@O2 Are you able to confirm, without directing me to your website (which doesn’t answer my question and does not help) when 5G will be available in Manchester? Thank you

  • DWATKINSON Daniel Watkinson (@DWATKINSON) reported from Urmston, England

So @O2 take the bar off my phone at 1700 hours and nearly 6 hours later the bar is still there even tho they told me it would be removed after 10 minutes, not like I need to use my phone or anything. I’ve only been a customer for 12 years and only spent about £5000 on them

  • kellyvmckeown Kelly McKeown (@kellyvmckeown) reported from Oldham, England

@O2 3 days trying to pay off my device plan and no one wants to help ! Keep being told I’m being put through to the call centre only to be put through to some working from home who can’t help #Disgraceful #cannotwaittoleaveo2

  • anthonylawson79 Anthony Lawson MBE (@anthonylawson79) reported from Mottram in Longdendale, England

@O2 hi, how can a serious look at serious lack of 4G signal strength be looked into? I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(

  • anthonylawson79 Anthony Lawson MBE (@anthonylawson79) reported from Stockport, England

@O2 when will the 4G signal be back to normal working order? Is COVID still a factor in this? I'm sure the signal strength was cut short due to more people working at home etc.

  • Victori54706021 Victoria Louise (@Victori54706021) reported from Meltham, England

@O2 signal in HD9 4 not available AGAIN I spent weeks earlier in year with intermittent issues due to "unsble to access to a mast". This keeps on happening. Fed up of paying for an intermittent service.

  • kellyvmckeown Kelly McKeown (@kellyvmckeown) reported from Oldham, England

@develogue @O2 Offering me Footie is an almost guaranteed way to make me not use your service :) and I still don’t need that much data :)

  • anthonylawson79 Anthony Lawson MBE (@anthonylawson79) reported from Stockport, England

@O2 is the 4G signal across the country still being limited due to covid?

  • lizzielichfield Anna Taylor (@lizzielichfield) reported from Salford, England

@O2 Morning, I got a free subscription to @calm when upgrading which shows on my account however no instructions how to access & it’s not linking to my @calm app. Please help.

  • kellyvmckeown Kelly McKeown (@kellyvmckeown) reported from Oldham, England

@O2 It keeps cutting me off because I’m not calling to upgrade cancel or report fraud it’s frustrating to be told to call and then I’m cut off

  • Mr_Ricker79 Ricky Gwilliam (@Mr_Ricker79) reported from Manchester, England

@lmjwoww @O2 Exactly... their response didn’t help at all as I had already been on their website. I would say they don’t currently have 5G in Manchester. Contradicting the info on the website. 😡

  • claireshaw2188 Claire Louise (@claireshaw2188) reported from Wilmslow, England

@O2 please can you advise me who to contact to share amazing customer service from one of your team in your Wilmslow store please?

  • _Mikki1993 Mikki (@_Mikki1993) reported from Bury, England

@O2 I phoned and the woman I spoke with said the amount showing in 'usage cost' was my overall bill as opposed to being in addition to what was showed under 'handset cost' which I've never know to be the case before. Is this correct?

  • BeverlyMacker Beverly Macker (@BeverlyMacker) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

@O2 why does this ALWAYS happen?! On hold for 30 mins only to be cut off when you tried to put me through to customer services!! Do you realise how infuriating that is why haven’t you called me back?!

    @O2 I don’t give a ****

  • jakesanders89 Jake Sanders-Rhodes (@jakesanders89) reported

@O2 @Apple Not letting me upgrade online… anyone else having this problem?

  • thenewgalaxy Dr Richard Bate (@thenewgalaxy) reported

@O2 Got there in the end. It would be nicer as a customer if the upgrade process was slick rather than being a bit of a battle… been with o2 for 20 years now and it’s become harder every time.

  • NathanLockwood_ Nathan Lockwood (@NathanLockwood_) reported

@O2 your app and website down?

  • shellbryson Shell Bryson (@shellbryson) reported

@CivicLilly1 @O2 I absolutely don’t have too, more of a comment on poor system design. Things should not *break* under load.

  • ilockyer Ian (@ilockyer) reported

@O2 the 4g signal in Exeter has been poor all day, constant buffering on media etc.

  • josephwgregory Joseph Gregory (@josephwgregory) reported

@O2 @Apple Wow those device plans are awful! You can get a stand alone 150GB plan from O2 for £20p/m, so why is it £5 more when bundled with an iPhone? The same applies with 3GB for £20p/m when you can get it stand alone for £6p/m Hard miss on this one, I’d rather buy from Apple.

  • benjaminlfc Benjamin Webster (@benjaminlfc) reported

@CivicLilly1 @shellbryson @O2 Because if you don’t order on the first day the delivery dates get pushed back and back they’re went to October within minutes direct from Apple so if they can’t keep with demand being the actual company that makes them then network providers have no chance

  • jenirehtak Katherine J (@jenirehtak) reported

@o2 my data roaming doesn't work on pay as you go! This happened twice now and my phone is definitely switched to roaming! So annoying, didn't have this problem on pay monthly.

  • meljodmor11 Mm♡ (@meljodmor11) reported

@O2 is there a problem with your service? My signal is weak … 2 bars and everything is slow… constantly happening nowadays
