Oh what a surprise. @O2 have yet again failed to take my direct debit payment. Every month I call and they assure me the next payment will be taken but it never has. Sheer incompetence!

Obviously was trying to get a refund for one of O2's many unwanted (and really rubbish) extras. Keep the small amount of cash @O2, give it to a charity of your choice, just content never ever to deal with this shite network again.

@O2 customer services are dire. Holding the line for 35 minutes to speak to someone. Second I get through to billing and mention the nature of the enquiry, call is disconnected - and of course never get a call back. No wonder they're rated so poorly on @UswitchUK

@virginmedia Over two months of outages now for Virgin Fibre, the speeds are great but the reliability & customer service are shocking. Multiple properties on VM in area offline, promised callbacks and engineers never appear. Truly shocking service. Thankful for my @O2 hotspot.
