    @lmjwoww @O2 Exactly... their response didn’t help at all as I had already been on their website. I would say they don’t currently have 5G in Manchester. Contradicting the info on the website. 😡

    @O2 awful service. Called to pay my device plan in full, was on the phone for >1 hr spoke to 5 different people in 5 different teams that couldn’t help (Customer Service, Retentions, Payments, Billing & Upgrades). My dog would’ve give a better service than what I received today!

    @swtrains_watch @O2 I would prefer they just bin Wi-Fi totally rather than pretend they actually have a service - first world problem but irks me. Spend the money on something else instead .

    @O2 why are all your complaints team so USELESS! NONE of them know how to look into a complaint including managers. All just avoid the actual issue and end the chat when the conversation gets hard ends the conversation. Customer for 17 years thinking of leaving
