    So annoyed with @O2 - because I never signed up for marketing and have their app, they have billed me for an inactive account for over a year and I only realised I was still paying when I got a txt to upgrade! Customer services were unhelpful 😢 I’ll be changing phone provider

    Really want to upgrade my @SamsungMobile s7 edge with Vodafone to a @HuaweiMobile p30 or p30 pro on my @VodafoneUK contract but they're so expensive compared to @O2 :( 7 YEARS a customer, and no deals to be had

    @MartinSLewis @o2 Martin been asking O2 questions regarding dormant policy on contracts after they’d been taking 7 years worth off a pensioner and only came to attention on his death. They say 12 months back pay, now not after the money just want change to this activity, any help

    Over an hour cut off 5 times from @O2 I know you’re operating a reduced contact centre but this is such a bad customer experience with poor options on your IVR system that result in the female robot saying “thanks for calling O2 goodbye” without even getting any help or an agent

    Hi @O2. Your website says there aren’t any problems in my area but I can’t make outbound calls. I don’t know if I can receive them. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone but no luck. I’m trying to work from home but I can’t make any calls.

    @O2 How come I got this text. O2 Network Update: Greengate, Middleton, Manchester M24 1RU, UK Good news. Our network is working well. We've fixed an issue in this area. We'll continue to keep a close eye on the network to make sure everything's working as it should.

    @O2 if you live in Norfolk forget this absloute joke of a network fron Thetford to Norwich along the A11 corridor its just simply no where better phone signal in the 80s absloute joke and I have to pay for this service

    @O2 your policies and customer service is absolutely shocking. I need out if this contract asap!! Apparently only one shop in the North West accept returns so I have to travel to Blackburn tomorrow else I'm tied for 3 years!
