    @O2 my direct debits came out a week later than it should have for some reason and I still owe for 1 of them. I keep trying to pay and its saying there's an issue with my payment and there shouldn't be.

    @O2 Over 10 days now with no mast signal (CM3). Messages like ‘We working hard to sort it…’ ‘Please be patient…’ hardly works, when I can’t phone (receive calls) message (receive messages) or use data when I leave the house. Update by 29th Oct - am I to wait a further month?

    @O2 My partner switched to 3 for better service is our new home. She paid her last bill. But we now have a £23 default showing on a credit report. Nobody answers the phone, online chat get disconnected, and the complaints page has no available appointments. How do we talk to you?
