    @O2 I was issued with a odeon cinema code for use on Sunday however this is not now showing on my priority app so I’m unable to book my ticket. This seems to be a problem with priority as my partner booked the same and has the same issue however he took a screenshot of his code.

    @O2 hi, I went to Greggs this morning to use one of the O2 treats, ordered my bacon sandwich and coffee then tried to activate the treat and it said sold out when 1 min earlier it was available, meaning I had to then pay, can you tell me if I can get the money back for this?

    A really poor way to basically tell people they haven’t got a ticket — by sending an email making them think they have @TicketmasterUK @O2. Despite the fact people had til 18:00 today to claim the tickets left were being claimed from 17:00 and email sent 15 mins after that. 1/2

    I have been with @o2 for over a decade. Next contract I will be switching, customer service is a disgrace. See adverts on tv from other phone networks about landing planes using there phone network, meanwhile I have to go for a drive to receive a text #poorcustomerservice
