    Absolute shambles from @O2 with the pre sale of Peter Kay tickets. I managed to get some through gigs & tours but no checks so could have bought them even if I wasn't an O2 customer. Pointless having a pre sale if its open to all #peterkay #O2Priority

    The way @O2 treats is customers is nothing short of appalling. Had to wait around 90 minutes in store and then get told to call the call centre again as they can’t fix the problem the call centre told me I had to go into a store to have fixed.

    @O2 That it’s 24-48 WORKING hours for a call back from operations manager which will be between 23/09-27/09 Customer advisor also refused to put us through to a manager despite being put straight through last week and was hung up on during follow up call by o2 for feedback #o2
