@O2 my phone hasn’t been working all day, no outgoing/incoming calls, no texts, no 4G. I can’t even phone up to try sort it because it won’t let me. I tried the live chat and all they could say was ‘there’s no problems in that area’ plz help I need it for work 😔

So @EE launched their 5G network. While on the other side @O2 have not only announced a date but we sometimes barely get 3G in major towns and cities across the UK. Can’t wait for my contract to run out to switch providers

@O2 After being passed around from store to customer services and back again (even with lots of proof of ID/passport etc and looking at my bank details with O2) I discovered a flaw in your system and was stuck in a circle. I managed to cancel with a lot of faff and lost work hours.

@GunnComics @O2 Yeah, I'm with Three and tried to cancel an old contract and enact a new one. Instead, they demanded that I cancel the new contract and upgrade the old one for more money, or they wouldn't transfer my number. I was conned out of an additional £5 a month. And this took HOURS.

@O2 I will write up a report detailing the steps but dealing with the process has already lost me valuable work time on the 4 times that I tried to get through the process. Plus the stress of being told to refuse to leave a store which puts a stressful onus on the customer in public.
