@O2 I’m not a customer of O2 anymore but I’m unable to pay my final bill because getting hold of someone in order to do this is nigh on impossible. I was forwarded to the “automatic payment line” which, you guessed it, ended up being the same menu as before.

@O2 My wife can make calls and send txts but not receive any that are not O2, and the adviser we have been speaking to for the past TWO hours thinks this is ok! She also suggests it's a problem with all other networks including my landline!
