@O2 Hi. Yes, she is unable to relay the code to me. I was also told that, in order to cancel the account entirely, I’d also have to relay a code. I registered a security word when I set the account up. I’ve provided this. But I am still unable to admin/run my account. This is crazy.

@O2 known issue affecting quality of calls and 4G reduced to 3 G. Spoke with your Helpdesk who are aware of issue in BL3 area but no fix date. Why am i paying for a service i cant use. Been told to use wifi or hotspot. Been happening fir weeks now.

Beware the @virginmedia upgrade tricksters. They ask for your D.O.B then create an account with @O2 without your permission and flog you a sim that you didn’t ask for. When you phone to complain the call centre folk acknowledge its happening and cancel it. ***** scamming bastards

@O2 We’ve been doing that with no avail. Was always the first Monday of the month and there have been none of late. It’s one of the main reasons I stay with o2 as the coverage where I live is awful and has worsened over time. Perhaps time to consider other network providers
