    @O2 2/2 both occasions the call centres were noisy. Call centre operative didn’t speak very god English. Both operatives complaining their systems were slow or not working at all and putting me on hold for long periods.

    @O2 3/3 only conclusion I could reach is that your call centre staff are under pressure to make more calls and now routinely disconnect customer calls after a period of making no progress. What do you think??

    @O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

    @O2 no chance i’m renewing, genuinely shite network coverage, cant make call when driving without it sounding like someone is under water & call failing. Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.

    Thread: Twitter people I need some help. I’ve had my broadband with @SkyHelpTeam in excess of 15 years & my mobile with @O2 for not far off. I used up my data early this month, only happened a couple of times that. Topped up for 1GB on Wednesday for £10 & already it has gone.

    I’m sorry but @O2 it’s absolutely disgusting the way you charge for late fees. Unfortunately I was 2 days late (yes my bad) but my £35.54 is now £71.85! No contact was made telling me my bills didn’t go through either. My phone is work now can’t text or call, greed.

    @O2 @O2 is jugging me because I moved in with my partner last November, and lived in the previous flat for only one year (over 10 years in UK in long rent contracts). This makes my credit score a 'bad' score, meaning I can't have a sim plan with @O2 . Aren't you ashamed of yourself?
