@O2 incorrectly charge £XXX to our bank account. Admit this was done in error. We have to wait until 6th Jan 2021 before it can be refunded. Even then, we have to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

@O2 The enforcement letters continue - three more received today - sent to a loyal @O2 customer who hasn’t done anything wrong. We have not yet had any reassurance that this mess - from @O2 ‘s error - will be resolved.

Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

After complaining for over 9 month about reception and signal strength in my area, @O2 advice me to change the sim, now brand new sim card and still the reception and signal is horrendous. So @o2 what is your recommendation now???

@O2 hey I’m having connectivity issues & have for months. Reported it & you guys keep calling me and leaving voicemails saying you’ll call back. Well guess what I can’t answer the calls to you because I have no signal!

@GorillaoJustice @O2 Hi James. I’m on O2 as well and not a million miles from you (N Wiltshire). I had issues yesterday. Losing signal, slow Internet, 3G. Today has been better. Still slightly flaky but not an issue. Hopefully yours will sort itself out. I’ve been with 02 16 years & won’t change
