    Really want to upgrade my @SamsungMobile s7 edge with Vodafone to a @HuaweiMobile p30 or p30 pro on my @VodafoneUK contract but they're so expensive compared to @O2 :( 7 YEARS a customer, and no deals to be had

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

    @O2 Thanks. The problem is apparently our line is faulty and no one can come out to fix it. So it would need to be router that doesn’t need a line 👎🏽

    7 hours on the phone to @O2, going round in circles, varying levels of incompetence demonstrated, zero responsibility taken on their behalf, and still no resolution. Tell me how I’m supposed to pay off my contract when I’ve had to cancel my bank card due to your fraud 🤔

    @CFOXY5 @adz232 @O2 Your not the only one who is angry. I got an iphone XR off them 9 months ago. It doesn't connect to mobile or data & is now a paperweight. 02 refuse to even look at it let alone repair or replace the peice of junk. The customer services won't even tr me to the repairs department

    @O2 unbelievable, as customers for many years, I have just called your sales team to purchase a new product and told, I haven't got training on the products so I can't help you !!!! Really poor customer service, perhaps it's time to move our business elsewhere #o2 #poorservice
