@O2 . , now you will only compensate me from the time of my phone call and not from when the mast went down.A complete cop out telling people to use the network coverage status on your app before calling so you can save yourself some money and not to aid the customer

So @EE launched their 5G network. While on the other side @O2 have not only announced a date but we sometimes barely get 3G in major towns and cities across the UK. Can’t wait for my contract to run out to switch providers

@O2 My phone has not had any internet access, it goes off on me, my messages don't send and its deletes. I spend a lot of money to your company and the service I am getting is disgusting. I am definitely changing networks. Not happy at all 😟

@O2 Y u lyin 4, been trying to do this for months n never succeeded even though I got told I could change it monthly when I purchased the phone. Changed it once from 50GB to 15GB and wanna change it to 10GB n it will only let me change it to 5GB 🙃

@O2 my phone hasn’t been working all day, no outgoing/incoming calls, no texts, no 4G. I can’t even phone up to try sort it because it won’t let me. I tried the live chat and all they could say was ‘there’s no problems in that area’ plz help I need it for work 😔

@O2 5G has been rolled out in an area close to me but in my area I'm still not getting proper 4G speeds, I've been contacting you for around 1.5 years now and they always tell me first that the network mast in my area has a fault and the engineers are working on it.

@O2 I phoned 202 yesterday who said they had never heard of receiving a call from your own number. They didn’t mention number spoofing. They didn’t seem to believe me. Which is why I contacted you on here and was glad to find other cases of people reporting the same thing

@O2 I've got a challenge for you, O2. Fix your masts or else allow your customers to end their contracts you are failing to honour without penalty. "We don't guarantee a fault free service" is not a justifiable excuse for 7 weeks without service. You are taking money for nothing.
