So @O2 take the bar off my phone at 1700 hours and nearly 6 hours later the bar is still there even tho they told me it would be removed after 10 minutes, not like I need to use my phone or anything. I’ve only been a customer for 12 years and only spent about £5000 on them

@O2 I phoned and the woman I spoke with said the amount showing in 'usage cost' was my overall bill as opposed to being in addition to what was showed under 'handset cost' which I've never know to be the case before. Is this correct?

@O2 incorrectly charge £XXX to our bank account. Admit this was done in error. We have to wait until 6th Jan 2021 before it can be refunded. Even then, we have to call back to request it on the day. Why do we put up with this type of customer service??

@O2 just to give Jake at o2 Oldham store a review as I don’t know where else to do it! First class service even with technological failing in the store helped my upgrade on 01/05/2021 helped me upgrade to iPhone 12pro max best customer service I’ve received from o2 thanks Jake

@O2 hi. I have Disney+ free till end month, when it then becomes £5.99. I saw on o2 offers I can add it for £3.99. Do I need to cancel and re add for the discount or will the £2 off auto apply when it becomes chargeable? Thanks

@O2 Hi. Yes, she is unable to relay the code to me. I was also told that, in order to cancel the account entirely, I’d also have to relay a code. I registered a security word when I set the account up. I’ve provided this. But I am still unable to admin/run my account. This is crazy.

@O2 I’ve tried calling you twice on 202 and was hung up on 2x. On one call I was dealing with someone who had me on hold for ~10 min before we got disconnected and she hasn’t called back. Please can you help? I don’t fancy starting the phone queue again because you hung up on me!

@o2 received 10 texts this morning to say the phone I ordered 5 weeks ago was finally in store. Go to store to collect and they can’t release as system is down. Total waste of journey & petrol. Texts continuing to come in.

@O2 Really poor that such a large company can't get its act together. Systems have been down for 2 days, so customer services can't access accounts. No pre-recorded message telling people this, so wasted lots of time on phone only to be told systems down. Makes me want to leave.
