Steve Dower (@zooba) reported@willmcgugan @O2 Doesn't sound any worse than any of the rest of them, tbh. Call their line to cancel your service, then tell them exactly what you need in order to not cancel and you'll probably get it. That line is the real customer service.

We have tried online and the app and website both lead us down the same path caught in an authorisation loop.....
