    @O2 I phoned and the woman I spoke with said the amount showing in 'usage cost' was my overall bill as opposed to being in addition to what was showed under 'handset cost' which I've never know to be the case before. Is this correct?

    @O2 why does this ALWAYS happen?! On hold for 30 mins only to be cut off when you tried to put me through to customer services!! Do you realise how infuriating that is why haven’t you called me back?!

    So @O2 take the bar off my phone at 1700 hours and nearly 6 hours later the bar is still there even tho they told me it would be removed after 10 minutes, not like I need to use my phone or anything. I’ve only been a customer for 12 years and only spent about £5000 on them

    @O2 incorrectly charge £XXX to our bank account. Admit this was done in error. We have to wait until 6th Jan 2021 before it can be refunded. Even then, we can to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

    @O2 Hi. Yes, she is unable to relay the code to me. I was also told that, in order to cancel the account entirely, I’d also have to relay a code. I registered a security word when I set the account up. I’ve provided this. But I am still unable to admin/run my account. This is crazy.

    @O2 hi, how can a serious look at serious lack of 4G signal strength be looked into? I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(

    @lmjwoww @O2 Exactly... their response didn’t help at all as I had already been on their website. I would say they don’t currently have 5G in Manchester. Contradicting the info on the website. 😡

    @O2 Right first of all I’m absolutely furious. I paying £51 a month for a iPhone 13 ProbMax and I’ve had it for a month and I’ve had nothing but problems. In my frustration I’ve even cracked the back of the iPhone. I’m disgusted by your lack of signal.

    @O2 Already tried everything on the list. I’ve been here 3 weeks and there hasn’t been 1 day where it’s worked properly. Soon as I leave my flat it’s beyond slow/doesn’t load anything.

    @O2 emailed a formal complaint 2 days ago, my phone is still turned off in error and bills being charged, no phone call yet or email response, need to escalate to @financialombuds
