    @O2 im at the end of my contract have taken a new one out with a different network but want to keep the same number so waiting for them to change it over. they said when they sort it itll cancel itself but just want fo make sure as i dont want to be paying to lots of bills

    @O2 spoke to at least 3 people a day in a week and my phone still isn’t working. very unhappy with your service and that every single person I have spoken to has told me something different. I don’t trust you as a company and im praying that they release me from contract #OverO2

    @O2 Hi, yes I’ve spoken to someone but it’s still not sorted out . I’ve to ring back again which is awful. I was sent the wrong phone I sent it back Monday and it’s still not been received . I paid my last phone off so I could upgrade . I’ve been billed fo the wrong phone as well .

    Hi @O2. Your website says there aren’t any problems in my area but I can’t make outbound calls. I don’t know if I can receive them. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone but no luck. I’m trying to work from home but I can’t make any calls.

    @MissWhyOh @O2 @AppleSupport I wouldn't just say this is restricted to XR my wife has an 8 and she has had connection, internet and sounding like a robot issues for 12 literally counting down the weeks until she can bin O2 and get with a decent provider and a decent phone.😠😠

    Just saw my @O2 monthly payment, £80 more than average. Turns out I’ve dialled a number unknowingly that charges £3.50 per min….for 23 mins. No idea who (I’ve obvs googled a company number) but it’s obviously a scam. 02 can’t help me reclaim. Ouch. Be warned folks

    @O2 the signal in my area has been appalling over the past couple of months in my area. I am constantly being cut off mid sentence when the signal goes and often I sound like a darlek! I want to make a formal complaint. It’s always been poor but it’s worse.

    @O2 Rather than telling me to look at the network tips - why don’t you confirm if there are outages - as it isn’t just me who has a problem ! I would like to know if there are o2 masts down ? I tried speaking to someone - and the line went dead!!!! So now what?
