Over an hour cut off 5 times from @O2 I know you’re operating a reduced contact centre but this is such a bad customer experience with poor options on your IVR system that result in the female robot saying “thanks for calling O2 goodbye” without even getting any help or an agent

Hey @O2 - you really have the worst customer service ever. I have been a victim of fraud where someone managed to bypass your security systems and effected a SIM swap. They then racked up over £100 in premium line charges.

@O2 Hi, how do I request an eSIM pack? Website says contact customer service so I called 202, but when I say “eSIM” to the system on there it says request it through the MyO2 app, which doesn’t seem to have an option for that. Thanks.

djClaudia (@djClaudia08) reported
@O2 since joining O2 2 months ago, I regularly get spam texts. Didn't have this problem with Virgin in the 10 years that I was with them. Is this a common problem that all O2 customers deal with? I often report spam texts and block the numbers, but they just keep coming!

Russ Michaels Consulting (@RussMichaels) reported
been getting prank calls from an @O2 number. So Contacted O2 customer services to ask if they could contact their customer and ask them to stop. Nope, they can't be bothered, too lazy.
