    @O2 Honestly it’s the worst ever. I’m constantly having to use my wifi also the phone call quality is terrible phone calls cut off and I’m giving you over £50 a month. It’s that bad I’m thinking about paying it off early and going to EE and I proper can’t be arsed with Kevin bacon

    Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

    @O2 I was close to cancelling all my o2 contracts due to poor online service. But I spoke with and was helped by Ava Church St Liverpool branch. She has excellent customer service and renewed my faith in o2. This branch is excellent. 🥇

    @O2 'You have been kicked off this conference.' I waited a couple of minutes to collect myself. I called back and was greeted by another agent who finally cancelled it for me. Your customer service is apalling. Your nline system is an absolute joke. I will make sure I pass this on.

    @O2 OMG WHAT A WASTE OF GETTING A PHONE REBOOTED AND NOT FIX IT WHEN WE TOLD THEM THE CHARGER WAS NOT CHARGING AND ITS NOT CHARGING HE HASENT DONE A VERY GOOD JOB HE JUST WASTED TIME BOOTING IT TO FACTORY DEFAULT I DIDNT WANT THAT I WANTED THE CHARGER AREA FIXED BUT NO WASTE

    Another day without the phone @O2 a new phone sent to customer that doesn’t work… verging on leaving customer care is not to the level where it should be and I’m meant to pay my bill? Almost two weeks without a phone 😞!!
