After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

Thank goodness all our @O2 devices have such great service here as the satellite internet people do not seem in any hurry to fix our broadband. They say an engineer might come out in "around 10 days". Why do we need an engineer for a billing mistake? They have no idea either

@O2 I cancelled my contract after 2 days after being missold. Despite this o2 ported my number 6 days after my cancellation. 4th day of waiting for them to reopen line to get PAC code. Been left without phone number or line. Disconnected 9 times. I despair at awful service.
