Ordered a product 20/11 for next day delivery, payment taken then to receive an email saying out of stock. 4 weeks later still no item now being told could be 6+ weeks. Customer services not helping me at all & saying there is nothing they can do!

The very first time we have tried and all 3 of us were let down and very embarrassed at the till on all 3 occasions.
