    @O2 please can I understand my refund for an order has not been done? I spoke to a customer representative after a week now and been told that itโ€™s not on your system so I canโ€™t get a refund? So why was a deduction made from my account and why was a receipt issued afterwards?

    @O2 Have changed phones and need a micro sim card. Have PAYG with credit so want to keep same number and credit I have. Ordered a sim card online a week ago and nothing has arrived. Can you help please? New phone sat unused as canโ€™t put standard size sim card in it.

    @O2 hi i live in the postcode area OL9 , for the last 3/4 months the signal has been horrendous!! Lucky if I get 1 bar of 4G and once I can make a call Iโ€™m lucky if it doesnโ€™t disconnect or if I move it cuts offโ€ฆ not great when paying a fair bit for a contract! #help

    @O2 how can you sell a phone, take the money then tell the customer its not in stock and not tell them when it will be? Absolute disgrace of a company. Trying to get in touch with customer service is a joke.

    @O2 I have no issue with waiting so long as you will have it in stock? I was told next Saturday on the phone for delivery this am and then received an email to say it's not in stock. Hence the confusion ๐Ÿ˜•
