    @O2 Hi, yes I’ve spoken to someone but it’s still not sorted out . I’ve to ring back again which is awful. I was sent the wrong phone I sent it back Monday and it’s still not been received . I paid my last phone off so I could upgrade . I’ve been billed fo the wrong phone as well .

    @O2 yet another upgrade blunder!! Went to the trafford centre store asked about phone comparisons, the advisor had no idea.. Asked about the contract "above my pay grade mate" seems all she wanted to do was sell me a watch.. Very poor!!!

    @craigrookleeds @O2 Well I'm on 3 and my contract ends tomorrow. I got another phone the other day on 02 but when I put the sim in I've got no network lol. I've asked to swap my number to 02 so I'll see if I get a network tomorrow

    @O2 was meant to swap my number over to you guys from 3 network but you haven't!!! So that means I'm still running two phone contracts! My 3 contract ended on monday!! They wont cancel my contract until the number swap is done !! Please help!

    @o2 Do NOT use #o2recycle it’s an absolute CON! I sent my perfect condition iPhone 7 to them on an offer of £115, only to recieve a revised offer today of £57 because they claim the screen is now cracked. It’s not their problem though apparently, I should speak to Royal Mail...

    @virginmedia Good news. @O2 have provided me with their Volt benefits. Now just waiting @virginmedia to realise what they are promising in the marketing. I guess in any merger there are going to be one half better at managing change and with stronger customer focus.

    @O2 hi, I've been sent a sim only deal which I was told would have 15gb of data but it only has 5gb. The live chat doesn't work on your website and the phone line just says goodbye because I'm not reporting fraud! What a joke
