    @O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

    Sort it out @O2 I just sat on hold for 40 minutes because I’ve got a problem with my phone, finally got through to be put back on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off! I upgraded my phone because I thought it would be better not worse. I’ve had no service on either phone all day!

    What a joke a mass in BS15 1NE as been not working 4 over a week and a half jd can’t use my phone. As as I’m not getting what I’m paying for I think it’s only right I get a discount on my bill as u can’t expect full payment when ur not providing a full service I’m paying for @O2

    @o2 The very poor network performance all over Bournemouth this week is exactly why I have decided to change networks. Using WiFi is great if you’re near a hotspot, but this shouldn’t be the go to response to cover your poor network availability.

    @O2 I know there’s no charge, but every time I turn my line on I get charged by O2. You keep telling me every time it’s because I’ve sent a message but I’ve not sent anything- I use a local number abroad. This is a recurring issue which means I can’t keep my O2 line on
