O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

It hasn't worked unfortunately - our signal bars on our phones (S21 ultras) do not show the small "R" for roaming - last 3 days in France it showed the "R" our roaming is 100% turned on - like I said last 3hrs stopped working.

Friends on other networks in the mean time have no issues.

Aaron (@tacjets) reported@O2 And 90% of the time both our phones are showing "no service" or "emergency calls only" it's definitely something 02's end - too much coincidence for both mine & partners phone to stop working same time in Paris.
