    @O2 im at the end of my contract have taken a new one out with a different network but want to keep the same number so waiting for them to change it over. they said when they sort it itll cancel itself but just want fo make sure as i dont want to be paying to lots of bills

    @MissWhyOh @O2 @AppleSupport I wouldn't just say this is restricted to XR my wife has an 8 and she has had connection, internet and sounding like a robot issues for 12 literally counting down the weeks until she can bin O2 and get with a decent provider and a decent phone.😠😠

    Hi @O2. Your website says there aren’t any problems in my area but I can’t make outbound calls. I don’t know if I can receive them. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone but no luck. I’m trying to work from home but I can’t make any calls.

    After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

    @O2 can you please explain why 4G on your network is incapable of getting any higher than 1Mbps for longer than 20 seconds? This has been going on for years and still hadn't been sorted. Please advise and fix it.

    Join @o2 on Saturday. Tuesday No Service… Weds evening STILL NO SERVICE. Everyone @O2 is clueless also. My case has been escalated to tech support and I “should” hear something in the next 3 days… so that will be 5 days of NO SERVICE in my FIRST WEEK. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

    Shocking support from @O2 tonight! @Jeremy_Nicholas trying to sort out an issue on my O2 acc while I’m stuck in South Africa. After waiting forever, then on hold for ages, got told to phone back at 8am and while he was still talking hung up on him! I honestly expected better.

    @O2 2/2 even though it doesn’t state that it’s been taken off until 28days have passed and you have received a new bill. Shocking customer service I will be taking my custom elsewhere
