Clare (@clare_jeffs) reported from Stockport, England
They told her they are affiliated with @O2 and apparently do not offer cooling off periods. How can they miss-sell to a vulnerable lady with a brain injury and not cancel it. @plandotcom DISGUSTING.
-
Doctor Bass (@Dr_Bass) reported from Manchester, England
@O2 Hi, my 4G signal over the last few months has been dreadful. I’m currently sitting with 3 bars of 4G and waiting about 10-20 seconds for a picture to download. I thought it was just me but seen plenty others complaining.
-
Dave Wright (@DaveWrigh) reported from Manchester, England
@BruceDevlin @grantmathieson @O2 I work in the industry (not for O2 though, although I have had internal dealings with them) and that does seem like a very odd course of action to recommend. DM me with your issue if you want and I’ll see if I can point you in the right direction?
-
Adrian Simcox (@eagleeyedferret) reported from Urmston, England
@O2 3/3 only conclusion I could reach is that your call centre staff are under pressure to make more calls and now routinely disconnect customer calls after a period of making no progress. What do you think??
-
Grant Griffiths-Mathieson (@grantmathieson) reported from Manchester, England
@BruceDevlin @O2 Has she maybe assumed data protection issue
-
DJ Nerja 🇺🇦 (@CurryInTurry) reported from Manchester, England
@O2 @purpledolphins7 They didn't help me. They didn't apply the increase in speed. In fact they said I could have 1gig for £30 extraper month. False advertising and liars!
-
Gemma ≅ (@SimpaticoGem) reported from Walkden, England
Tell me why with my @virginmedia wifi and my @O2 phone contract, MY WIFI CUTS OUT CONSTANTLY AND I HAVE NO SIGNAL ANYWHERE I GO?! Thought being a customer of you both was supposed to reap massive benefits for me?

@O2 Yes the original problem is still not resolved. Can you DM me please to sort it out as I’m not wasting any more time with your shocking overseas call centres. Have you not realised by now they are a false economy?
-
Marcus 🇬🇧✊🏾 (@elgobsucram) reported from Manchester, England
Always good finding 3 unknown direct debits to @O2 2 months *after* reporting fraud, especially after they refused to refund the charges to gambling websites I’d never even heard of

@O2 2/2 both occasions the call centres were noisy. Call centre operative didn’t speak very god English. Both operatives complaining their systems were slow or not working at all and putting me on hold for long periods.
-
Zack Hallam 🐝 (@ZackHallam) reported from Manchester, England
Why does @O2 refuse to give you internet connection whenever there’s more than 4 people near you… Surely there’s enough infrastructure in Manchester to support 4G?! Every single time I’m in a city centre, my data just doesn’t work. It’s a joke
-
Joe Holmes (@J0eH0lmes) reported from Stockport, England
@joe_fush @O2 I've been trying to log into my @O2 account and you keep sending me text messages with codes on to log me in, but with absolutely zero signal I can not receive the codes to access my account 🥴

Pee'd off at @GreggsOfficial and @O2 three weeks in a row with priority debacle. One week over charged, last week paid for my own this week walked out. Staff not trained in the offer and Greggs not responding to customer service emails. More Greggs issue than o2.

Gareth Terrace (@garethterrace) reported
@O2 Yeah.....it's not an intermittent issue and it's not my device - it's your entire network backbone dying under people trying to use it. Please, I beg you - get that Reddit thread in front of someone who makes network capacity/improvement decisions.
-
Natasha Tobin (@NatashaTobin8) reported
@O2 Is O2 down I have no network?
-
Wayne Pedley (@r3d_f1v3) reported
@O2 What's going on with an ongoing network issue (at least 2 1/2 months now, with no end in sight)? It can sometimes take multiple attempts to establish a call (both incoming and outgoing), and calls drop repeatedly. Help me O2-Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope!
-
Hayley (@H_Pooky) reported
So disappointed in my service from @O2 😭 I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and had no problems until now which is such an shame. Upgraded my phone a couple of days ago and had to phone 3 separate times since then, due to different errors being added to my account.
-
Jay (@join4te) reported
@O2 Day 1 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
-
David (@DavidMccall67) reported
@O2 just lost a customer of over 6 years today with your shocking customer service!
-
Sophie Elizabeth (@Swagphiie) reported
@O2 I recently received a sim card for yourselves through Virgin media. I can't login as it advises my account isn't active? I have sent you a DM if you could help please.
-
Nathan Stevenson (@Bazzer247) reported
@O2 24 hors later and still not able to send or receive any calls or texts, and no data. Not even a word from you to say if there is a mast down or anything in the ellesmere port area. Cheers for the crappy service
