    @chlo3matthewman @O2 @viagogo Tickets on there for over a £1000 now, O2 clearly weren’t experiencing issues with ticket demand unless you were an ordinary customer who wanted them at face value. Very very poor

    Hi @O2 we’ve been in Blackpool most of the day and have little or no signal until we were leaving. Do you have a known issue, a lack of cell towers or something? We’ve been half a dozen times this year and it’s always the same on 3 different phones.

    The @O2 phone support is bloody awful. It’s impossible to get an issue resolved and the minute the automated system here’s you mutter anything profound because it’s so useless it hangs up.

    Finally rid of @O2 thanks to an epic member of staff. These are few are far between ATM and here is my advice for any #O2 customers; If the call taker you're speaking to is like banging your head on a wall, hang up. Go through to lost and stolen and speak to one of them.

    @O2 You're having payment system issues, yet no one has mentioned it. Tried multiple times, different cards, won't even hit my bank or credit cards as no notifications to say rejected either.
