Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

@O2 incorrectly charge £XXX to our bank account. Admit this was done in error. We have to wait until 6th Jan 2021 before it can be refunded. Even then, we have to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

@O2 The enforcement letters continue - three more received today - sent to a loyal @O2 customer who hasn’t done anything wrong. We have not yet had any reassurance that this mess - from @O2 ‘s error - will be resolved.

@O2 Sorry, your system crashed and I’ve been trying since 09:30 this morning! No confidence in the network if it crashes at the first sign of being busy! As with, @TicketmasterUK failed to cope with demand - certainly for us out in the sticks, we get nowhere again…!!!

@O2 this is getting beyond a joke trying to access on 3 devices, been on my phone since 9am still no luck, websites completely down and app is as useful as a chocolate fireguard, how is this still an issue 8hours on yet if it was an issue with payments it be fixed in 5mins 🤔
