I was also told that, in order to cancel the account entirely, I’d also have to relay a code. I registered a security word when I set the account up. I’ve provided this. The entire hilly city has draconian parking restrictions that mostly operate 9am to 8pm seven days a week. The only way to park is with a phone app and then you find there's no mobile coverage.
