James Sawday (@SawdayJames) reported from Manchester, England@O2 Hey - I have checked the guide. It’s not my device as it worked 100% better on a recent trip to France. It’s not the environment as this is something I experience everywhere (in Leicester, in Manchester, on trains, at festivals) - but your signal checker says I have good 4G.
-
Shannon (@ShanRebec94) reported from Sale, England@chlo3matthewman @O2 @viagogo Tickets on there for over a £1000 now, O2 clearly weren’t experiencing issues with ticket demand unless you were an ordinary customer who wanted them at face value. Very very poor

Definitely isn’t my device as I’ve just been abroad and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

John Kirby (@csljohnkirby) reported@Alicetweets @O2 credits of £165 and £54.42 missing been on hold, cut off through security 5 times since 16.17 today, and it is now 18.14 and told that the credits have been moved, but they can not tell me where, and there is no senior person than the rude and obstructive individual I am talking to, and he has lied to me three times during this call, which is mean to be recorded.
-

Colm Nugent (@Wigapedia) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE At what point in time did mobile phone company investment get diverted to upgrade bike lanes? This is like complaining about the vegetable selection in Tesco being terrible, while care homes are underfunded. Tom apparently doesn't understand how a modern economy works.
