trying to get a credit off @o2 is an absolute nightmare, 3 months they have been promising it’ll be in my account! Fuming!🤬 Worse customer service ever! I can see me getting away this long with not paying my bill! Worse than useless!

So @EE launched their 5G network. While on the other side @O2 have not only announced a date but we sometimes barely get 3G in major towns and cities across the UK. Can’t wait for my contract to run out to switch providers

@O2 as a victim of domestic abuse I would thought O2 would be more understanding and helping customers who experienced financial abuse as well if domestic abuse! I haven’t received any of that from you! Horrible nasty network! #Poorcustomerservice @bbcthree @MarkEvansO2

Honestly, @O2 I’ve been with @giffgaff for eight years and had no issues ever. I move to O2 after being persuaded and have had nothing but issues for the first week and it’s the usual story of long telephone waits and not getting help. Terrible service. #regret

@O2 having issues with no data on 4G & 5G in built up areas. Major issue. Yet every time I try to use the “chat” system on your app it says “sorry we are very busy please try again later “ and ends the convo. I wonder why your so busy 🧐
