@O2 tried for days now to get an answer from your support text which wasn’t effective whilst we were away and needed it. Bolt on didn’t work, meaning we had 3G max whilst in Spain on hols, but we needed to work. Your online support has been pretty poor with no answers. Not good.

@O2 hi, I received a bill saying that my 30-day plan had been started. The sim card is still on its way (ie I can't use the service yet) and I was told that the bill is meant to start after I activate my sim card. I tried accessing My O2 but it keeps showing an error. Please help
