    @O2 im at the end of my contract have taken a new one out with a different network but want to keep the same number so waiting for them to change it over. they said when they sort it itll cancel itself but just want fo make sure as i dont want to be paying to lots of bills

    @MissWhyOh @O2 @AppleSupport I wouldn't just say this is restricted to XR my wife has an 8 and she has had connection, internet and sounding like a robot issues for 12 literally counting down the weeks until she can bin O2 and get with a decent provider and a decent phone.😠😠

    Bereavement is bloody hard!! However credit must go to the professionalism and over beaming great customer service at both @O2 and @BTGroup for taking the time to talk with me this afternoon!! Good customer service can be hard to find, but those 2 people had more than enough!!

    @O2 Hi O2. I just tried calling my mum who is with yourselves. She didn’t answer and rather getting her voicemail I get out through to 101!? Never happened before. Her friend, who is on a different network to myself has called her and got the same issue. Any help please?

    @O2 @VMO2News 1/3 I’ve just been sent a letter threatening to take me to court for an account I don’t have. Your customer service confirms the SIM card has never been used. I can’t pass the security check as I have never set an account up with you.
