    @O2 beware of what you get told and sold by o2, they’ve ripped us off in a big way. Customer loyalty counts for nothing. After over 20 years with them, we can’t wait to go elsewhere. As unhelpful as it gets

    @O2 Vodafone no longer exists in Malta it is now Epic mobile will i roam onto that network as Go Mobile data is extremely slow

    @O2 The number is 07568707863 but you may aswel remove it cus the sim is going in the bin with any letters I receive. Your help was redundant when I started recieving threatening letters. 02 is THE worst network I have ever been on and I won't be coming back.

    @EE Your reception in Scotland has been terrible. Frequently down to 3G or E or no reception. Brother on @O2 has 4G and full service. I’m sorry it’s not good enough, very disappointed 😔

    @O2 I got a notification text on Friday to say I had used all my data, but the app is saying I have 1GB left, and when I switch to 4G I have an exclamation mark next to it in the bar at the top of my screen, and the internet doesn't work. Any idea what's causing that?
