@O2 My phone has not had any internet access, it goes off on me, my messages don't send and its deletes. I spend a lot of money to your company and the service I am getting is disgusting. I am definitely changing networks. Not happy at all 😟

@wpduk @O2 we just had a power cut in DE12 7? With our mobile signal almost non-existent (mobile companies know about & don't care) & the power out takes out the router, how we get ANY up to date info electronically? We can't, can we? Just a thought when ♿ & sitting in the dark!

@O2 have a problem in spain to get data working on 3 g. Have ensigns told on holiday have tried live chat and all I get is pages of faq. I have turned phone on and off. Tried different providers and still can’t access data on the go. Please Any help?????
