@O2 hi i live in the postcode area OL9 , for the last 3/4 months the signal has been horrendous!! Lucky if I get 1 bar of 4G and once I can make a call I’m lucky if it doesn’t disconnect or if I move it cuts off… not great when paying a fair bit for a contract! #help

@O2 Hi. We recently switched to O2, having been offered a better deal. The service checker said signal good both in and outdoor. (And we have used tesco in the past, who I thought use o2) However, less than one bar since we switched and cuts out lots during calls.

@O2 don't take me wrong I love O2, I've been with you guys since 2007... but since I've come back to London, the 4G is really bad and the WIFI doesn't work in my room so I survive on 4G
