    Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

    @MartinSLewis @o2 Martin been asking O2 questions regarding dormant policy on contracts after they’d been taking 7 years worth off a pensioner and only came to attention on his death. They say 12 months back pay, now not after the money just want change to this activity, any help

    @O2 customer service shocking, takes over an hour to speak to someone and chat service is over an hour for a reply too and issues still not resolved after numerous contacts!! Appalling service

    @O2 well your tech support is not fit for purpose ! Your answer is your ****** , hahaha , so went to Apple store excellent problem sorted , kind and understanding, unlike o2 who told me to change a battery in an iPad !! #idiots just boycot o2 less stress

    @o2 can you please explain why O2 coverage is pretty much awful anywhere you go? You claim it’s good, but often there’s no internet access and phone signal is intermittent. Search on here to see so many people saying the same. Been the same for well over a year

    @O2 But you haven’t. I rang about 6 weeks ago because I was always on E. Now in my house I get max 2 bars and two streets away/in the town centre there’s no signal but everytime I talk to o2 you guys say it’s fixed. It’s tiring

    @O2 No, because I don't answer calls I'm not expecting. If I wanted to discuss a complaint on the phone, I would call you. Written complaints should be responded to in writing, otherwise it feels like you're dodging anything being on the record.

    @O2 I have DM'd about it, called about it and emailed about it. Nothings changed in 4 months except where before I could use the app, now it's not working too I have now 6 lines that I cannot pay unless I sit on the phone to your call centre for hours Shambolic to what you used to be

    Seems @O2 you’ve broken the fairly ok ish My O2 app as the poorly integrated webpage integration when you go to make a payment, rather than built in as before, isn’t working properly. It doesn’t link multiple accounts to outstanding balance (still) and Apple Pay doesn’t work.
