So what’s the point in telling me to use the network checker?

Definitely isn’t my devise as I’ve just been aboard and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

Take That, Clouds (@TakeThatClouds) reported@O2 Apparently to transfer your eSIM from a phone that doesn't work to a new phone you can also get your new phone and place it next to the phone that doesn't work. But make sure the phone that doesn't work is switched on and Bluetooth is on.
