    @O2 I was close to cancelling all my o2 contracts due to poor online service. But I spoke with and was helped by Ava Church St Liverpool branch. She has excellent customer service and renewed my faith in o2. This branch is excellent. 🥇

    @O2 Honestly it’s the worst ever. I’m constantly having to use my wifi also the phone call quality is terrible phone calls cut off and I’m giving you over £50 a month. It’s that bad I’m thinking about paying it off early and going to EE and I proper can’t be arsed with Kevin bacon

    @O2 Is there network issues or something? I switched from ee to o2, thinking network connection would be better, but all i have had sijce switchin is errors, and signal issues. My 5g shows as havijg 2-3 bars of service yet it keeps sayin checking network whenever im usin the internet

    @O2 why do I have to raise a complaint just to get an issues resolved when your app glitches and I end up purchasing 2 bolt ons I don’t even need. You state that the purchase follows a text or email regarding the purchase and how to cancel but I didn’t receive anything. Very poor
