    @O2 My phone has not had any internet access 2day, it goes off on me, my messages don't send n its deletes, not receiving. I spend a lot of money to your company and the service I'm getting is disgusting. I am definitely changing networks. Not happy at all 😟

    @O2 Paying nearly £100 a month for two contracts and get less than 1mbps speeds constantly in 4g when I’m at home. Service status says excellent coverage indoor and outdoor. Shocking!

    @O2 Day 97 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 raising their prices again by 13.4% and I still get NO reception in my area and have to call on Wifi. ******* **** *****. Genuinely when are people going to do more than protest about the raise in prices for EVERYTHING and cost of living. It’s a ******* joke.
