    Sort it out @O2 I just sat on hold for 40 minutes because I’ve got a problem with my phone, finally got through to be put back on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off! I upgraded my phone because I thought it would be better not worse. I’ve had no service on either phone all day!

    @O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

    Hey @O2 just had a call from James (not his real name I'm sure) from O2 (01224007482) offering 40% off my bill. All I needed to do was give him the promo code that funnily enough came in an SMS that said not to give it to anyone including O2 staff. If only I was an O2 customer.
