Even then, we can to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

I accidentally answered one of the calls and it’s charged me £15 on my bill!! Not even my fault! 😤 and you can’t even refund me!! Disappointed 😔

Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.

There are coverage maps available, we checked them and found better coverage with EE. We tried a spare mobile first which was better, then changed to EE. Works well as we have two locations Wales and Southwest.

Arguably just one UK network would be better
