Mad how due to an issue with @bt_uk I’ve had to use my @O2 data to do my work. Which was great, 15GB lasted me from Monday till yesterday. Now I added an extra 8GB yesterday to see me through and half has been used in 24 hours and I’ve not even done uploads/downloads!! #*****

@O2 I was close to cancelling all my o2 contracts due to poor online service. But I spoke with and was helped by Ava Church St Liverpool branch. She has excellent customer service and renewed my faith in o2. This branch is excellent. 🥇

@virginmedia I can't get through on the phone and your agents think I'm on Oomph and can't help when in fact I'm not on Oomph I'm on Volt with a @O2 Sim ! If I still had a virgin sim I wouldn't want to be cancelling as I never had a problem with billing when I did!
