Turns out I've been blocked from O2 and my phone blocked off the network because I work shifts and couldnt answer my phone. Now I cant even ring their 24 hour helpline to sort it out. @O2

Got tickets for Skunk Anansie via @O2 Priority but they are etickets with no physical counterpart. Presale elsewhere has physical tickets for same price, and I can't help but wish I'd known about that one instead. I have almost all my ticket stubs for the last 2 decades!

@O2 spoke to at least 3 people a day in a week and my phone still isn’t working. very unhappy with your service and that every single person I have spoken to has told me something different. I don’t trust you as a company and im praying that they release me from contract #OverO2

@O2 so been told my phone that freezes and loses signal ro WiFi I have to pay to be repaired as its past 2 years. You do realise that's not legally binding and a product is expected to be useful for a reasonable time. 2 years and a few months is not reasonable for a £500 phone

@O2 Yes its been requested but seems crazy that it cant be sent to me electronically so I can use it straight away instead I have to wait upto 72 hours to be able to use my phone. Needs a better fix really. So if your phone breaks down & u have esim again u cant use another phone
