    @O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

    Sort it out @O2 I just sat on hold for 40 minutes because I’ve got a problem with my phone, finally got through to be put back on hold for 20 minutes and then cut off! I upgraded my phone because I thought it would be better not worse. I’ve had no service on either phone all day!

    Quite appalled by @O2! Taken my money. Emailed on 6th October told I’d get a refund. Chased on 3rd November and told a week to sort (customer services). Messaged via Twitter and told they’d chase. Still nothing! Over £260!! #badcustomerservice
