So annoyed with @O2 - because I never signed up for marketing and have their app, they have billed me for an inactive account for over a year and I only realised I was still paying when I got a txt to upgrade! Customer services were unhelpful 😢 I’ll be changing phone provider

@O2 well your tech support is not fit for purpose ! Your answer is your ****** , hahaha , so went to Apple store excellent problem sorted , kind and understanding, unlike o2 who told me to change a battery in an iPad !! #idiots just boycot o2 less stress

@MartinSLewis @o2 Martin been asking O2 questions regarding dormant policy on contracts after they’d been taking 7 years worth off a pensioner and only came to attention on his death. They say 12 months back pay, now not after the money just want change to this activity, any help

Over an hour cut off 5 times from @O2 I know you’re operating a reduced contact centre but this is such a bad customer experience with poor options on your IVR system that result in the female robot saying “thanks for calling O2 goodbye” without even getting any help or an agent

It appears that the @Virginmedia and @O2 collaboration where they double your data and wifi speed also means double the hassle when their broadband goes down and the 4G falls through the floor and you cant access anything at all 🙄🙄👏🏻👏🏻 spectacular work all round

@o2 hi last week I phoned to cancel my phone contract, after speaking with 5 people my contract was eventually cancelled, only it wasn’t because I have just received my bill and when I have checked on line it still shows an active tariff! Please help!

@O2 I can get through to any department, no problem. I wanna cancel my contract and can’t get through to anyone. Can’t get through to someone on web chat either. I just want to cancel through the correct channels without just cancelling the direct debit and causing more issues.

@virginmedia I hope customers will be offered compensation 🤔. My niece can’t do her online GCSE revision tasks & I can’t do research for my uni assignment. My hotspot doesn’t work as there are issues with the @O2 mast nearby. The recent price increases aren’t justifiable at all.
