    @O2 just to give Jake at o2 Oldham store a review as I don’t know where else to do it! First class service even with technological failing in the store helped my upgrade on 01/05/2021 helped me upgrade to iPhone 12pro max best customer service I’ve received from o2 thanks Jake

    @O2 known issue affecting quality of calls and 4G reduced to 3 G. Spoke with your Helpdesk who are aware of issue in BL3 area but no fix date. Why am i paying for a service i cant use. Been told to use wifi or hotspot. Been happening fir weeks now.

    @EE @O2 So having been happy with O2 I find to upgrade my phone They put me to EE. After a nightmare of transition I find EE transmitter problems are common with a fix by within 16hours and yet I get ‘excellent coverage’ - conned

    @O2 Yes, service on old sim. Put new sim in this afternoon at around 1.30. Haven't received anything, but was told when I signed up that the number would begin porting when I put the new sim card from o2 in my new iPhone
