    @O2 appalling service! Ordered a product 20/11 for next day delivery, payment taken then to receive an email saying out of stock. 4 weeks later still no item now being told could be 6+ weeks. Customer services not helping me at all & saying there is nothing they can do!

    Why is it impossible to actually talk to a human when on the @O2 app or website? It's just endless "help" articles or that very limiter Aura robot. You took £30 off me for nothing, and I want it back.

    @O2 @EE I’m bored of waiting for my old number to be activated on my new iPhone. PAC code was rcvd last Thursday and sent same day but still my old number hasn’t been activated on my new phone. I’ve been dealing w/this over in msgs but the responses are slow #poorcustomerservice

    @Ste_Tudor @O2 Nope. Two minutes outside of a massive city. Can’t get signal-regularly am in three cities due to work etc & can’t get signal in any of them. Phones been checked and I’ve had about three replacement sims. Family are all on o2 and we can only talk to each other when we’re on wifi.

    @O2 I got 549 pounds deducted from my account for a phone bill of 16 pounds. How is this possible? I need my money refunded ASAP. What the hell is going on?? I have been using 02 for years an this has never happened. I need this resolved now

    @O2 The support phone line hangs up on people automatically, no queue. If I could use a PAC code online, I would! But your system doesn't allow that so I have to call, and then the automated voice says you're too busy because of lockdowns, which ended years ago. What gives?

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Hi, could you let me know the email address of your CEO please. I am being overcharged for a new contract I took out in November. I filled out the web form. Spoken to Customer Services, I sent a letter on 18th Jan but no reply. Should be easy for VM to resolve internally.

    @O2 your coverage is shocking! The mynetwork app is pointless as you don’t do anything to resolve the problem. I have had problems the entire time I have had my contract on an iPhone 13 Pro with 5G. Whenever you call the centre no one helps or back tracks. Sort it out!
