    @O2 network is shocking now u have merged the @virginmedia anyone else havin the same issues can connect calls , internet slow as Car with 1 wheel if any at all. Utter shite

    @O2 Sort the signal out in wigan please I feel like dial up Internet was better 20 years ago than my rubbish Internet at the moment. I'll be terminating my contract in a month if nothing happens ASAP been years now literally dead spots where nothing works

    @WAFCWill @O2 Exactly the same mate… whether it’s in Wigan , Blackpool , Manchester or Liverpool. Always shocking service. Hardly any signal !! Poor service

    I really wish @O2 can sort out the issues in Horwich. Trying to contact your insurance and police etc after a break in is extremely frustrating when there's no bloody signal 😡😡

    @O2 I am absolutely fed up of having no signal it's nearing 7 months now I have 2 contracts it's unacceptable I live in StHelens it's shocking I go Liverpool & get 5G. Then have the cheek to hound me to get new contracts NO sort out the signal I'm furious

    Thread: Twitter people I need some help. I’ve had my broadband with @SkyHelpTeam in excess of 15 years & my mobile with @O2 for not far off. I used up my data early this month, only happened a couple of times that. Topped up for 1GB on Wednesday for £10 & already it has gone.

    @O2 raising their prices again. Which wouldn’t be such a terrible thing if the service was better rather than excusing their incompetence away. At the earliest opportunity I’ll be off to EE. Won’t have to suffer having @virginmedia offers thrown at me either.

    @O2 The login screen at Toby carvery WiFi (run by o2, I think) did have a pre-ticked box asking if I wanted to receive updates. I had to get them in 2023 to remove my email from the marketing dbase. I guess ember may have similar arrangement. Toby, harvester and Ember are all m&b.

    @O2 Why have you decided to rip people off with the increase of £2.50 instead of £1.80. I personally want to see this itemised on my next bill and how you break it down. You are blatantly ripping people off and should be reported to watchdog.

    @O2 @MoneySavingExp Just had emails to say that my monthly plan with O2 will increase by £2.50 in April rather than £1.80. No explanation as to why? Can you help? I have 2 plans with you and both of these cost under £17 so I'm looking at about a 15% rise.

    @silentplayer @O2 @virginmedia We left 3 years ago over this ****, removing services and increasing prices, buy my own phone now and use ID mobile £8 pm and no April increase, Honor let you buy a phone over 24 months interest free if you need it.

    @O2 changed my tariff and your phone network seems to be constantly on 3g very slow and rubbish. Mo idea where 4g gone let alone the 5g 🤬🤬
