    @O2 An absolute customer service Omnishambles. How can you sell tickets to customers who can’t access the platform to buy them? Spent hours trying to access platforms. Been an O2 customer for nearly 15 years, and seriously thinking of going elsewhere after today.

    @O2 regardless how long you stay loyal to a company, when the **** hits the fan, your on your own 🙄 How can o2 leave me without my phone for 10 working days when I am self employed. They didn’t even notify me. This is bc I reported someone scamming my account
