    So annoyed with @O2 - because I never signed up for marketing and have their app, they have billed me for an inactive account for over a year. Customer services were unhelpful 😢 I’ll be changing phone provider when my contract is up

    @O2 I'm desperate to make calls and have data. Ibe been ringing all day. It just says call ended when I attempt to call out. I can receive calls. My Bill's are all paid. Please help o2. I need my phone. I've reset it a million times today.

    @O2 well your tech support is not fit for purpose ! Your answer is your ****** , hahaha , so went to Apple store excellent problem sorted , kind and understanding, unlike o2 who told me to change a battery in an iPad !! #idiots just boycot o2 less stress

    @O2 I have been an @o2 customer for 20 odd years, I have always done what you suggest but nothing ever seems to work, apart from when you sent me out a signal booster one time. Always thought o2 would get better but it doesn't.

    @O2 Can somebody help me I’m trying to get a live chat up and nothing is working! My phone won’t make any calls it’s just silent when it rings and it’s the same when somebody tries ringing me !!!

    Hi @O2. Your website says there aren’t any problems in my area but I can’t make outbound calls. I don’t know if I can receive them. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone but no luck. I’m trying to work from home but I can’t make any calls.

    @O2 @MarkEvansO2 why every month is there a problem with one or other part of my direct debit...you don’t apply for it then you send me 6 texts and three emails in 48 hours to tell me you are cancelling my agreement and removing my number

    @O2 @brough_ant I have the same issue, crappy 4G in an area which you say is great. Well it isn't! I bought the Samsung A70 with 5G ready, I doubt I am going to receive 5G, so pretty pointless really buying the phone.

    After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

    I have had to lower my @O2 mobile network mode to #3G because the reception around here for anything higher is next to nothing. Have complained about this in the past and go not further communication, quite fitting really to have no communication when it comes to signal.

    @O2 another payment of £400 was taken! Refund promised 3 times and unsurprisingly not received, no reasons given. Raised to operations manager on 11/09 without our knowledge and still no resolution even though process is 5 working days (which it has been) now told 2/3

    @O2 Hi, my phone stopped being able to call/text after a message saying sim not provisioned. Upgraded device thru O2 last week but when phone arrived it didnt include new sim, which is now in post. Can u help get current phone working again until new one is up and running? Thanks

    Hi @O2 a man called to tell me you want to give me 20% off my bill because you’ve lost a load of customers. He then called me back and got angry when I put the phone down. Is there a way I can report the scam? Because I’ll be very worried if that’s the approach your staff take!
