Other mobile phone companies don’t seem to have the same problems #noservicehere

I can’t even phone up to try sort it because it won’t let me. I tried the live chat and all they could say was ‘there’s no problems in that area’ plz help I need it for work 😔

Changed it once from 50GB to 15GB and wanna change it to 10GB n it will only let me change it to 5GB 🙃

So disappointing considering I’ve been a customer for almost 15 years! Thought upgrading my phone would sort it, just worse.

Then I receive an email saying that despite your contractual obligations you are increasing your prices from April + £6. Terrible service for loyal customers I’d say.
