  @O2 Constant drop out in the centre of Manchester due to congestion. Got told by a representative that: After speaking with our Network Service Team, the level of service you’re receiving is the expected level within that area. And it's part of T's and C's.. So tough luck.

  @O2 No, nothing. I confirmed the email with the agent on the call, your website and the agent I spoke with the other day. Your agent 2 months ago was also aware of the complaint but insisted I the email address was sufficient.

  @O2 I made a purchase two weeks ago that qualified for a £100 O2 gift card (iPad Pro 12.9) but the text/email on how to claim has never arrived. I suspect the text is being sent to the sim in the iPad and it doesn’t receive texts… can you help at all please? :)
