    @O2 hi. Been having an issue with sending sms for several months - phone says the message failed but the recipient sometimes does receive it despite it saying that. Happens to other o2 users around me too.

    @O2 not happy 😞 Waiting on a new sim. Meanwhile my current one has lost ALL signal. Wi-fi won’t fix my family calling in an emergency or important texts. 2 days now.

    Well @O2 in centre mk, you've just lost 2 customers. There was 4-5 of you in there, 1 lady was dealing with customers. The rest of you just chatted to each other while we were there for 15mins. Not 1 of you asked to help. Off to find another shop.

    @O2 disgusted by the credit referrals lack of response been waiting over two weeks and even your call handlers tell me I shouldn't be waiting.... Now we're at a bank holiday! It was bad enough as a teacher spending my lunch on hold but my holiday too! #sortitouto2

    @O2 @O2 yes I have and the last bill was paid the 2729 number still only takes me to pay your balance I want to speak to a person so what’s the best number to call or what extension sequence do I use sometimes only humans can help getting annoyed now

    @O2 any reason why I haven't got hardly any signal anymore and keeps cutting out? Over 3 weeks now. And funny enough no signal right outside an o2 shop. Think it's time to move on. Never been so bad with signal. And not just me lots of ppl spoke to in area same.

    @O2 used to be a good network, now I get 0 reception in my house. What a joke when I've been a loyal customer for years. I'm considering changing networks.
