    @O2 im at the end of my contract have taken a new one out with a different network but want to keep the same number so waiting for them to change it over. they said when they sort it itll cancel itself but just want fo make sure as i dont want to be paying to lots of bills

    @O2 Gave up and have gone elsewhere will also be moving my company and all personal accounts from @O2 I have never been messed about so much when trying to give a company my business... absolutely utter madness how poor your customer service is..!

    I want to ring my son today to wish him a happy birthday. Trouble is I'm on @O2 so can't use my mobile network and I have a @Google pixel 6 pro, so WiFi calling doest work either. I get a bonus next year, going to go on holiday so I can use my phone!

This year same for my flatmate 30 days notice and then double the price and no more roaming. We switched to Lebara (Vodafone) network wish I did before EU+ India roaming and 100 international min

    @O2 getting annoyed now how many times do I have to tell customer service I have or use the number that they are insisting they send the code 2 I can't find the sim card so how am I supposed to get it through to them !!!!
