@O2 Hi, yes I’ve spoken to someone but it’s still not sorted out . I’ve to ring back again which is awful. I was sent the wrong phone I sent it back Monday and it’s still not been received . I paid my last phone off so I could upgrade . I’ve been billed fo the wrong phone as well .

@O2 shocking service from o2 in Wilmslow. 5 new handsets through business and a few can’t be processed due to error. Assured error would be corrected today, it was but then it wasn’t. Messed up my morning yesterday, afternoon today and still two missing handsets.

@O2 was meant to swap my number over to you guys from 3 network but you haven't!!! So that means I'm still running two phone contracts! My 3 contract ended on monday!! They wont cancel my contract until the number swap is done !! Please help!

@O2 Day 32 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
