@O2 hi, how can a serious look at serious lack of 4G signal strength be looked into? I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(

So @O2 take the bar off my phone at 1700 hours and nearly 6 hours later the bar is still there even tho they told me it would be removed after 10 minutes, not like I need to use my phone or anything. I’ve only been a customer for 12 years and only spent about £5000 on them

@O2 ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Been waiting for a phone to be delivered for 2 months!!! DPD confirmed it never left their depot and can’t find it, yet WE are the ones that have to chase this up with you. O2 promises call backs and you hear nothing from them!!
