    So annoyed with @O2 - because I never signed up for marketing and have their app, they have billed me for an inactive account for over a year and I only realised I was still paying when I got a txt to upgrade! Customer services were unhelpful 😢 I’ll be changing phone provider

    @O2 is there a customer service number that can be called where I can actually speak to a human being please? I have tried 5 different numbers and each one goes through the options and then says bye and hangs up the call! How can anyone deal with their account when you can’t spk!

    @oSimplyStuart @PKendrickWIG @EmmaThommo @livesey99 @kevwafc @eaststandchris @johndanbatch @skintnortherner @O2 @DWStadium A month or so ago @o2 said they’d carried out work on the mast @DWStadium and that the reception should’ve improved, it hasn’t!!! there’s absolutely no signal at all inside the stadium!!!

    I have had to lower my @O2 mobile network mode to #3G because the reception around here for anything higher is next to nothing. Have complained about this in the past and go not further communication, quite fitting really to have no communication when it comes to signal.

    Thread: Twitter people I need some help. I’ve had my broadband with @SkyHelpTeam in excess of 15 years & my mobile with @O2 for not far off. I used up my data early this month, only happened a couple of times that. Topped up for 1GB on Wednesday for £10 & already it has gone.

    @O2 always had good customer service with yourselves. Today however it has been shocking! Been cut off transferred to repairs when I wanted an upgrade however they were the best department

    @O2 I have been an @o2 customer for 20 odd years, I have always done what you suggest but nothing ever seems to work, apart from when you sent me out a signal booster one time. Always thought o2 would get better but it doesn't.

    @O2 no chance i’m renewing, genuinely shite network coverage, cant make call when driving without it sounding like someone is under water & call failing. Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.

    @NoServiceHereUK @ranplan @GeospatialC @innovateuk @WarwickEngineer @DigiCatapult @UK_5G There has been no O2 mobile phone signal at the DW Stadium Wigan WN5 0UH for a number of years despite many @o2 customers and match attendees making complaints to the provider. Other mobile phone companies don’t seem to have the same problems #noservicehere

    @O2 You've had a ****** stinker there haven't you. Website down all day for your #O2Priority. Gigs and Tours have allowed people to buy their tickets while your shitshow has allowed 1000's to miss out on tickets. Bravo!

    Absolute nightmare trying to watch @SkySportsF1 on my phone because of how poor @virginmedia are especially since merging with @o2, used to just put email and password in, now going around in circles with same message asking me to verify email link and switch, very poor practice.

    2 Saturdays in a row now my @O2 data speeds have been basically non existent despite full Signal bars and it being fine every other day. Network stats say no problems in my area but something is definitely going on here! Looking at leaving them now! #O2 #data #4g

    @O2 @miss_steele89 Sadly been with O2 for years and since the merger is terrible anywhere you go now, don’t get me started on the amount of scammers who seem to have O2 client details either as that’s now beyond a joke. Phone calls constantly.

    @O2 so prices have increased and I've got absolutely rubbish service, supposed to he on 5g plus service max speed mobile data 0.5meg and 1 bar on mobile for voice, time to go to another provider when contract ends in june

    Last message from @O2 was March 27th with still no call back, still no resolution and still MORE problems arising. What the hell is going on? Can't upgrade or can't get a new subscription as pending problems from O2 still blocking me from doing so.

    @O2 Why am I constantly having to be sent email links to confirm my email every time I try to do anything on your app when I have fingerprint security on my phone? Ever since Virgin got involved it's been a terrible service.
