@O2 known issue affecting quality of calls and 4G reduced to 3 G. Spoke with your Helpdesk who are aware of issue in BL3 area but no fix date. Why am i paying for a service i cant use. Been told to use wifi or hotspot. Been happening fir weeks now.

I have told @O2 NUMEROUS times to CANCEL my contract. Instead, they change my tariff at a rip off price and have been charging me for almost a year. I have not even used the SIM card because I don’t even live in the UK anymore. @O2 GIVE MY MONEY BACK.
