Lucky if I get 1 bar of 4G and once I can make a call I’m lucky if it doesn’t disconnect or if I move it cuts off… not great when paying a fair bit for a contract! #help

O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

Nothing to say messages are received or read and if you accidentally swipe off after chatting with an advisor for almost 30mins, no option to return to the chat. Waste of time and energy, you could say it’s a waste of o2.
