    @O2 I have done and no joy, paying 50 odd quid a month for crap signal and crap Internet signal everywhere I go, you want to help then help me cancel my contract for a service you are not providing 👍

    @O2 when are you going to fix the mobile signal in Manchester? Hardly anything in the city centre and I need to rely on Wi-Fi. Definitely not worth what I’m currently paying for it

    @O2 3/3 only conclusion I could reach is that your call centre staff are under pressure to make more calls and now routinely disconnect customer calls after a period of making no progress. What do you think??

    @kaznyemh @dbcxptures @O2 When I was in Cornwall the other week, I got really good signal, in fact I got the fastest speed test done using mobile data that I’ve ever had.

    Hey @O2 been trying to view my mobile bill online and via the app for a couple of days now and just keep seeing “Uh-oh… Oops… Something’s gone wrong.” Any chance you could fix that something? Your virtual assistant is worse than useless!

    @O2 As a computer engineer with a master's degree, this explanation struck me as ridiculous. As a customer who has purchased dozens of iPhones, several iPads, three Macbooks, an Apple Watch, AirPods, etc., this is the first time you've surprised me in a negative way.
