    Most mobile providers now offer 'Internet calling' which means mobile signals via Internet. If you don't have a mobile signal your broadband will carry texts and calls. Therefore if you can shop online, you can recieve a text! @BBCNaga @Moneybox @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

    trying to get a credit off @o2 is an absolute nightmare, 3 months they have been promising it’ll be in my account! Fuming!🤬 Worse customer service ever! I can see me getting away this long with not paying my bill! Worse than useless!

    @O2 I have been a customer for 4 years and every time I call I get 'we are unusually busy and you may be waiting 15mins'. I would suggest your resource planner needs sacking. Pusz poor customer service yet again.

    @O2 hi, I’m sorting a new SIM for a relative. He’s an O2 customer (old phone; large SIM card; PAYG). He’s moving to an iPhone which he has already so we just want an O2 SIM-only deal. Can we move his number from his old/big sim to the new/small one?
