Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

@VodafoneUK @O2 Hi James, I stupidly recycled my iPhone X with O2 and wow it was the worst thing I ever did tbh. Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account 🤬. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks 👍

@O2 I joined o2 mobile as part of contract with Virgin Media on 8/3/22 has a few problems now even more. Even with wifi calling my signal keeps dropping out incoming calls can’t hear me and cut people off. I’m thinking of cancelling both contract within 14 days any suggestions.

@O2 You told me you’d remove a defaulted payment on my credit score on 14/02/2022 within 3 working days it’s still there. I made a SAR and you refused it saying you don’t have data on me, when I go through security each time and have data on me read out to me by customer services.
