    haha, just had an (obviously scam) phone call from someone who claimed to be from @O2 … when they asked how the service was and I said it was poor, they hung up

    Hello @O2 your network coverage across the UK is awful: there’s about one street in Manchester where I get a useable 4G signal and nowhere else. Definitely isn’t my device as I’ve just been abroad and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

    @O2 Well I said I am having problems with my 4g, you told me to follow the guide which told me to use the network checker, I showed you the results of the network checker and you said 4G isn’t about speeds. So what’s the point in telling me to use the network checker?

    Pee'd off at @GreggsOfficial and @O2 three weeks in a row with priority debacle. One week over charged, last week paid for my own this week walked out. Staff not trained in the offer and Greggs not responding to customer service emails. More Greggs issue than o2.

    @O2 Hi, my 4G signal over the last few months has been dreadful. I’m currently sitting with 3 bars of 4G and waiting about 10-20 seconds for a picture to download. I thought it was just me but seen plenty others complaining.

    @O2 Yes I’ve checked and logged in and apparently I was alerted previously my bill was going up extra which was outwith my agreement increase and I had a limited time due to this to terminate contract freely. I don’t wish to do that but I do wish my bill to be less like before.

    @JohnTillUK @O2 It’s the same where I live, the main town centres are down, the mast near my house is down, the time they take to fix their dated masts is ridiculously slow, over capacities as well from Sky, Gif GaF, Tesco etc aren’t helping, I’ve never known it this bad

    Why does @O2 make it so hard to be a good customer? Yesterday, due to terrible service, and for them going to my bank for a DD I did not owe, I received compensation of £50. Today, they threatened to cut my services and report me to Debt Collection Agencies. They sent me SMS and an email, yet apparently, the £30 compensation they offered today, I can not have because I had the maximum compensation yesterday for another matter.

    @samuelevolpe @O2 It’s been three weeks since @O2 sent be an upgraded phone that was blocked due to a fraud claim on it….still no closer to the issue being sorted absolute the worse company staff don’t have a clue
