@O2 no chance i’m renewing, genuinely shite network coverage, cant make call when driving without it sounding like someone is under water & call failing. Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.

@O2 Thanks. Yes I have. I'm afraid Santander OTP still not working with O2 SIM. Everything else (other bank OTPs, 5G, WIFI call, all other phone functions) brilliant. Santander technical support are investigating. But unlikely they introduce fault at same time as new SIM

Spent 2.5 hrs on call to @O2 ordering new phone. Noticed delivery address was wrong so spent another hour getting them to correct it and assure me phone would be delivered to correct address. Guess what? Appalling service

@O2 Yes, she tried that and it didn’t work, repeatedly. When she finally got someone in Customer Services who knew of the ‘changes’, they were able to do it manually on their end. In the store, they were clueless.

@O2 can you help my elderly mum? Dropped her phone in the toilet...! Trying to order new phone but to do that... she needs to log in and get a text.... her phone and SIM do not work so she can't get a text! Don't like her being without mobile at her age
