I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

@O2 I would’ve much preferred to have done that on the call on Tuesday, he said he couldn’t help me and I needed for it to be looked into and then I’d be called back. Believe me, I also didn’t want to drag this out, which has been going on since my first contact over 1 week ago.

When I joined @O2 around it must be 10-12 years ago now, it was one of the better service switch decisions I had made, now I literally cant wait to get off this platform, I have a phone that cannot get data at all where I live, its literally impossible to even browse at times #O2
