Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

@O2 I was close to cancelling all my o2 contracts due to poor online service. But I spoke with and was helped by Ava Church St Liverpool branch. She has excellent customer service and renewed my faith in o2. This branch is excellent. 🥇

@O2 Unfortunately, being out and about currently I haven't tested another non-O2 WiFi network yet. Reinstalling my mobile browsers after clearing cache and cookies has irritated me a bit. The o2 WiFi did not work either.

Trying to get support from @O2 is like pulling teeth these days. First I get directed to 'sales' and a predicted wait of 30 minutes. I call back and the automated 'service' says "down load the app, goodbye". The fact that a) it isn't relevant to my problem, and b) eludes them.

@O2 trying to top up via app and won’t go through. Have tried two different cards both with more than enough money in accounts. Have also checked with bank who say they can’t even see any declined payments. Is there an issue with your system at the moment?
