    @O2 hi. Been having an issue with sending sms for several months - phone says the message failed but the recipient sometimes does receive it despite it saying that. Happens to other o2 users around me too.

    Well @O2 in centre mk, you've just lost 2 customers. There was 4-5 of you in there, 1 lady was dealing with customers. The rest of you just chatted to each other while we were there for 15mins. Not 1 of you asked to help. Off to find another shop.

    @CPWTweets It was a mobile number and it sounded like a call centre. At no point did the caller say they were from CPW until I asked. They wanted to offer an upgrade on my @O2 mobile.. I am a business customer.

    All these people getting pissed about @O2 being down all day spare a thought for all of us on @EE who have had to have their hotspot turned on all day and used all their data up just so you can keep your Snapchat streaks going.

    Mate, since transferred over to o2 I’ve legit had nothing but trouble with money coming out of my bank but then not ‘reviving it’ Honestly the staff I’ve spoken to have all been super friendly and lovely and have helped out but @O2 you need to sort your **** out man

    This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

    @O2 cut off the phone multiple times, both facebook and Twitter private message responses do not help with my query, live chat unable to help. You have added a default to my credit report for a contract I do not have. This is having a negative impact and must be resolved

    @O2 @oj_fowler Have been without service for 5 whole weeks. Can't verify details/access bank accounts. Still being charged full wack by O2. Told would be fixed 23/5, then 3/6 now 10/6. Partner has #O2 phone working fine. #Liars
