    @O2 are awful 😡 so they say with work being carried out it may affect things BUT I cant phone anyone, I cant even send a text to anyone all day this has been it's a disgrace. I run a p/t online business how the hell am I meant to do that!! 😡😡

    Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

    @MartinSLewis @o2 Martin been asking O2 questions regarding dormant policy on contracts after they’d been taking 7 years worth off a pensioner and only came to attention on his death. They say 12 months back pay, now not after the money just want change to this activity, any help

    @VodafoneUK @O2 Hi James, I stupidly recycled my iPhone X with O2 and wow it was the worst thing I ever did tbh. Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account 🤬. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks 👍

    Over an hour cut off 5 times from @O2 I know you’re operating a reduced contact centre but this is such a bad customer experience with poor options on your IVR system that result in the female robot saying “thanks for calling O2 goodbye” without even getting any help or an agent

    @O2 And still @o2 have not responded to my emails sent to complaint review service with the first email being sent on the 5th June, after previously speaking to the customer service team about a week to 10 days prior to that! Awful service and I will be closing my accounts soon!

    @O2 since Friday morning I’ve had constant signal issues using my phone. You admitted there’s an issue with your network in the area. I am really concerned is the 3rd day my signal issues have persisted all you have given is £10 credit which is unacceptable for the outages

    @O2 - I contacted you because I can't send text messages from my Apple phone to anything that isn't an Apple phone. You said 3 days to investigate and then followed up with a customer service survey via text message - which unsurprisingly, I CAN'T REPLY TO! See my problem?!

    @O2 The network checker says may local mast is down. I’ve been having issues for almost a week. Your resolution being connect to WiFi is unacceptable. If I could access WiFi where I am I wouldn’t be using my data! Mind you I have three lines and I’m having issues with all of them

    @O2 I have redeemed my vue code but wasn’t able not able to choose tickets (I was confused because they wanted me to set up a corporate account) and I came out of the app before I’d booked tickets. Now I can’t see how to book using the reward. Please help!
