I can't call your helpline. Do you have a live chat? I have tried taking my sim out and putting it back in and restarting my phone. All my bills are up to date.

It has happened twice in 3 weeks that the till has said voucher already used when it definitely wasn’t. It has also happened once at Greggs. She is out of pocket.

My phone regularly says it has G3 or G4 there, but then refuses to send/receive data. The signal exists but is useless for any practical purposes.
