    @O2 2/2 both occasions the call centres were noisy. Call centre operative didn’t speak very god English. Both operatives complaining their systems were slow or not working at all and putting me on hold for long periods.

    @O2 no chance i’m renewing, genuinely shite network coverage, cant make call when driving without it sounding like someone is under water & call failing. Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.

    @GodsGift1983 @O2 Me too….been them forever and had problem after problem with signal etc, time to change network I think once contact comes to an end

    @O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

    @O2 I am absolutely fed up of having no signal it's nearing 7 months now I have 2 contracts it's unacceptable I live in StHelens it's shocking I go Liverpool & get 5G. Then have the cheek to hound me to get new contracts NO sort out the signal I'm furious

    @O2 3/3 only conclusion I could reach is that your call centre staff are under pressure to make more calls and now routinely disconnect customer calls after a period of making no progress. What do you think??

    Thread: Twitter people I need some help. I’ve had my broadband with @SkyHelpTeam in excess of 15 years & my mobile with @O2 for not far off. I used up my data early this month, only happened a couple of times that. Topped up for 1GB on Wednesday for £10 & already it has gone.

    @O2 just moved to a new address. I get no network at all. No data, get 3G which doesn’t load. Points in the house I don’t get that “E” or no bars at all. Without wifi I cannot use my phone at home. Spoke to neighbours they advised to dump both O2 and @virginmedia

    @O2 @Reellie70 I'm in exactly the same situation @O2 I have messaged you now via FB messenger regarding the problem. The issue is ridiculous, the call centre can't seem to remove the number either. Just upgraded today also and wondering if I've made a mistake

    @O2 - why am I paying £17 month as a loyal customer customer but a new customer pays £8.50 for basically the same deal? Yet I call customer service and they offer me £10 for less than half the data? Way to lose a customer.

    @O2 someone please help me I am struggling with your call centre, I cannot set my02 on via phone, PC or the app. Every time a verification is sent, it is sent to a number which hasn't been used in years. No one seems to be able to remove it from my account at all. HELP!!
