    Over an hour cut off 5 times from @O2 I know you’re operating a reduced contact centre but this is such a bad customer experience with poor options on your IVR system that result in the female robot saying “thanks for calling O2 goodbye” without even getting any help or an agent

    @MartinSLewis @o2 Martin been asking O2 questions regarding dormant policy on contracts after they’d been taking 7 years worth off a pensioner and only came to attention on his death. They say 12 months back pay, now not after the money just want change to this activity, any help

    After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

    @BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Except all the network's have introduced "fair use policies" that limit roaming to 1-2 months maximum. Fine for most but a massive problem for Brits that live it spend a lot of time in the EU.

    @NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 Please provide minuted evidence of this and a reason why UK Govt is asking such stupid questions of the EU. Because the EU can't dictate charging policies to private companies - just as UK Govt couldn't with say, PPE, testing charges, etc, during the pandemic.
