    So @O2 take the bar off my phone at 1700 hours and nearly 6 hours later the bar is still there even tho they told me it would be removed after 10 minutes, not like I need to use my phone or anything. I’ve only been a customer for 12 years and only spent about £5000 on them

    @O2 Hi. Yes, she is unable to relay the code to me. I was also told that, in order to cancel the account entirely, I’d also have to relay a code. I registered a security word when I set the account up. I’ve provided this. But I am still unable to admin/run my account. This is crazy.

    @O2 I phoned and the woman I spoke with said the amount showing in 'usage cost' was my overall bill as opposed to being in addition to what was showed under 'handset cost' which I've never know to be the case before. Is this correct?

    Oh what a surprise. @O2 have yet again failed to take my direct debit payment. Every month I call and they assure me the next payment will be taken but it never has. Sheer incompetence!

    @O2 awful service. Called to pay my device plan in full, was on the phone for >1 hr spoke to 5 different people in 5 different teams that couldn’t help (Customer Service, Retentions, Payments, Billing & Upgrades). My dog would’ve give a better service than what I received today!

    @O2 oh,&the Odeon offer had also disappeared from my saved offers for no reason,further stopping me from being able to purchase the free ticket.This perk is a big pull for staying with O2,but if I can never access it, what’s the point. Never had this problem a few months ago.

    @O2 @sevendotzero Nearly 10 years on and 4G and 5G service in London Bridge (SE1 2RT) area is still appalling. My work phone on BT Mobile gets approx 100Mbps on 4G, my personal phone on O2 gets between 0.8Mbps and 2.3Mbps.
