    @O2 @brough_ant I have the same issue, crappy 4G in an area which you say is great. Well it isn't! I bought the Samsung A70 with 5G ready, I doubt I am going to receive 5G, so pretty pointless really buying the phone.

    After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

    @O2 I have been an @o2 customer for 20 odd years, I have always done what you suggest but nothing ever seems to work, apart from when you sent me out a signal booster one time. Always thought o2 would get better but it doesn't.

    Hi @O2. Your website says there aren’t any problems in my area but I can’t make outbound calls. I don’t know if I can receive them. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone but no luck. I’m trying to work from home but I can’t make any calls.

    @lucids @virginmedia @O2 Virgin mobile is using currently EE for its 3G and 4G services 5G services are provided to Virgin by Vodafone. The 5G service will continue to be provided by Vodafone until the contract with them runs out whenever that is

    @DeviousPL @O2 Couldn’t agree more. I was with virgin for over 10 years worst service ever and just recently left them to go to sky. They even wanted £375 for a disconnection fee. Best Bill I’ve ever ignored and they will never get from me. I’m also with o2 so this is deeply disappointing.

    @O2 What to do ? Online help after 1 hour hadn’t resolved my problem then he disappeared . I’m massively frustrated and in the first 14 days of a new contract so shall I cancel ?

    @O2 This is what I am worried about, you say 'for now.' I am sure you have seen my other comments about VM. I am not happy and I am worried about them taking over, causing trouble that involved me getting solicitor involved for them to back off and apologise for their big error.

    @O2 i cannot access my account via my phone. It doesn't recognise my mobile number! I want to know how much it will cost to terminate my contract. The merger with Virgin Media has taken place & I no longer wish to be an O2 customer.

    @AntonisAnthony @O2 Were trying to buy a house so didn’t need them ruining my credit score seeking their blood money. O2 also very good at money chasing but surprisingly bad at refunding when they’re the ones at fault. Neither company invests in customer service or competent staff by looks of it.

    @O2 I just want to make an official complaint that’s recognised by ofcom and, I cannot do that. I spent 3hrs being transferred around today and the same yesterday. I really just want to make my complaint official however South Africa are on a different world!
