    @O2 you must have to be one of the worst companies to get hold of. You have disconnected my sons phone over such a small ammount of money after such a small period of time. I’ve tried to sort this and I cannot get hold of anyone

    hi @O2 please can you advise. spoke to someone else today that said the same. so it's better for me to cancel my call plan after the device contract ends and start again as a new customer... why not just give existing customers the same deal

    Think it’s time to go to @ThreeUK well over a decade with @O2 / @o2businessuk and they not really fussed about loyalty, customer service. The line used ‘it is what it is’ when I spoke to them about my contract options. 😂😂

    @NoServiceHereUK @ranplan @GeospatialC @innovateuk @WarwickEngineer @DigiCatapult @UK_5G There has been no O2 mobile phone signal at the DW Stadium Wigan WN5 0UH for a number of years despite many @o2 customers and match attendees making complaints to the provider. Other mobile phone companies don’t seem to have the same problems #noservicehere

    The @O2 seem to think that this is an acceptable way to deal with this situation. Poor customer service all round it seems #beware #unsafe #ItTakesOneMoment #Manchester all over again.

    @VodafoneUK @O2 Hi James, I stupidly recycled my iPhone X with O2 and wow it was the worst thing I ever did tbh. Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account 🤬. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks 👍

    Really want to upgrade my @SamsungMobile s7 edge with Vodafone to a @HuaweiMobile p30 or p30 pro on my @VodafoneUK contract but they're so expensive compared to @O2 :( 7 YEARS a customer, and no deals to be had

    @O2 Sort the signal out in wigan please I feel like dial up Internet was better 20 years ago than my rubbish Internet at the moment. I'll be terminating my contract in a month if nothing happens ASAP been years now literally dead spots where nothing works

    @O2 3/3 only conclusion I could reach is that your call centre staff are under pressure to make more calls and now routinely disconnect customer calls after a period of making no progress. What do you think??

    @O2 Yes I’ve checked and logged in and apparently I was alerted previously my bill was going up extra which was outwith my agreement increase and I had a limited time due to this to terminate contract freely. I don’t wish to do that but I do wish my bill to be less like before.

    @O2 has anyone else ever had a promise that O2 would call to sort out a serious mistake on their part, only for them not to call at all? Clear lack of customer service response demands another complaint! This company wouldn’t know customer service practice if it fell on its head!

    @O2 hi my iPhone Air the data is so slow or doesn’t work even if I have signal in 4g and 5g, I use my phone for work sometimes so would the carrier settings need updating or something? Seems to be no problems in my area as I can see

    @O2 will we be reimbursed for the service outage in BT703HE and surrounding areas? A phone mast isn't working, your agent can't say when it will be fixed. Paying for a service and no communication, no ETA of service restoration and no data/coverage.

    @O2 Hi I cannot sign in to My O2 no matter how many forgotten password email links you send me, it simply doesn't work. Never had this problem before you joined with Virgin. Hence I can't access O2 at all to look at getting a new phone so may have to look elsewhere... 🙄
