Hi @O2 can you confirm if you are having issues with iPhone users SIMs please. Called customer service who have told me that you are but not seen anything reported online. My SIM in my iPhone 12 Pro Max lost service 2 hours ago and is now showing as Not Provisioned. Thanks. J 💙

@O2 Sort the signal out in wigan please I feel like dial up Internet was better 20 years ago than my rubbish Internet at the moment. I'll be terminating my contract in a month if nothing happens ASAP been years now literally dead spots where nothing works

Thread: Twitter people I need some help. I’ve had my broadband with @SkyHelpTeam in excess of 15 years & my mobile with @O2 for not far off. I used up my data early this month, only happened a couple of times that. Topped up for 1GB on Wednesday for £10 & already it has gone.

@amy_buey @O2 that is so bad of customer services 😡 I hope you get somewhere with your complaint. I managed find a phone number and I rang off wifi calling and spoke to someone, they said a mast is down locally but bizarrely following the call I'm back on the network again.
