@O2 My daughter contacted you recently regarding problems with the Caffè Nero free drink but you haven’t replied. It has happened twice in 3 weeks that the till has said voucher already used when it definitely wasn’t. It has also happened once at Greggs. She is out of pocket.

Hi @O2 can you confirm if you are having issues with iPhone users SIMs please. Called customer service who have told me that you are but not seen anything reported online. My SIM in my iPhone 12 Pro Max lost service 2 hours ago and is now showing as Not Provisioned. Thanks. J 💙

@O2 Despite calling customer services to resolve it the lovely advisors cannot do anything until an email inbox has been checked by a department they cannot contact unless they also email that inbox. They can check emails that have been sent to me though 🤯

@bankwithsmile suddenly withdrew my overdraft blaming poor credit score @Experian where, after taking out unwanted annual subscription, I discover I have an outstanding debt of £40 to @O2 I pay the £40 and am then told it will take 30 to 60 days for Experian to be informed! Why?
