russell (@wellerfan01) reported@O2 you have had my ‘deposit’ for 7 days, no email, no call, I was told the credit dept would look at it and would be back to me in 24hrs. When I spoke to someone they said actually it’s 48hrs, then Friday I was told 72 all have passed - I’ve been a customer for over 15 years ??
