@O2 my phone hasn’t been working all day, no outgoing/incoming calls, no texts, no 4G. I can’t even phone up to try sort it because it won’t let me. I tried the live chat and all they could say was ‘there’s no problems in that area’ plz help I need it for work 😔

So @EE launched their 5G network. While on the other side @O2 have not only announced a date but we sometimes barely get 3G in major towns and cities across the UK. Can’t wait for my contract to run out to switch providers

@O2 If I do that I lose my 1GB fibre with @virginmedia I just think it’s really scummy that I have to pay for a sim that literally doesn’t get used. I didn’t mind when I thought it was part of the virgin deal but then you put prices up by like 12% which is really crap.

I ordered an iPad SIM from @O2 - and was sent a SIM that used a @giffgaff number (which doesn't work). O2 won't sort it out because it's a Giffgaff number - unbelievable!

@O2 Hello, I only signed a new contract with O2 because I was told I was eligible for a 20% discount on my tariff if a family member living under thecsame roof is also an O2 customer, which he is. I was also told the discount would apply for the length of the contract.
