    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @O2 - we’ve had a persistent service issue in the EX23 postcode to the extent that we have no signal for almost TWO MONTHS at all at Stratton Surgery and Hospital and the school bus stop just outside - mobile coms are vital in rural communities so can you please get it sorted??

    @O2 been an o2 customer for year n a half now . Been getting messages saying phone going to be restricted blah blah blah cos of a 32.42 amount .last Nov Been in touch with my bank and to the 2nd can tell me what time . Date n how much and to whom . O2 won't listen or help

    @O2 Hi, I've had trouble with sending texts to certain numbers since I changed my handset a few months ago. Getting a message that the number is incorrectly formatted even though it's a normal short number. I've tried sending ACTIVE to 2020 but it just says busy at the moment.
