    hi @O2 please can you advise. spoke to someone else today that said the same. so it's better for me to cancel my call plan after the device contract ends and start again as a new customer... why not just give existing customers the same deal

    After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

    @o2 Do NOT use #o2recycle it’s an absolute CON! I sent my perfect condition iPhone 7 to them on an offer of £115, only to recieve a revised offer today of £57 because they claim the screen is now cracked. It’s not their problem though apparently, I should speak to Royal Mail...

    Hi @O2. Your website says there aren’t any problems in my area but I can’t make outbound calls. I don’t know if I can receive them. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone but no luck. I’m trying to work from home but I can’t make any calls.

    @MDOG_Manchester @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK I have been with them around 15 years too and I can’t even message people sometimes in the city centre. They offer absolutely no help whatsoever just same old bullshit replies

    @O2 spoke to at least 3 people a day in a week and my phone still isn’t working. very unhappy with your service and that every single person I have spoken to has told me something different. I don’t trust you as a company and im praying that they release me from contract #OverO2

    @O2 im at the end of my contract have taken a new one out with a different network but want to keep the same number so waiting for them to change it over. they said when they sort it itll cancel itself but just want fo make sure as i dont want to be paying to lots of bills

    Think it’s time to go to @ThreeUK well over a decade with @O2 / @o2businessuk and they not really fussed about loyalty, customer service. The line used ‘it is what it is’ when I spoke to them about my contract options. 😂😂

    @MissWhyOh @O2 @AppleSupport I wouldn't just say this is restricted to XR my wife has an 8 and she has had connection, internet and sounding like a robot issues for 12 literally counting down the weeks until she can bin O2 and get with a decent provider and a decent phone.😠😠

    @O2 I have been having an issue for a week now that I can’t see any numbers and they are coming up as unknown called up something about there’s something wrong with my settings and the customer service team need to do it and they haven’t done it now I’ve got no signal !!!!!

    @O2 I’ve been having an issue for a week now because I cannot see any incoming calls numbers as they are showing as unknown because there’s something wrong with my settings on my O2 account and now I’ve got no signal. I am absolutely annoyed !!! you need to fix this ASAP!!!

    @O2 You haven’t had things back up and running for FIVE MONTHS it isn’t just a dropout of signal, you have no network coverage out here. I shouldn’t have to pay for wifi ON TOP of the data I am paying you to use.

    @O2 Don’t even bother putting that to me. ‘Turn my phone on and off again’ have a laugh. I’ve had no phone signal for almost 5 months. And your status checker says you’re working on my area to try to improve it. That’s disgraceful. Every single o2 user in this area has NO signal

    @O2 Maybe someone who I can actually speak to will get back to me !! Your signal has been absolutely horrendous. I’ve been with you for 4-5 years and year after year your signal has just got worse. I’m paying over £60 per month for what exactly ? SORT IT OUT !!

    @O2 what's happening? Signal and data services have dropped to 1992 standards for over 24hrs! Without my @VodafoneUK WiFi I'd be without a connection. Sort it out @O2, it's 2022!!!

    @O2 But I can’t even get through to an agent to even make a complaint with you because every time I’ve tried it’s ‘all our agents are busy’ … oh and please don’t suggest that I call the helpline, because I would’ve tried that if I had signal.
