    @O2 My phone has not had any internet access 2day, it goes off on me, my messages don't send n its deletes, not receiving. I spend a lot of money to your company and the service I'm getting is disgusting. I am definitely changing networks. Not happy at all 😟

    @O2 my phone hasn’t been working all day, no outgoing/incoming calls, no texts, no 4G. I can’t even phone up to try sort it because it won’t let me. I tried the live chat and all they could say was ‘there’s no problems in that area’ plz help I need it for work 😔

    @O2 Y u lyin 4, been trying to do this for months n never succeeded even though I got told I could change it monthly when I purchased the phone. Changed it once from 50GB to 15GB and wanna change it to 10GB n it will only let me change it to 5GB 🙃

    Appalling customer service @O2 Day 3 and 5 business contract mobile phone are still off. 28 phone calls yesterday to O2 and 2 hour visit to store. Advised to email but no acknowledgement of email. Business losing money. No one @O2 cares. All we are asking for is customer service.

    Currently abroad and annoyed by crap service from @02. Chaotic telephone answering system that cuts u off. No messages sent to warn you are about to finish data. @02 #o2 @O2 definitely changing provider.
