I can't call your helpline. Do you have a live chat? I have tried taking my sim out and putting it back in and restarting my phone. All my bills are up to date.

The page on the app is STILL offline, the o2 shop couldn't do it and 202 just tells us to use the app which doesn't work. I'm getting rather angry now about this.

It has happened twice in 3 weeks that the till has said voucher already used when it definitely wasn’t. It has also happened once at Greggs. She is out of pocket.
