@O2 hi i live in the postcode area OL9 , for the last 3/4 months the signal has been horrendous!! Lucky if I get 1 bar of 4G and once I can make a call I’m lucky if it doesn’t disconnect or if I move it cuts off… not great when paying a fair bit for a contract! #help

Third time since November that @O2 have had a mast down in my area leaving us with no service for weeks at a time. What on Earth do I pay you £50+ a month for?!?! No compensation ever given either it’s an absolute joke!!!!
