    @O2 My daughter contacted you recently regarding problems with the Caffè Nero free drink but you haven’t replied. It has happened twice in 3 weeks that the till has said voucher already used when it definitely wasn’t. It has also happened once at Greggs. She is out of pocket.

    @O2 hi. I have messaged many times about transferring my dad's payg number to his new contract. The page on the app is STILL offline, the o2 shop couldn't do it and 202 just tells us to use the app which doesn't work. I'm getting rather angry now about this.

    @O2 Honestly it’s the worst ever. I’m constantly having to use my wifi also the phone call quality is terrible phone calls cut off and I’m giving you over £50 a month. It’s that bad I’m thinking about paying it off early and going to EE and I proper can’t be arsed with Kevin bacon

    Hmm my @O2 #O2 #O2UK contract is ending next month but as much as I LOVE them as a network and brand they can not and doubt will ever match @EE #EE in my area for speeds and coverage so yeah bit of a dilemma here. Stay with O2 or move to EE I don’t know what to do tbh?!?! 📱🤔

    Hi @O2 can you confirm if you are having issues with iPhone users SIMs please. Called customer service who have told me that you are but not seen anything reported online. My SIM in my iPhone 12 Pro Max lost service 2 hours ago and is now showing as Not Provisioned. Thanks. J 💙

    @O2 @Harry_Styles Kicked off 02 priority app, had to go on ticket master app, was in a que of over 60,000 for a 5,000 venue, within 5 mins all tickets sold out. I mean wtf!? Now we all have to fight over limited tickets AGAIN tomorrow. Pure bullshit

    @O2 @Harry_Styles Just a shame you let bots get tickets then sell them for extortionate prices, more should be done by ticket sellers to stop this or cancel the tickets that we can see advertised in this way!!

    Been an @O2 customer for 15 years. Today I realised once my contract is up, I'm out. My partner is on @ThreeUK. She is paying £10 to user he mobile in the USA for 2 weeks. For me it's £6 a day. So that's £90 to use my mobile for 15 days while I'm out there. Bye bye O2. #SCAM
