@O2 just to give Jake at o2 Oldham store a review as I don’t know where else to do it! First class service even with technological failing in the store helped my upgrade on 01/05/2021 helped me upgrade to iPhone 12pro max best customer service I’ve received from o2 thanks Jake

@O2 Yes, primarily at home. I had normal service (4G) when I went into town. I’ve already tried twice turning my phone off and on, so I know it’s not that. 3G signal has been pretty weak making sites hard to visit.

I'm getting 15 - 20 scam phone calls on my mobile every day, all different numbers. Anyone know what can be done? The only help my network provider @O2 gave was to tell me to change my number. Surely there must be another way?

@O2 I was sold insurance on the premise of next day replacement. But after making a claim, there has been a courier issue and my replacement has been stolen from their depot. I have been told I have to wait 5 wrk days for investigation

@O2 is there any reason why whenever I go into my workplace signal no longer works. This worked perfectly fine until lunchtime Sunday and ever since I do not receive data or signal. As soon as I step foot out the building low signal is restored. This is Worcester High Street.
