    @O2 im at the end of my contract have taken a new one out with a different network but want to keep the same number so waiting for them to change it over. they said when they sort it itll cancel itself but just want fo make sure as i dont want to be paying to lots of bills

    1 hr 20 min trying to upgrade to a new iphone 11 with @O2 but because they never updated my name after being married 7 yrs ago (sent marriage certificate) won’t do it.. goodbye O2..

    @O2 hi. I have messaged many times about transferring my dad's payg number to his new contract. The page on the app is STILL offline, the o2 shop couldn't do it and 202 just tells us to use the app which doesn't work. I'm getting rather angry now about this.

    @O2 shocking #o2recycle service. Do you now use a scam company? My wife's fully working phone was checked in store and sent off yet recycle say it's damaged. Pure lies. Trustpilot shows this happens all the time. Disgusting and will not take another contract out again with O2

    @O2 Wifi calling would be great, WiFi would solve all my issues……. I wouldn’t have any issues if I had WiFi at work 🙃🙃🙃 ps…..iDONT HAVE WIFI 😭😭😭😭😭 I’ve literally no signal in work, most it’s seen today is 2 bars of “E”…But has spent most of its time with no signal at all

    @O2 How dare you cut me off after I waited on the phone for 20 min, ur advisor THEN answered & THEN cut off the call. I know why cuz it says prior “we’re experiencing high call volumes” after I been with o2 for 10 years! It’s very important why I called, it’s not 4 a chat! #rude
