    Oh what a surprise. @O2 have yet again failed to take my direct debit payment. Every month I call and they assure me the next payment will be taken but it never has. Sheer incompetence!

    @O2 I've been in Prague (from UK) since Monday and phone working fine. 11am today suddenly no network provision. Finally got through to phone support to find network request was made yesterday and can take 24hrs to activate...makes no sense and now I'm stuck with no network 🤯
