    Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

    @O2 known issue affecting quality of calls and 4G reduced to 3 G. Spoke with your Helpdesk who are aware of issue in BL3 area but no fix date. Why am i paying for a service i cant use. Been told to use wifi or hotspot. Been happening fir weeks now.

    @O2 Honestly it’s the worst ever. I’m constantly having to use my wifi also the phone call quality is terrible phone calls cut off and I’m giving you over £50 a month. It’s that bad I’m thinking about paying it off early and going to EE and I proper can’t be arsed with Kevin bacon

    @O2 worst customer service ever. I have been trying to cancel my contract for over a month and there is no way to do so. And now you have threatened me with bad debts! I have a hotspot but your system doesn’t accept that number! Then closed with 30mins to go.

    @Niamhmcenhill @O2 Please let me know if they help you? I’m in the same boat. They’ve been absolutely no help so far. Responses to DMs are sporadic at best. No resolutions either. Just deflecting.
