Hi @O2 can you confirm if you are having issues with iPhone users SIMs please. Called customer service who have told me that you are but not seen anything reported online. My SIM in my iPhone 12 Pro Max lost service 2 hours ago and is now showing as Not Provisioned. Thanks. J 💙

@O2 hi. I have messaged many times about transferring my dad's payg number to his new contract. The page on the app is STILL offline, the o2 shop couldn't do it and 202 just tells us to use the app which doesn't work. I'm getting rather angry now about this.

@O2 My daughter contacted you recently regarding problems with the Caffè Nero free drink but you haven’t replied. It has happened twice in 3 weeks that the till has said voucher already used when it definitely wasn’t. It has also happened once at Greggs. She is out of pocket.

@O2 I'm having issues with my network, it says I'm not registered with a network if I try and make a phone call. I can't call your helpline. Do you have a live chat? I have tried taking my sim out and putting it back in and restarting my phone. All my bills are up to date.

@O2 your website is crap when trying to get help = sends you in circles. Apparently the live chat option doesn't seem to be on the website. No help via phone with your system hanging up repeatedly on people holding to speak to a human😡😡 +a 4 day wait for a callback via website!

@O2 your 4G network in Cornwall has pretty much stopped working in the last 12 months. Works in the early hours but as soon as enough people wake up and connect the data just stops. Your support say that nothing is wrong, like many people I know I’m leaving after 15 years.
