@O2 hi, how can a serious look at serious lack of 4G signal strength be looked into? I've been advised to use the O2 signal checker which I have done and it always says that my area is at FULL signal strength. This just isn't the case. 4G since covid is atrocious :0(

@O2 the way I have been treated by Basildon o2 store and upgrades team is utterly disgusting! As an 02 customer looking to upgrade… having a store tell me there is nothing they are willing to offer and putting the phone down on me is a joke! Totally disgusting service

Anyone had this issue with @O2 with calls not coming through and no notification that you've missed any calls until hours later?? No notification that I've any voicemails until hours later too?? Even with 4/5 bars of reception?
