  Anyone else having issues with @O2 not responding to customer emails? Reception has been awful for months. I go into the shop & the staff say, "Yeah, we know it's the mast on top of a block of flats & don't know when it will be fixed." So I email twice and still get no answer.

  @O2 Have been a long term customer & 2day asked Tottenham Crt Rd shop 4 tech support to download email app. Asked ME what IMAP is, I asked them if they knew - no. Walked out. A waste of my time. Maybe they sell better than provide tech help. Any ideas where to go now for help?

  @O2 will we be reimbursed for the service outage in BT703HE and surrounding areas? A phone mast isn't working, your agent can't say when it will be fixed. Paying for a service and no communication, no ETA of service restoration and no data/coverage.
