    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @MissWhyOh @O2 @AppleSupport I wouldn't just say this is restricted to XR my wife has an 8 and she has had connection, internet and sounding like a robot issues for 12 literally counting down the weeks until she can bin O2 and get with a decent provider and a decent phone.😠😠

    I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

    hi @O2 please can you advise. spoke to someone else today that said the same. so it's better for me to cancel my call plan after the device contract ends and start again as a new customer... why not just give existing customers the same deal

    Got tickets for Skunk Anansie via @O2 Priority but they are etickets with no physical counterpart. Presale elsewhere has physical tickets for same price, and I can't help but wish I'd known about that one instead. I have almost all my ticket stubs for the last 2 decades!

    @O2 im at the end of my contract have taken a new one out with a different network but want to keep the same number so waiting for them to change it over. they said when they sort it itll cancel itself but just want fo make sure as i dont want to be paying to lots of bills

    @O2 My Daughter has been trying to get hold of someone in complaints but has been given false email addresses, she can't get network coverage, she gets told that it's because there is more people holidaying in the UK yet other providers manage I suggest you need to invest.

    @O2 it is a new card - first direct switched my debt card from visa to mastercard. FD say they can't see a problem, and o2 says they can't see a problem, and i can't top up.

    @O2 yh but when its going on for a week and a half that not right maybe a day or two yet week and a half and u expect full payment....i know what ill be doing once my contract is up as not paying for a constant poor service its like im putting money in the bin
