    So annoyed with @O2 - because I never signed up for marketing and have their app, they have billed me for an inactive account for over a year and I only realised I was still paying when I got a txt to upgrade! Customer services were unhelpful 😢 I’ll be changing phone provider

    @O2 is there a customer service number that can be called where I can actually speak to a human being please? I have tried 5 different numbers and each one goes through the options and then says bye and hangs up the call! How can anyone deal with their account when you can’t spk!

    Having to restrict my mobile to @o2 3G service because the 4G is absolutely shocking. And #o2 keep telling me there is nothing wrong with the service!!! Can't be me who is the liar as I'm getting nothing through my mobile!!!

    @O2 are awful 😡 so they say with work being carried out it may affect things BUT I cant phone anyone, I cant even send a text to anyone all day this has been it's a disgrace. I run a p/t online business how the hell am I meant to do that!! 😡😡

    @O2 you’ve charged me 6.99 for nominated delivery today with DPD @dhlexpressuk & the courier went to the wrong address & made out he’d been & said I wasn’t in. Worst customer service I’ve ever received & I expect a refund

    @virginmedia It's just that considering I've spoken to @O2 4 times or more already on the phone and I haven't had a reply to my tweets from them yet I don't have much faith that they're going to do anything. As far as they're concerned I'm not their customer, with no O2 sim or mobile number.

    @O2 Your customer care tell me they add/removed some 'bar' on my number. And yet I get no nofitication of changes done to my account or the reasons for those changes. Seems to be lack of accountability (or they're clueless). Either way, it's hard to trust O2 after 11 years

    @O2 @Apple I’m on the countdown to leaving @O2 shockingly poor network. 2 months to go and I can cancel 3 contracts and move them to a provider that can honour their TOS. No response to the lack of service in B76 after confirming there was an issue and an engineer out to resolve. *****

    @virginmedia You should be making the payment as you did not inform @O2 when my broadband installation was cancelled. Someone has now been using the O2 account that YOU did not cancel in my name. Never again!
