Got tickets for Skunk Anansie via @O2 Priority but they are etickets with no physical counterpart. Presale elsewhere has physical tickets for same price, and I can't help but wish I'd known about that one instead. I have almost all my ticket stubs for the last 2 decades!

@O2 wasted 5 hours of my time trying to upgrade my phone. Couldn’t do it at local store due to system error and now just went to collect an order that hadn’t arrived. You need to revise the emails you send to click and collect customers. Very disappointing service.

@O2 is it just me or is Southampton having a total black out to services the network check said a mast was down in my area but it appears to be the whole city no connection whatsoever was working fine an hour ago suddenly no signal or network connection fills are up to date?
