    @O2 I was close to cancelling all my o2 contracts due to poor online service. But I spoke with and was helped by Ava Church St Liverpool branch. She has excellent customer service and renewed my faith in o2. This branch is excellent. 🥇

    @O2 im at the end of my contract have taken a new one out with a different network but want to keep the same number so waiting for them to change it over. they said when they sort it itll cancel itself but just want fo make sure as i dont want to be paying to lots of bills

    Hi @O2. Your website says there aren’t any problems in my area but I can’t make outbound calls. I don’t know if I can receive them. I’ve tried restarting my iPhone but no luck. I’m trying to work from home but I can’t make any calls.

    Never go with @O2 they don’t value loyal customers at all and can’t even come close to competing with other providers! Basically got told to accept their ridiculous offer or terminate my contract 😂🖕🏼
