    @O2 2/2 both occasions the call centres were noisy. Call centre operative didn’t speak very god English. Both operatives complaining their systems were slow or not working at all and putting me on hold for long periods.

    Crying like a baby because #o2uk have totally ****** me over big time if my depression wasn’t bad enough @O2 they done a contract completely wrong and now I’m not able to get my iPad fixed 😭😭😭 I’m so upset

    @BattyeB @EE I'm afraid I can't recommend @O2 even if they have good coverage where you are... you can't get any service from them. Been trying to get through for an hour this time #notfitforourpose

    Oh what a surprise. @O2 have yet again failed to take my direct debit payment. Every month I call and they assure me the next payment will be taken but it never has. Sheer incompetence!

    @O2 how do you get through to you for a pac code. Been ringing for an eternity and still waiting. It's as if you're ignoring the call so i'll have stay. pretty cr*p service from a main mobile provider. Let me guess #hgvshortageexcuse or #covidexcuse #notfitforourpose @Offcom

    Really unimpressed with @O2 Contact Centre customer service. Working in customer service myself, I know changing a direct debit date shouldn't take 30 minutes with 2 agents, a dropped call, being called back, and then being told I need to call again tomorrow This should be 2 mins

    @O2 Hey - I have checked the guide. It’s not my device as it worked 100% better on a recent trip to France. It’s not the environment as this is something I experience everywhere (in Leicester, in Manchester, on trains, at festivals) - but your signal checker says I have good 4G.

    @O2 due a phone call from an engineer looking into my account at the very latest today. Rang in, lost signal, advisor had to call me back. Still nothing but yet bet you’ll take payment on time for poor service

    @O2 what is the issue with the signal around S62 area? It has been dropping constantly for months, it’s fixed for a day or 2 then goes ago. Today I have no signal at all. Again.
