-
David (@DavidStaGr) reportedHi @O2 Please can you provide an email address to make a complaint to? I've tried using the online form and it keeps saying there is a technical error and to try later. I suspect there is a character limit, but this isn't confirmed on the page. Thank you
-
Nicole Gallagher (@Ng1x) reported@O2 sent me to Apple for a diagnosis. Apple confirmed a faulty logic board and dangerous overheating, recommending a replacement. O2 now want to send it away for their own diagnosis, leaving me without a phone. No resolution, no escalation, and ignoring the Consumer Rights Act.

Paul Blackledge (@Paul_Blackledge) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I always used to find it amazing that I would get full signal in the desert, miles from the nearest person in Kuwait, yet come home to the U.K. and some very populated places still have zero signal. Crazy planning restrictions stunting growth on masts I would imagine.
-
Grendel (@wakeyrule) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Because big companies care more about servicing their manager bonuses and shareholders dividends than providing a reasonable service.
