    haha, just had an (obviously scam) phone call from someone who claimed to be from @O2 … when they asked how the service was and I said it was poor, they hung up

    @O2 worst customer service ever today. Moved to O2 a week ago and ported from EE. iMessage and FaceTime won’t activate. Issue with O2 as happens on any phone I try the sim in. Huge issue on O2 community but they won’t help. Easier to leave. Stay away from O2 when porting.

    @O2 The issue we have is for the last 4/5 years I’ve been paying for a phone I can’t use out and about where I stay. The signal is completely not existent. Which was no use when the school couldn’t get a hold of me to inform me my daughter had taken a bad fall at lunchtime.

    @O2 ever since I switched to o2 on my iPhone 12, 3G internet connection has always been extremely slow or unusable, wherever I am in the UK. 4G & 5G is fine. What’s the reason for this?
