But I am still unable to admin/run my account. This is crazy.
-
James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, EnglandHello @O2 your network coverage across the UK is awful: there’s about one street in Manchester where I get a useable 4G signal and nowhere else. Definitely isn’t my device as I’ve just been abroad and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

Al Nickson (@BaldeyAl) reported@O2 @TomTugendhat My signal is always terrible. How come it often shows 5G and I can’t even get a page to open? We pay so much for our tariffs and the service is worse than ever.
-
Profile Critics (@BooksProfile) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom, you were in power for 14 years and did nothing about reception on trains. This government is sorting that problem out. Just needed to flush out the Tories.
-
🅓🅜🅨🅡🅒🅡 (@dmyrcr) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Your lot had 14 years. Maybe you should’ve campaigned about this then to your pals in government. Instead you did **** all
-
Paul ▶️ (@customerchamp1) reportedWho remembers when @O2 customer service was good? Since the merger with the appalling @virginmedia it's been absolutely diabolical. Trying to help a vulnerable relative, been on hold for 45 minutes 🤮🤮🤮 to reset his password. Shameful.
-
Snow&Fairways (@IcyFairways) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Sane with three. Garbage.

Jo Harrington (@1joharrington) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 UK 5G is dreadful. -
𝒂𝒏𝒏 𝒎 (@a_n_n__m) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Canterbury has dreadful mobile network coverage too. Wherever else I go in the world, it’s not a problem.
-
Barbara Richardson (@Barbara25122320) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I’m in Dulwich too. Wasn’t it Boris and his cycling Czar who gave us cycle lanes and closed roads? What did your party do in government to improve mobile service?
-
Angelo Micciche (@Micci1988) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Im always having to go on flight mode and off again just to get network coverage.
