    Hi @O2 can you confirm if you are having issues with iPhone users SIMs please. Called customer service who have told me that you are but not seen anything reported online. My SIM in my iPhone 12 Pro Max lost service 2 hours ago and is now showing as Not Provisioned. Thanks. J 💙

    @WAFCWill @O2 Exactly the same mate… whether it’s in Wigan , Blackpool , Manchester or Liverpool. Always shocking service. Hardly any signal !! Poor service

    Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

    Thread: Twitter people I need some help. I’ve had my broadband with @SkyHelpTeam in excess of 15 years & my mobile with @O2 for not far off. I used up my data early this month, only happened a couple of times that. Topped up for 1GB on Wednesday for £10 & already it has gone.

    @O2 Could you explain to me as if I'm an idiot where exactly I go within "My O2" to add VOLTE / WiFi calling. Apparently I need to go to "My Devices". I can't see that anywhere in the app or the website. I honestly don't know why this stuff isn't automatically provisioned.
