Thread: Twitter people I need some help. I’ve had my broadband with @SkyHelpTeam in excess of 15 years & my mobile with @O2 for not far off. I used up my data early this month, only happened a couple of times that. Topped up for 1GB on Wednesday for £10 & already it has gone.

@O2 no chance i’m renewing, genuinely shite network coverage, cant make call when driving without it sounding like someone is under water & call failing. Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.

@O2 I am absolutely fed up of having no signal it's nearing 7 months now I have 2 contracts it's unacceptable I live in StHelens it's shocking I go Liverpool & get 5G. Then have the cheek to hound me to get new contracts NO sort out the signal I'm furious

Hi @O2 can you confirm if you are having issues with iPhone users SIMs please. Called customer service who have told me that you are but not seen anything reported online. My SIM in my iPhone 12 Pro Max lost service 2 hours ago and is now showing as Not Provisioned. Thanks. J 💙

@O2 The really, really important thing about a phone is the service. At Silverstone on the 12th it was merely inadequate. Only worked during races. On 29 Aug Moto GP races it was non existent.

@O2 hi, the 4g in my area,ky128nx has been really poor for a few weeks now. Not helped by a sky bb outage today where I can’t get on 4g either. Are you aware? Signal checker suggests it should be ok but marked decrease in speed recently

@O2 One for the network teams. Only happens on 5G in the EC2V 7JE postcode but the connection to WhatsApp keeps dropping. My office is here and has been happening since 5G went live
