    @O2 just wanted to let you know the awful customer exp I had today with your team. 2 hours and 2 seperate phone calls passed from department to department and the result...a jiffy bag and a refund policy as you cant fulfil my order. Will be taking my business elsewhere !!!

    @Craigo71 @tescomobile @O2 New phone, 100Gb of data for £20 a month, 24 month contract, with 3. A couple of minor technical issues (mainly because I'm technically inept) which were sorted really quickly. Decent signal coverage. I was with Tesco but they couldn't match that.
