1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

Made a complaint to @O2 ... They can't actually tell me what happened. (Don't think they know) They can't tell me why managers ignored me.(don't think they know) AVOID @O2 AND @virginmedia both companies corrupt.
