Hi @O2 we’ve been in Blackpool most of the day and have little or no signal until we were leaving. Do you have a known issue, a lack of cell towers or something? We’ve been half a dozen times this year and it’s always the same on 3 different phones.

@O2 An absolute customer service Omnishambles. How can you sell tickets to customers who can’t access the platform to buy them? Spent hours trying to access platforms. Been an O2 customer for nearly 15 years, and seriously thinking of going elsewhere after today.

@O2 Unlike when I was looking for an upgrade. Had Alison on WhatsApp quicker than I could imagine. But then you stood to gain from that. Think you make all of these ‘WOW’ o2 things, yet your basic customer service is very poor. But then I guess your business is all about image.

@O2 one year later coverage in Bournemouth is still horrendous. It’s a tourist town. As soon as I get get heavy traffic through the town the signal goes to sh**. Definetly changing network is when my renewal date is up. Absolutely horrendous service

@O2 Well I believe myself and many other O2 customers in my area are having similar problems. I keep getting missed calls from my customer's, as no signal. Not acceptable.
