    @O2 disappointing that o2 treat us like **** after 20 years as both a personal and business customer. Seems they’re happy for us to walk away. Clueless customer service. No attempt to help us.

    @O2 An absolute customer service Omnishambles. How can you sell tickets to customers who can’t access the platform to buy them? Spent hours trying to access platforms. Been an O2 customer for nearly 15 years, and seriously thinking of going elsewhere after today.

    @O2 when are you going to sort out the capacity issue in Manchester CC? Your data is a disgrace. Couldn’t use my bank app to unfreeze my card even tho on 5G, had to leave my shopping behind and missed my train!! This capacity issue has been going on for so months!!
