Went in and they had no idea this was even a problem and refered me back to the phone. Missed a call from them on Sunday and have yet to get a call back. It's been an issue for like a month.

It started a few months back. Even when the O2 APP shows the problem, O2 says "Computer Says No". Sort your network out.

Andy Reynolds (@oit_andy) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Yep, I live in Milnrow, signal is fine there but if I drive up Huddersfield road or Todmorden road the signal completely disappears. It’s hilarious when they add another number to the “G” when some places in the U.K. haven’t event got 1G.
