    Well @O2 in centre mk, you've just lost 2 customers. There was 4-5 of you in there, 1 lady was dealing with customers. The rest of you just chatted to each other while we were there for 15mins. Not 1 of you asked to help. Off to find another shop.

    @O2 hi. Been having an issue with sending sms for several months - phone says the message failed but the recipient sometimes does receive it despite it saying that. Happens to other o2 users around me too.

    @O2 Your customer service is very poor. 60+ minutes wasted on the phone and live chat and still no resolution. Disappointed is an understatement #nocustomercare

    @O2 not happy 😞 Waiting on a new sim. Meanwhile my current one has lost ALL signal. Wi-fi won’t fix my family calling in an emergency or important texts. 2 days now.

    @O2 get your priority service working please. It’s utter balderdash that it’s down, more likely all your staff getting the Peter kay tickets to sell them in for a profit and sod everyone who actually wants to go and see him. GET IT FIXED

    @O2 Pretty poor service for priority tickets today for @peterkay_co_uk - Been trying for over three hours and can’t even get onto the website or app! Considering O2 Priority is my main reason for staying with you, and I can’t use it, then I’ll look to take my custom elsewhere..👋🏻

    We all knew that there would be a big rush for @peterkay_co_uk tickets, & that not everyone would get them (we’re not stupid) but really @O2 , having a system that at least gave us an equal chance would have been fair! Yet someone signed of the system as fit for purpose…🤔🤔
