    @MDOG_Manchester @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK I have been with them around 15 years too and I can’t even message people sometimes in the city centre. They offer absolutely no help whatsoever just same old bullshit replies

    @O2 Thanks. The problem is apparently our line is faulty and no one can come out to fix it. So it would need to be router that doesn’t need a line 👎🏽

    @oneladyshow @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Honestly, couldn’t even send this tweet in city centre if I was on O2 Something about a mast being down. For three years. Simple reason is, they don’t have enough coverage here so they lie about it.

    @O2 Hi, I don’t mind the wait time but when u try and ring through I get told my enquiry can’t be dealf with anybody and then then you hang up the phone

    Got tickets for Skunk Anansie via @O2 Priority but they are etickets with no physical counterpart. Presale elsewhere has physical tickets for same price, and I can't help but wish I'd known about that one instead. I have almost all my ticket stubs for the last 2 decades!

    @O2 I tried that and I got through. Couldn't fing what I needed. Tried again later on username and password incorrect even though I wrote it down. This happened a few times

    Turns out I've been blocked from O2 and my phone blocked off the network because I work shifts and couldnt answer my phone. Now I cant even ring their 24 hour helpline to sort it out. @O2

    @O2 It’s the automated ‘your NI has been suspended by the crime agency’ ones. Every single time for days now. Every time I block one, it’s a different number the next time. Uncanny how it’s happened as soon as I moved to your network.

    Got so stressed at the @O2 store I have come to Ole & Steen to eat cake. I literally speak to o2 once every 2 years (to update contract) and even then they are the worst!

    @almaraabgarian @O2 I don't even want to speak to them at the moment with how stressed I feel having spent almost an hour and half in store and the manager refused to help cause of an error made by o2 customer service. He told me I should complain haha.

    been getting prank calls from an @O2 number. So Contacted O2 customer services to ask if they could contact their customer and ask them to stop. Nope, they can't be bothered, too lazy.

    @O2 seriously what's going on with the S10 security updates?! It's more becoming a joke! Last update was March 2021 security patch. We're nearly into June and still nothing for April or May. @SamsungUK can you shed any light on this problem, as a company you promised updates?
