@O2 known issue affecting quality of calls and 4G reduced to 3 G. Spoke with your Helpdesk who are aware of issue in BL3 area but no fix date. Why am i paying for a service i cant use. Been told to use wifi or hotspot. Been happening fir weeks now.

Had it in writing that it was confirmed to continue my device plan monthly, yet received a letter asking for full payment by 5th Dec. O2 call centre are no help, waiting for a call back within 48hrs. Disgusting!
