Definitely isn’t my devise as I’ve just been aboard and the signal worked perfectly. What are my options please?

Even then, we can to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

So what’s the point in telling me to use the network checker?

Probably the first signal it found (especially if the plane landed from the east) followed by a closer one. I had to turn off roaming after visiting Bayt Lehm for fear of being billed thousands.
