@O2 hi. I have messaged many times about transferring my dad's payg number to his new contract. The page on the app is STILL offline, the o2 shop couldn't do it and 202 just tells us to use the app which doesn't work. I'm getting rather angry now about this.

@O2 im at the end of my contract have taken a new one out with a different network but want to keep the same number so waiting for them to change it over. they said when they sort it itll cancel itself but just want fo make sure as i dont want to be paying to lots of bills

@O2 If I’ve set mobile data to off this should not be over ridden regardless otherwise what’s the point in being able to turn it off. I’ve never had to do this with any other network.
