    After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

    @MissWhyOh @O2 @AppleSupport I wouldn't just say this is restricted to XR my wife has an 8 and she has had connection, internet and sounding like a robot issues for 12 literally counting down the weeks until she can bin O2 and get with a decent provider and a decent phone.😠😠

    @O2 im at the end of my contract have taken a new one out with a different network but want to keep the same number so waiting for them to change it over. they said when they sort it itll cancel itself but just want fo make sure as i dont want to be paying to lots of bills

    @O2 @MarkEvansO2 why every month is there a problem with one or other part of my direct debit...you don’t apply for it then you send me 6 texts and three emails in 48 hours to tell me you are cancelling my agreement and removing my number

    @O2 since covid broke out the matter of having a 4G signal stated on my phone screen doesn't actually give blazing fast internet speeds. It's pretty shockingly slow at times. When will things get back to normal?

    @O2 Honestly no, for a couple of reasons 1) o2 signal near me is shocking at home 2) I’ve always found your data speeds to be err slow at best. So I’m not gonnna commit to pay monthly just for a proof of concept. Thanks anyway

    It's been a pretty bad last 7 days for online b2b service provision. First @O2 This time @eventbritehelp. No assistance given for perceived error in update code which erroneously re-paginated a lot of event copy. Inconvenience caused.

    @O2 hello the last month I’ve been having issues sending sms messages from home. They just keep failing. Coverage map says full 4g calling but we don’t even get that outside let alone inside and now I can’t even send an sms. The online form to report issues keeps coming up error.

    Still waiting for a reply from @O2 "@O2 hi got a flip3 & keeps saying network unavailable or when sending txts it defaults to mms. Is there any network settings i can try to see if its the phone thats faulty?? The sim card is fine in other phones"
