@O2 incorrectly charge £XXX to our bank account. Admit this was done in error. We have to wait until 6th Jan 2021 before it can be refunded. Even then, we can to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

Service from @O2 and #dpduk is disgusting. For someone to open my parcel from inner part, take out my new phone, take that and the cable, put it back in then deliver it looking like any other parcel and nothing is being done.

@joycey505 @EnglandRugby @O2 You need to watch more closely then. Maybe learn the difference between managing the game at the beginning and speeding it up at the end with a tiring defence. Damage had already been done to the Welsh orchestrated by JvP. Your view is because you don’t like box kicking?

@theroyalfactor @O2 Have never yet used one of those signal checkers that was remotely accurate. 5G is very spotty here too, but 4G is mostly ok so I’m not too fussed.

Hi @O2 who can i complain to about my bill? Huge charges during my recent USA trip. But it wasn’t until 7 days into my trip you text me to inform me there would be charges. By that point the damage was done. My contract is up in two months, I’ll be seriously reviewing that now!

@O2 are a sham it seems. After making promises about refunding charges for being out of the country for a long period of time they go back on their word! So much for appreciating customer loyalty. Looks like one of their CS team has fobbed me off. Time for a new provider.
