    @O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

    Sort it out @O2 I just sat on hold for 40 minutes because I’ve got a problem with my phone, finally got through to be put back on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off! I upgraded my phone because I thought it would be better not worse. I’ve had no service on either phone all day!

    @O2 never had such unhelpful service in the 18 years of being with you. Today at the Trafford centre o2 shop wanted to upgrade my phone and the general attitude was it was too much work and not enough time..1 hour and 40 mins before close. Ended up with no upgrade and walking out

    @O2 I’m busy for the next couple of hours but this is still ongoing and to be honest it’s unacceptable. Never had a problem importing a number between networks before usually takes an hour on the day specified , this is almost 2 days!
