@O2 I'm having issues with my network, it says I'm not registered with a network if I try and make a phone call. I can't call your helpline. Do you have a live chat? I have tried taking my sim out and putting it back in and restarting my phone. All my bills are up to date.

@O2 hi. I have messaged many times about transferring my dad's payg number to his new contract. The page on the app is STILL offline, the o2 shop couldn't do it and 202 just tells us to use the app which doesn't work. I'm getting rather angry now about this.

Thread: Twitter people I need some help. I’ve had my broadband with @SkyHelpTeam in excess of 15 years & my mobile with @O2 for not far off. I used up my data early this month, only happened a couple of times that. Topped up for 1GB on Wednesday for £10 & already it has gone.

Hi @O2 can you confirm if you are having issues with iPhone users SIMs please. Called customer service who have told me that you are but not seen anything reported online. My SIM in my iPhone 12 Pro Max lost service 2 hours ago and is now showing as Not Provisioned. Thanks. J 💙

@O2 I live in WS13 area. The coverage is appalling. Your shop cannot help. Cannot contact you on landline. Helpline kept me waiting for over 15 mins then cut me off. Twice. Poor service for months,paying for a service I don't get. This is a matter for @Ofcom #o2poorservice

@O2 Day 109 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
