Never go with @O2 they don’t value loyal customers at all and can’t even come close to competing with other providers! Basically got told to accept their ridiculous offer or terminate my contract 😂🖕🏼

@O2 im at the end of my contract have taken a new one out with a different network but want to keep the same number so waiting for them to change it over. they said when they sort it itll cancel itself but just want fo make sure as i dont want to be paying to lots of bills

@MissWhyOh @O2 @AppleSupport I wouldn't just say this is restricted to XR my wife has an 8 and she has had connection, internet and sounding like a robot issues for 12 literally counting down the weeks until she can bin O2 and get with a decent provider and a decent phone.😠😠

It has been brought to my attention that @O2 is doing a number on their customer , I may need to part ways of them if their price is too high . The government isn’t increasing our salaries so we must go where it’s cheaper .
