    @O2 Thanks. The problem is apparently our line is faulty and no one can come out to fix it. So it would need to be router that doesn’t need a line 👎🏽

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @O2 I tried that and I got through. Couldn't fing what I needed. Tried again later on username and password incorrect even though I wrote it down. This happened a few times

    I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

    @O2 if I could afford would cancel my contract with 02 just awful providers in my view, nine times out 10 u may get one bar but even if u get two or 3 service so slow. Not happy

    @O2 hi, I've waited about 25 mins to get through to cancel my contract and as soon as I checked to see if they would ring back if we get cut off, because that seems to conviently happen, and the person has now left us on hold (for a long time) without even notifying

    @O2 hi, I ordered a new phone almost a week ago and paid £50 upfront to be told I’d receive it in a couple of day but so far nothing!! I just rang 202 and they’ve now sent an email saying it’s out of stock! Help please?
