@O2 I was close to cancelling all my o2 contracts due to poor online service. But I spoke with and was helped by Ava Church St Liverpool branch. She has excellent customer service and renewed my faith in o2. This branch is excellent. 🥇

Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

@O2 Honestly it’s the worst ever. I’m constantly having to use my wifi also the phone call quality is terrible phone calls cut off and I’m giving you over £50 a month. It’s that bad I’m thinking about paying it off early and going to EE and I proper can’t be arsed with Kevin bacon

@O2 Why are you insisting customers move to DD payments yet provide no way of doing this online so we have to sit in a 15 min phone queue? Also, I'm not paying 2 consecutive device plans for the 3 handsets on my account because your system is crap. Not moving to DD as a result.

@O2 My contract renewal phone some how being delivered to my old address. Called Monday. Advised delivered Tuesday. Called Tuesday. Advised delivered today. DPD still showing "Your parcel is held in our depot" in the wrong city. Can someone please fix this for me?

@O2 Hi, I moved into our new house nearly 5 weeks ago and have no cellular connection (I believe due to a local broken mast). Guarantees of fixes are continually delayed. Please can you provide latest update and also confirm applicable refunds for lack of service until fixed.
