Thread: Twitter people I need some help. I’ve had my broadband with @SkyHelpTeam in excess of 15 years & my mobile with @O2 for not far off. I used up my data early this month, only happened a couple of times that. Topped up for 1GB on Wednesday for £10 & already it has gone.

@O2 I am absolutely fed up of having no signal it's nearing 7 months now I have 2 contracts it's unacceptable I live in StHelens it's shocking I go Liverpool & get 5G. Then have the cheek to hound me to get new contracts NO sort out the signal I'm furious

@O2 no chance i’m renewing, genuinely shite network coverage, cant make call when driving without it sounding like someone is under water & call failing. Mast been down in Ashton for over a week. Phone basically useless. Troubleshooting links are pointless - not good enough.

Hi @O2 can you confirm if you are having issues with iPhone users SIMs please. Called customer service who have told me that you are but not seen anything reported online. My SIM in my iPhone 12 Pro Max lost service 2 hours ago and is now showing as Not Provisioned. Thanks. J 💙

@O2 appalling service this month. Days without any form of signal then text messages stating “you’re waiting for the landlord” to be able to get in and fix the mast. Absolute joke. Yet I’m still expected to pay the bills that you’ve increased in price..
