    @O2 when will the 4G signal be back to normal working order? Is COVID still a factor in this? I'm sure the signal strength was cut short due to more people working at home etc.

    @O2 hi, how can a serious look at serious lack of 4G signal strength be looked into? I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(

    So @O2 take the bar off my phone at 1700 hours and nearly 6 hours later the bar is still there even tho they told me it would be removed after 10 minutes, not like I need to use my phone or anything. I’ve only been a customer for 12 years and only spent about £5000 on them

    @lmjwoww @O2 Exactly... their response didn’t help at all as I had already been on their website. I would say they don’t currently have 5G in Manchester. Contradicting the info on the website. 😡

    @virginmedia @O2 I have activated the volt through my 02 app and it says I’m ineligible for volt as virgin media isn’t available at my address.. yet I’ve been with Virgin media for 5 years at my address with broadband. Can you advise why it’s saying this please? And what you will do to fix it ?

    @O2 Hi there. Is there any plan to expand eSIM support to PAYG in the future? I’m with Vodafone for my main Pay Monthly SIM, but use an O2 PAYG SIM as a second incoming line, and I’d love to be able to have the O2 one as an eSIM in my iPhone.
