    Oh what a surprise. @O2 have yet again failed to take my direct debit payment. Every month I call and they assure me the next payment will be taken but it never has. Sheer incompetence!

    @O2 just to give Jake at o2 Oldham store a review as I don’t know where else to do it! First class service even with technological failing in the store helped my upgrade on 01/05/2021 helped me upgrade to iPhone 12pro max best customer service I’ve received from o2 thanks Jake

    @O2 known issue affecting quality of calls and 4G reduced to 3 G. Spoke with your Helpdesk who are aware of issue in BL3 area but no fix date. Why am i paying for a service i cant use. Been told to use wifi or hotspot. Been happening fir weeks now.

    @O2 Hi. Yes, she is unable to relay the code to me. I was also told that, in order to cancel the account entirely, I’d also have to relay a code. I registered a security word when I set the account up. I’ve provided this. But I am still unable to admin/run my account. This is crazy.

    @O2 paid extra to have phone delivered by 12 today, on the dpd app it's still in depot so no chance of it arriving by 12, called @DPDgroup_news they have confirmed its still in depot and to contact o2 regarding the charge for the service that I have not received.
