@O2 hi. I have Disney+ free till end month, when it then becomes £5.99. I saw on o2 offers I can add it for £3.99. Do I need to cancel and re add for the discount or will the £2 off auto apply when it becomes chargeable? Thanks

@O2 known issue affecting quality of calls and 4G reduced to 3 G. Spoke with your Helpdesk who are aware of issue in BL3 area but no fix date. Why am i paying for a service i cant use. Been told to use wifi or hotspot. Been happening fir weeks now.

@O2 The enforcement letters continue - three more received today - sent to a loyal @O2 customer who hasn’t done anything wrong. We have not yet had any reassurance that this mess - from @O2 ‘s error - will be resolved.

@O2 incorrectly charge £XXX to our bank account. Admit this was done in error. We have to wait until 6th Jan 2021 before it can be refunded. Even then, we can to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

@O2 you’ve charged me 6.99 for nominated delivery today with DPD @dhlexpressuk & the courier went to the wrong address & made out he’d been & said I wasn’t in. Worst customer service I’ve ever received & I expect a refund

@O2 I’ve been a customer for years.. added my Mum, my Brother.. my Son.. persuaded my Dad to change I’ve never had a problem ever.. the one problem I have had so far required 3 emails.. 13 phone calls.. a trip to the o2 shop who have to phone the same crap service we do! 😡😡😡

Hi @O2 I have no signal over 24hrs after completing swap my sim. Trying to contact you on the app but saying you are busy already. Can you help please? I have a 3month old baby and my phone is my only means of contact. Therefore no signal is not ideal. TIA

@O2 very disappointed, ordered a new phone and contract over a week ago, was told delivery in 48 hours, still waiting, contacted o2 and they was no help, not a good start to a 3 year contract, want to cancel already!!!😡
