    @O2 not happy 😞 Waiting on a new sim. Meanwhile my current one has lost ALL signal. Wi-fi won’t fix my family calling in an emergency or important texts. 2 days now.

    Well @O2 in centre mk, you've just lost 2 customers. There was 4-5 of you in there, 1 lady was dealing with customers. The rest of you just chatted to each other while we were there for 15mins. Not 1 of you asked to help. Off to find another shop.

    @O2 hi. Been having an issue with sending sms for several months - phone says the message failed but the recipient sometimes does receive it despite it saying that. Happens to other o2 users around me too.

    @MartinSLewis question on companies affecting credit ratings unnecessarily... Since @O2 joined with @virginmedia on an almost monthly basis my credit rating goes up and down (albeit small change) due to invoice creation and payment date vs credit update day.

    @O2 I tried calling no answer. Chat bot kept me still on hold since 7:19pm The app’s useless too — just loops when I request a PAC code. If support was closed, it should’ve said so. I need my PAC code without wasting more time. tell me how else to get the pac code

    Goodbye @O2 Fed up with your awful 3g service in and around #bristol This was before your inflation-busting price rise announced on Wednesday. Have also saved by ditching @virginmedia internet and its constant buffering (despite a good headline speed test). Happy bunny now.

    @O2 I have rang your customer services 3 times a day this week for an issue that has been unresolved for 3 weeks now. I have been on the phone for over an hour they’ve just cut me off without saying anything. I do not want to have to be on hold again. Worst customer experience.

    @Terristarfish @MoneySavingExp @O2 Txt PAC 65075 and you will receive your code that way. Once a new provider uses that Pac code your old contract will cancel down automatically

    @O2 hiya I've tried to cancel my contract on my o2 today, and on live chat but it got cut off. I've requested my PAC code, is this enough for you guys to take as 30 days notice please? If not can you put it down as I am leaving please.

    @O2 @MoneySavingExp I've been in store and returned the brand new phone and cancelled my contract.. went rather smoothly after all the years as an O2 customer, it's bye bye
