@O2 I wish to raise a GDPR complaint. I have called your call centre twice & been disconnected after 23 minutes on each occasion. Your live chat in India refused to help me. Please can someone contact me urgently or I’m going direct to your CEO with this matter via email.

@O2 you are as an organisation possibly the worst most incompetent, disorganised shambles of an excuse of a company I have ever come across and at this point are making @VodafoneUK look professional and trust me I wouldn’t trust them to make a cup of tea

@O2 hi. I have messaged many times about transferring my dad's payg number to his new contract. The page on the app is STILL offline, the o2 shop couldn't do it and 202 just tells us to use the app which doesn't work. I'm getting rather angry now about this.

So instead of crediting me with £10 for my poor data service, o2 charged me £10 as a goodwill gesture. But don’t worry it’s going back on as credit and I still have to fork out a £33 tariff bill. @O2 embarrassing

@O2 Hi. On Sat I tried to enter a comp via 61054 “Make Me A Winner” once, but due to a network block on premium-rate texts, my phone retried multiple times and I was charged £2.50 per entry, six times. So far. I only intended to send one entry. Could you please refund the extra

@O2 i have a problem with my network on samsung galaxy s22 ultra, I cannot receive or make calls or texts and i have no data connection on my Unlimited eSIM. I CAN'T request help from O2 as i can't call via 202 or any other number as it just drops the call instantly. It started 18th November 2025 early morning. Please can you help me reset my eSIM or check provisions are set up on my account for 4G/5G as my eSIM is constantly connected to WCDMA (900).

Counting down the days until I can leave @O2 I never get signal, I can only use WiFi at home. What is the point in paying nearly £70 a month to only use a mobile phone at home. I might as well have a landline. I work in Central London, in this day an age a phone is needed. 😡
