-
amy harvey (@amy___harvey) reported from Maghull, EnglandSo annoyed with @O2 - because I never signed up for marketing and have their app, they have billed me for an inactive account for over a year and I only realised I was still paying when I got a txt to upgrade! Customer services were unhelpful 😢 I’ll be changing phone provider

Brexit Refugee (@Brexit_Refugee) reported@kokeshimum @O2 One thing that bugs me in UK is the terrible signal. Next thing is if you have an “open reach” router it reserves 30% of your bandwidth for broadcasting a public 5G hotspot onto the street for Open Reach customers using the WiFi hotspot app…. Utter con.
-
...AND another thing: (@__anotherthing) reported@kokeshimum @O2 How do tariffs compare; I bet UK pays extra for (poor) service?
-
Brent Lamb (@LambBrent63216) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Agreed, garbage!
-
PeterW (@PeterW4tw) reported@DominyRichard @kokeshimum @O2 This, very much this. OFGEM should cross-reference mast plan objectors and those complaining about poor cell service, them name and shame
-
mysteriousgal (@mysteriousgal) reported@iz__zy @O2 I am having the same issue and @O2 customer service doesnt seem to have any clue. Have you managed to get this resolved yet?
-
Sarah (@kokeshimum) reportedI live in Huddersfield been using 02 for 15 years. I barely get 4g and usually scrape a couple of bars. Signal has got much worse last 2 years. Can barely stream music in my car. No signal in my house ffs Now in Majoroca. 5G and 5 bars. @O2 Why is our service in Uk so bad?
-
XRP-No1 (@no1_xrp) reported@kokeshimum @O2 The question is why have you stuck with them 15 years if the service is so bad?
-
Mario Behrendt | AI Founder (@behrendtio) reported@kokeshimum @O2 One could argue you’re in Huddersfield. It’s not the “highest priority area” to build infrastructure let’s say. But I’m in London and during a typical commute on an overground train I lose my signal entirely at least 3 times. Both on EE and Vodafone. Incredible.
-
Chris (@BennyBlanco22) reported@coveragechecker @O2 @Apple Seems to be worse since i upgraded my iphone to 17 pro, shocking signal
-
Matt Hudson (@MattHuddyHudson) reported@Cuddlebug1982 @O2 Did you eventually get this sorted . Mines over a week yet they tell me there's no problem. At this rate I'll be moving elsewhere .
