@psychomania666 @O2 At least it was on 3G. Most of the time it falls back to 2G round here. Plenty of boilerplate "we're always striving to improve the network" and "stay tuned" from @O2 but no actual improvement. At this point I'm sure there won't be any except in affluent areas down south.

@O2 no chance i’m renewing, genuinely shite network coverage, cant make call when driving without it sounding like someone is under water & call failing. Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.

@O2 I've had the same problem with EE, Vodafone and 3. They managed to sort the problem out within 4 hours. Three weeks later and you lot are still sending me demanding letters. Says a lot for your customer services. USELESS.

Wish I could afford to buy myself out of my @O2 contract so I can switch to @EE. Constantly doing work in our area but the service gets worse and worse every day. We're at tuw point where I can't make a phone call from my own house. Pathetic.

Terrible service @O2 when your customer service team are clearly deliberately cutting customers off! Prob still working at home & can’t be bothered speaking to paying #customers. I’m changing to another network after years of being with o2 as the customer service is very poor.

@O2 Residents in M20 postcode now have a weak signal because of a new 45m research building blocking the signal from the 4 storey roof of Christie Hosp. Vodafone agreed with Christie to move their mast. Can O2 move yours too pls?
