    @O2 incorrectly charge £XXX to our bank account. Admit this was done in error. We have to wait until 6th Jan 2021 before it can be refunded. Even then, we can to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

    @O2 Part 2. Not only that, your call handlers are stupid. Beyond stupid. I had to call of a landline from a carphone warehouse earlier because my phone couldn’t call out, I told them yet they still asked me was I calling from the number I needed to talk about. STUPID.
