@O2 I am absolutely fed up of having no signal it's nearing 7 months now I have 2 contracts it's unacceptable I live in StHelens it's shocking I go Liverpool & get 5G. Then have the cheek to hound me to get new contracts NO sort out the signal I'm furious

@O2 no chance i’m renewing, genuinely shite network coverage, cant make call when driving without it sounding like someone is under water & call failing. Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.

Transfer to @O2 after 10+ years with competitor. Tuesday requested to transfer number and still not complete. Can't make or receive calls. Great service so far, not! Got told by customer services it's a known issue, if so why allow transfers to happen if they will fail........
