Dave Rutt (@rutty_uk) reported@caledoniaman @O2 I ditched them a few years ago when I went into our local O2 store with a printed upgrade offer from Carphone Warehouse. They couldn’t/wouldn’t match it - can’t even beat their own franchised network deals :/
