Sort it out @O2 I just sat on hold for 40 minutes because I’ve got a problem with my phone, finally got through to be put back on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off! I upgraded my phone because I thought it would be better not worse. I’ve had no service on either phone all day!

@O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

@O2 02 Accessories scam? Purchased AirPods in Oct monthly plan paid them off one time payment later over phone for £199.99 with 02 CS. Money never reached my AirPods. Bank account charged to 02 Balances. Many phone calls/investigations later 02 claim I never paid them? Scam?
