Lucky if I get 1 bar of 4G and once I can make a call I’m lucky if it doesn’t disconnect or if I move it cuts off… not great when paying a fair bit for a contract! #help

So what’s the point in telling me to use the network checker?

It’s not the environment as this is something I experience everywhere (in Leicester, in Manchester, on trains, at festivals) - but your signal checker says I have good 4G.

I have spent over 10hrs on the phone, with no resolution, had all our SIMs cancelled without being told so, and dealt with clueless and unhelpful customer service reps.
