    @O2 iv been unable to make or accept calls /text messages since Saturday. Other people in my area have same problem. Rely on phone to connect with elderly family & also for work. When will this be resoloved?

    @O2 I am absolutely fed up of having no signal it's nearing 7 months now I have 2 contracts it's unacceptable I live in StHelens it's shocking I go Liverpool & get 5G. Then have the cheek to hound me to get new contracts NO sort out the signal I'm furious

    @O2 @O2 It’s the MyO2 app/account. I’m currently in Mexico with my UK O2 Pay As You Go SIM. my mobile number appears to be linked to a different email address, so I can’t link it to my Virgin Media O2 ID or top up. I can’t sign in because the O2 website/app blocks access from Mexico.

    Network service from @O2 has fallen dramatically over the last few months. It's absolutely appalling in central London. Once my contract expires I'm off. Unfortunately I still have a year and a half left and they've said it'll cost over £234 to break the contract. 😡
