@O2 absolutely disgusting service. No call centres and online page down for swap my sim. How is anyone meant to contact you about issues. I will be seeking my whole family's bill completely free for a few months when I get to speak to you. Diabolical that you fail your customers.

@O2 hi I’m trying to purchase a new Apple Watch but need to set up a DD first. Every time I ring up i get cut off. Also have a problem with my iPad and need to talk to someone about this too as only had it for 4 months

Sort it out @O2 I just sat on hold for 40 minutes because I’ve got a problem with my phone, finally got through to be put back on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off! I upgraded my phone because I thought it would be better not worse. I’ve had no service on either phone all day!

@O2 I am still receiving phone calls from a company called CV the last number they rang from was 0141 489 0715. Any idea who they are? The caller says they are an authorised O2 company. I never deal with third parties my contract is directly with you. Please advise.

@O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

@O2 I don’t have Wifi calling I don’t think. No the O2 network is shockingly bad, neither 3G or 4G allow me to make a proper phone call. Nothing I’ve tried has made a difference so I basically can’t use it for phone calls whilst at home

@O2 From what I can remember as it was a while ago when I first got the tariff, it was via a link provided to me in store with a code. At the time it said it had worked but looking at my bills it’s never seem to have been added.

Dear @O2 please can you help me. If I try to call people whilst connected via @virginmedia wifi it won’t connect or cuts out. If I try to call on 3G or 4G it either doesn’t connect or they can’t hear me and it cuts out. I’m getting mighty fed up with this!

Hey @O2 Why has the mobile internet signal in my area been so poor the last three days that I’ve been unable to stream any movies or upload videos to YouTube? In the last two months I’ve had more drop outs on mobile data than I ever had with Three Mobile over three years.
