Lucky if I get 1 bar of 4G and once I can make a call I’m lucky if it doesn’t disconnect or if I move it cuts off… not great when paying a fair bit for a contract! #help

In Bristol I can’t make a call from home or text nor get onto the web. My phone is actually 5G and I’ve never seen that at all.

Even 5G, I’m still buffering! I hardly get signal anywhere, I’ve tried everything! Might change networks🤔 6 years with @O2, sort it out guys!

David Carrington (@DW_Carrington) reported@O2 I spoke to someone about changing a click and collect order (I don’t have the photo ID), they were going to cancel it and call me back to reorder (as apparently you’re completely inflexible re changing things). No one’s called back and the order is still live on the a/c.
