Got tickets for Skunk Anansie via @O2 Priority but they are etickets with no physical counterpart. Presale elsewhere has physical tickets for same price, and I can't help but wish I'd known about that one instead. I have almost all my ticket stubs for the last 2 decades!

@O2 yet another upgrade blunder!! Went to the trafford centre store asked about phone comparisons, the advisor had no idea.. Asked about the contract "above my pay grade mate" seems all she wanted to do was sell me a watch.. Very poor!!!

Turns out I've been blocked from O2 and my phone blocked off the network because I work shifts and couldnt answer my phone. Now I cant even ring their 24 hour helpline to sort it out. @O2

Think it’s time to go to @ThreeUK well over a decade with @O2 / @o2businessuk and they not really fussed about loyalty, customer service. The line used ‘it is what it is’ when I spoke to them about my contract options. 😂😂

@O2 do you have issues around Bournemouth in and around the beach area and up to 600 metres inland? Getting E and H outdoors and occasionally 4G. However, data is so poor it's not usable on any connection! As a customer I'm not very impressed at all.

@O2 had great service from Mo today in your Colchester store. The iPhone and Apple Watch I wanted were not in stock but he has arranged for ones to be delivered to the store this week so I can upgrade! Service like that is why I have been with you 12 years! Keep it up!

@O2 @_southhh Same here. I'm experiencing the same issue, haven't had signal for days now. Because its my main number, I am now locked out of many things requiring security checks (bank etc...) via sms. The fact that you are not even willing to give a ETA is crazy. This is totally unacceptable
