The @O2 network in this area is so bad. I am constantly telling people not to take out a contract with @o2 and the company doesn't listen to their customers when they tell the company there is problems with signal and coverage issues.

Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

@O2 Honestly it’s the worst ever. I’m constantly having to use my wifi also the phone call quality is terrible phone calls cut off and I’m giving you over £50 a month. It’s that bad I’m thinking about paying it off early and going to EE and I proper can’t be arsed with Kevin bacon

@O2 I was close to cancelling all my o2 contracts due to poor online service. But I spoke with and was helped by Ava Church St Liverpool branch. She has excellent customer service and renewed my faith in o2. This branch is excellent. 🥇

@O2 @Rollofastara Is there going to be a timeframe for how long it is going to take to get this “fix” in place. I was in Glasgow city centre Wednesday and Thursday and I had absolutely no signal. Had to piggyback off free WiFi to speak with my family and check transport times.
