    I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    Really want to upgrade my @SamsungMobile s7 edge with Vodafone to a @HuaweiMobile p30 or p30 pro on my @VodafoneUK contract but they're so expensive compared to @O2 :( 7 YEARS a customer, and no deals to be had

    @O2 I tried that and I got through. Couldn't fing what I needed. Tried again later on username and password incorrect even though I wrote it down. This happened a few times

    @O2 Thanks. The problem is apparently our line is faulty and no one can come out to fix it. So it would need to be router that doesn’t need a line 👎🏽

    @O2 just to let you know your customer service sucks. Your chat ends at 8pm and your staff member stopped responding at 19:53 knowing I’d be cut off at 8pm. Bravo. Maybe I won’t upgrade after all. I’ll find somewhere that offers decent service instead

    @simonhouston68 @O2 I reckon u need to get them to accept your messages are a complaint, insist they treat it as one and then ask them when they 'started the clock' in terms of issuing you with a deadlock letter. Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!

    @O2 Ended one of my 02 contracts as couldn’t do anything close to the other networks. Second one will be ended next month and third one a few months after that. Then no more 02, and all because you don’t value your customer’s. 18 years of contracts coming to an end ✅

    @O2 I’ve Done all of those as has a number of colleagues who also have an issue with using data whilst we’re at work. A few of them have already switched networks and are experiencing a significant improvement in their ability to use the internet!
