@O2 . , now you will only compensate me from the time of my phone call and not from when the mast went down.A complete cop out telling people to use the network coverage status on your app before calling so you can save yourself some money and not to aid the customer

@O2 my phone hasn’t been working all day, no outgoing/incoming calls, no texts, no 4G. I can’t even phone up to try sort it because it won’t let me. I tried the live chat and all they could say was ‘there’s no problems in that area’ plz help I need it for work 😔

So @EE launched their 5G network. While on the other side @O2 have not only announced a date but we sometimes barely get 3G in major towns and cities across the UK. Can’t wait for my contract to run out to switch providers

Update on @O2 - a v helpful service guy rang today and in one minute told me the info that yday two o2 people managed to accuse me of virtually being a criminal for daring to ask. Nicely sorted out, thank you o2, customer service training needed on the usual service lines tho.
