Absolute nightmare trying to watch @SkySportsF1 on my phone because of how poor @virginmedia are especially since merging with @o2, used to just put email and password in, now going around in circles with same message asking me to verify email link and switch, very poor practice.

Marc Murray (@LiverpoolMarc) reported from Kirkby, England

@O2 @MarkEvansO2 why every month is there a problem with one or other part of my direct debit...you don’t apply for it then you send me 6 texts and three emails in 48 hours to tell me you are cancelling my agreement and removing my number

  • CraigVerity1
Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

@O2 @brough_ant I have the same issue, crappy 4G in an area which you say is great. Well it isn't! I bought the Samsung A70 with 5G ready, I doubt I am going to receive 5G, so pretty pointless really buying the phone.

  • ConnorByron2

@O2 I have pretty much zero chance of getting 4G/3G anywhere I go in the country being on your network. Why? Paying for service I do not get

  • CraigVerity1
Craig Verity Mbii (@CraigVerity1) reported from Saint Annes on the Sea, England

After complaining for over 9 month about reception and signal strength in my area, @O2 advice me to change the sim, now brand new sim card and still the reception and signal is horrendous. So @o2 what is your recommendation now???

  • Andy_TheGrouch
Andy (@Andy_TheGrouch) reported from Bryn, England

@O2 no chance i’m renewing, genuinely shite network coverage, cant make call when driving without it sounding like someone is under water & call failing. Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.

  • craigparry85
Craig Parry (@craigparry85) reported from Kirkby, England

@O2 is there a customer service number that can be called where I can actually speak to a human being please? I have tried 5 different numbers and each one goes through the options and then says bye and hangs up the call! How can anyone deal with their account when you can’t spk!

  • RichtMUFC99
Sir Richard Richard 🇪🇺 (@RichtMUFC99) reported from Prescot, England

@Gazmo1 @graeme_wilko @O2 Its basic stuff as you say. Very very poor this from @O2. I genuinely and perhaps naively thought that customer service had moved on the a better place. Clearly not.

@O2 I keep getting calls from different numbers in South Sudan. I contacted your call centre and no help was given. I accidentally answered one of the calls and it’s charged me £15 on my bill!! Not even my fault! 😤 and you can’t even refund me!! Disappointed 😔

  • SJONheating
ste boardman (@SJONheating) reported from Seaforth, England

@O2 . , now you will only compensate me from the time of my phone call and not from when the mast went down.A complete cop out telling people to use the network coverage status on your app before calling so you can save yourself some money and not to aid the customer

  • JorEh1061107
    Jor Eh (@JorEh1061107) reported

@arokorol @O2 When you were landing at Ben Gurion, your plane probably began its descent over the West Bank into Tel Aviv, so the first signal it picked up was the Palestinian Authority one.
