    So @EE launched their 5G network. While on the other side @O2 have not only announced a date but we sometimes barely get 3G in major towns and cities across the UK. Can’t wait for my contract to run out to switch providers

    @O2 3/3 only conclusion I could reach is that your call centre staff are under pressure to make more calls and now routinely disconnect customer calls after a period of making no progress. What do you think??

    @O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

    @O2 spoke to at least 3 people a day in a week and my phone still isn’t working. very unhappy with your service and that every single person I have spoken to has told me something different. I don’t trust you as a company and im praying that they release me from contract #OverO2

    Think it’s time to go to @ThreeUK well over a decade with @O2 / @o2businessuk and they not really fussed about loyalty, customer service. The line used ‘it is what it is’ when I spoke to them about my contract options. 😂😂

    Really want to upgrade my @SamsungMobile s7 edge with Vodafone to a @HuaweiMobile p30 or p30 pro on my @VodafoneUK contract but they're so expensive compared to @O2 :( 7 YEARS a customer, and no deals to be had

    @o2 Do NOT use #o2recycle it’s an absolute CON! I sent my perfect condition iPhone 7 to them on an offer of £115, only to recieve a revised offer today of £57 because they claim the screen is now cracked. It’s not their problem though apparently, I should speak to Royal Mail...

    @MissWhyOh @O2 @AppleSupport I wouldn't just say this is restricted to XR my wife has an 8 and she has had connection, internet and sounding like a robot issues for 12 literally counting down the weeks until she can bin O2 and get with a decent provider and a decent phone.😠😠

    @O2 Hello O2, I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving. I have been trying to choose a tariff using the free call option, but there does not appear to be any way to do this. In addition, I am unable to log into my online account despite multiple attempts. This has made it impossible for me to manage my account or select the tariff I want. Please can you investigate these issues and advise me how to access my account and choose a tariff as soon as possible. last month I left £15 on phone and u never used that for this month don't ask me to pm you as i cant use that I would appreciate a prompt response.     @O2 @TomTugendhat It’s tosh in Cambridgeshire too the past year there’s barely anything unless you go up the garden which is piss poor if your disabled and housebound

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Problem is that when you’re abroad you may be in higher density areas. I’ve been to plenty of rural areas in other countries where phone signal is patchy. And I’m happy with the £7 a month I pay for my service…
