They’ve been “fixing” a mast near me for weeks, keep giving completion dates and it’s never fixed and then they send out new alerts with new completion dates and again never fixed. BT(EE) made a profit of £1 billion last year. There is nothing stopping them using those funds to improve coverage.

It always comes on at the same point so it's not my phone playing up. Their website says there are no issues. I wish they'd just be honest
