Adrian Simcox (@eagleeyedferret) reported from Urmston, England@O2 2/2 both occasions the call centres were noisy. Call centre operative didn’t speak very god English. Both operatives complaining their systems were slow or not working at all and putting me on hold for long periods.

It’s not the environment as this is something I experience everywhere (in Leicester, in Manchester, on trains, at festivals) - but your signal checker says I have good 4G.

So they just plod along, counting numbers, with little to offer. Also, there is no such thing as, "An independent watchdog/official body" - they are in each other's pockets.

Andy Reynolds (@oit_andy) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Yep, I live in Milnrow, signal is fine there but if I drive up Huddersfield road or Todmorden road the signal completely disappears. It’s hilarious when they add another number to the “G” when some places in the U.K. haven’t event got 1G.

Padge (@fishboygtfc) reported@BennyBlanco22 @O2 @Apple It’s just o2. I left them after about 30 years and ID through the 3 network is so much better. For some reason, 18 months on I get a monthly bill from o2 for zero. More incompetence.
