How **** have @O2 become? I’m sat in the middle of Altrincham with 3/4 bars and 4g connection and I can’t even do a Google search. Both O2 and @virginmedia have become so poor since they merged, shocking from 2 companies that I have been with for well over 15 years.

After a week of trying to find out where my dhl parcel is one relatively short wait on the @O2 customer service line and i finally got throigh to a helpful person who eventually found out my oackage is lost!! Honestly DHL are one of the worst couriers iv experienced 🙄

@O2 I've got a fraud case open with your team due to a fraudulent account being created in my name, but I've not heard anything back in weeks. I've raised a complaint but again, nothing back for weeks. I'm now receiving payment demand letters despite the fraud case existing.

@O2 @WhithamJosh I cover the whole of Yorkshire with work, everywhere i go it's not stable dropping out all the time and it's not just ne as I say, since the 'merge' with virgin it's been diabolical, and the online chat help is none existent now. Can't wait to leave after 12 years

Pretty bad customer service by @O2. Upgraded to the #TeamPixel 7 Pro after being told I could get a free Pixel watch if I did. Then told after the sale that I didn't purchase it within the promo period so I can't get it! Staff in the shop unwilling to help.
