabolical and this has been going on nearly a month. Please help me as I need my phone!!!

    @O2 signal in Plymouth City centre is diabolical. They won't even make an effort to improve it. Can't wait to leave them.

    @AshScrivens @EE @O2 In my experience thus far. No. I can't even get access to the network on my new sim to call o2 customer services. I never had naff signal with EE and getting support with them was easy. I can't get a hold of anyone with o2.

    Another service problem with @O2 - in 2 months - this time with my mobile data .. which will take 5 days to resolve ? Can someone at customer services expedite the complaint and sort this out. Not impressed at all.
