    @O2 Arrive at the store. No ID and they have no access to the account, so they cannot do it for me. But they gave me an eSIM to activate myself by calling up (cannot use the automated service as no access to my phone due to continuing issues).

    @O2 Still not being able to connect calls from Europe to the UK. Tried connecting to other networks, as suggested, not at all possible. Previously, having absolutely rubbish connection despite full network coverage on my phone. This really isn't acceptable & very frustrating!
