After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

@O2 Reasons to hate O2: your network is appalling in the Preston, Fylde, Wigan & Wyre areas. You referred to it as 4G “congestion” and advised me to try switching to 3G. I complained. You reminded me that in the T’s & C’s you don’t guarantee an acceptable network. Beware folks

@o2 I asked you yesterday to send me an esim. You did. But you also disabled my physical SIM. The SIM swap process cannot complete. I have been calling and also trying to get you on chat. All no response. I now have nothing. Ridiculously bad service. #o2
