@O2 yet another upgrade blunder!! Went to the trafford centre store asked about phone comparisons, the advisor had no idea.. Asked about the contract "above my pay grade mate" seems all she wanted to do was sell me a watch.. Very poor!!!

Got tickets for Skunk Anansie via @O2 Priority but they are etickets with no physical counterpart. Presale elsewhere has physical tickets for same price, and I can't help but wish I'd known about that one instead. I have almost all my ticket stubs for the last 2 decades!

@O2 spoke to at least 3 people a day in a week and my phone still isn’t working. very unhappy with your service and that every single person I have spoken to has told me something different. I don’t trust you as a company and im praying that they release me from contract #OverO2

@O2 Just like to say a big thank you to a member of your staff at your Widnes store. Went in today because of a problem with my SIM card. Checked and replaced within minutes. No fuss, just good customer service. Didn't get the lads name unfortunately, but he was brilliant.

@O2 recently got a new O2 sim and transferred my old number to it, now I can’t send/receive iMessages and I’m not getting verification texts from certain apps so can’t set up my online banking! 🤬 O2 online chat incredibly slow to reply - very frustrated
