Got tickets for Skunk Anansie via @O2 Priority but they are etickets with no physical counterpart. Presale elsewhere has physical tickets for same price, and I can't help but wish I'd known about that one instead. I have almost all my ticket stubs for the last 2 decades!

Hello @O2, my wife upgraded our virgin, it included an O2 sim. The account has been setup in someone else’s name (I have her name and address), but you’ve successfully managed to setup a direct debit and charge us. We’ve spent hours on the phone to virgin and yourselves. Help??!
