So annoyed with @O2 - because I never signed up for marketing and have their app, they have billed me for an inactive account for over a year and I only realised I was still paying when I got a txt to upgrade! Customer services were unhelpful 😢 I’ll be changing phone provider

@MartinSLewis @o2 Martin been asking O2 questions regarding dormant policy on contracts after they’d been taking 7 years worth off a pensioner and only came to attention on his death. They say 12 months back pay, now not after the money just want change to this activity, any help

Over an hour cut off 5 times from @O2 I know you’re operating a reduced contact centre but this is such a bad customer experience with poor options on your IVR system that result in the female robot saying “thanks for calling O2 goodbye” without even getting any help or an agent

@VodafoneUK @O2 Hi James, I stupidly recycled my iPhone X with O2 and wow it was the worst thing I ever did tbh. Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account 🤬. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks 👍

@O2 well your tech support is not fit for purpose ! Your answer is your ****** , hahaha , so went to Apple store excellent problem sorted , kind and understanding, unlike o2 who told me to change a battery in an iPad !! #idiots just boycot o2 less stress

Ok @O2 so far you've not sent me my PAC code by text as requested an hour ago. Then passed from customer services to another department,in hold for over 20 minutes and then cut off! If I hadn't already decided to leave then I definitely do now. Shocking service.

I can't make calls for 2 weeks because "mobile network not available". Obviously I can't call the helpline and no-one can help me via Live Chat or WhatsApp. O2 status says the phone mast is not working properly and you will update me by 27th August!?! Sort yourself out @O2 #fail

I have an @O2 Samsung phone. I leave it on mobile data and WiFi all the time. If I am not in a WiFi area then I struggle to do anything on the phone. It has always been this way. Why is this? Is the @O2 network just bloody shite? 🤔🤬

@O2 your status page tells me the local broken mast isn’t being checked for two weeks. It’s been a month already and I can rarely get phone signal at and around home. This is ridiculous given the fact it’s required for various reasons (eg. 2 factor authentication). Can you help?
