    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @O2 so I cannot transfer my old number to my new sim with o2. 2gb £5 month but can upgrade my existing number to a better deal £8 month 35gb even though I only use .55gb a month. If I cancel my old account I cannot keep my old number even though I’m out of contract ! What a con

    @O2 I would’ve much preferred to have done that on the call on Tuesday, he said he couldn’t help me and I needed for it to be looked into and then I’d be called back. Believe me, I also didn’t want to drag this out, which has been going on since my first contact over 1 week ago.

    When I joined @O2 around it must be 10-12 years ago now, it was one of the better service switch decisions I had made, now I literally cant wait to get off this platform, I have a phone that cannot get data at all where I live, its literally impossible to even browse at times #O2

    @O2 @NFFC69Will The worst thing is that you've removed help via X messaging. I went into a shop and they couldn't help, rang 222 and they couldn't help so I bought a Vodafone sim. All I wanted to do was to set up an auto top up!!!
