    @oSimplyStuart @PKendrickWIG @EmmaThommo @livesey99 @kevwafc @eaststandchris @johndanbatch @skintnortherner @O2 @DWStadium A month or so ago @o2 said they’d carried out work on the mast @DWStadium and that the reception should’ve improved, it hasn’t!!! there’s absolutely no signal at all inside the stadium!!!

    @O2 . , now you will only compensate me from the time of my phone call and not from when the mast went down.A complete cop out telling people to use the network coverage status on your app before calling so you can save yourself some money and not to aid the customer

    @Latics1932 @EmmaThommo @PKendrickWIG @skintnortherner I’m the same I’m with @O2 once I leave the supporters club where I get WiFi and enter the DW it all goes blank, nothing, no signal.

    So @EE launched their 5G network. While on the other side @O2 have not only announced a date but we sometimes barely get 3G in major towns and cities across the UK. Can’t wait for my contract to run out to switch providers

    @O2 Y u lyin 4, been trying to do this for months n never succeeded even though I got told I could change it monthly when I purchased the phone. Changed it once from 50GB to 15GB and wanna change it to 10GB n it will only let me change it to 5GB 🙃

    @O2 always had good customer service with yourselves. Today however it has been shocking! Been cut off transferred to repairs when I wanted an upgrade however they were the best department

    @O2 No we don’t only have problems on match days as I’ve feed back to you previously. There’s no signal there all the time. You keep asking the same questions and keep telling us you’re working on up dating the mast but nothing changes.

    @NoServiceHereUK @ranplan @GeospatialC @innovateuk @WarwickEngineer @DigiCatapult @UK_5G There has been no O2 mobile phone signal at the DW Stadium Wigan WN5 0UH for a number of years despite many @o2 customers and match attendees making complaints to the provider. Other mobile phone companies don’t seem to have the same problems #noservicehere

    @O2 spoke to at least 3 people a day in a week and my phone still isn’t working. very unhappy with your service and that every single person I have spoken to has told me something different. I don’t trust you as a company and im praying that they release me from contract #OverO2

    @O2 my phone hasn’t been working all day, no outgoing/incoming calls, no texts, no 4G. I can’t even phone up to try sort it because it won’t let me. I tried the live chat and all they could say was ‘there’s no problems in that area’ plz help I need it for work 😔

    @Gazmo1 @graeme_wilko @O2 Its basic stuff as you say. Very very poor this from @O2. I genuinely and perhaps naively thought that customer service had moved on the a better place. Clearly not.

    Thanks @O2 I’ve lost a days work because we had a power cut. What has it got to do with you you ask? The fact I only have 1 bar of signal whilst the rest of the country waits for 5g. Surely better service for all is more important.

    @MarkEvansO2 @O2 I messaged politely during the week about why O2 are not addressing a serious financial issue, and its still unresolved.I'm reporting to the FCA and ombudsman. I:ve been a loyal customer for years and now wish to take all accounts to a new provider. Awful company

    @cgscotland500 @O2 still nothing! It’s ridiculous @O2 How hard can it be to activate a sim and get connected to a network? All I’m seeing on #twitter is people with issues with the service your providing, not good really!

    @O2 someone has fraudulently set up 6 accounts against my home address with you and I have now phoned 4 times to get this resolved with no end to it! The accounts are not in my name and not known to me... I am receiving 3 or 4 letters a day and this is now ridiculous! Please help
