Definitely isn’t my devise as I’ve just been aboard and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

Lucky if I get 1 bar of 4G and once I can make a call I’m lucky if it doesn’t disconnect or if I move it cuts off… not great when paying a fair bit for a contract! #help

I’ve completed the complaints form but it’s not working and there is a constant error message. Pretty much sums up your customer service!!!
