    @O2 given that there is a reduced presence on the phones why can I not pay a lump sum off my device plan online I’ve tried the messaging service and no response for over an hour it shouldn’t be this difficult can someone please help

    @O2 hi, how can a serious look at serious lack of 4G signal strength be looked into? I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @O2 when will the 4G signal be back to normal working order? Is COVID still a factor in this? I'm sure the signal strength was cut short due to more people working at home etc.

    I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

    @lmjwoww @O2 Exactly... their response didn’t help at all as I had already been on their website. I would say they don’t currently have 5G in Manchester. Contradicting the info on the website. 😡

    @O2 Way to go o2 the stupidity is unrivaled as your answer to why I can't talk to a person on the phone is to use my o2 app which doesn't solve my issue, the great detective work there is amazing and purely the dumbest one I have seen yet

    @O2 I’m using an iPhone 12 on a monthly contract - done every diagnostic / sim swap etc and nothing works. It’s not specific to my handset - other users on our work account have some issues, handset replaced - your network, it’s sub standard. I get 3G at best approx 70% of the time

    @hughedens @Shireen_5 @O2 I've just recently join O2 at the start of the year and had nothing but issues with service/slow internet. Was told this morning they don't promise a fault free service so they won't do anything about it. its pathetic

    The third party terms state that they buy data about you when they get info from @O2 . They also collect location data, and anything else they can get from your device. Including recordings of videos. I have tried to report this to o2, but they either hang up on me or do nothing.

    @O2 i have sent you a DM as this is the 3rd month in a row with the same issue 2 air time payments and 1 device payment set for the agreed time of payment due on the 20th 1 device plan been unauthorised payment due by the 8th when will the lies end and i get properly compensated
