    @O2 known issue affecting quality of calls and 4G reduced to 3 G. Spoke with your Helpdesk who are aware of issue in BL3 area but no fix date. Why am i paying for a service i cant use. Been told to use wifi or hotspot. Been happening fir weeks now.

    Anyone got any suggestions on how to get a pac code from @O2 it's next to impossible to get through. Surely this is against @Offcom code of conduct? A comms network company that won't take customer calls!?! Anyone else having this problem? #ukmobile

    @o2 taking a day to reply to a single message to verify my account. At this rate it’ll be a week before they’ll be able to tell me they can’t help and I need another dept. Apparently they’re busy. Bet they won’t be busy when my cancelled DD fails and they want payment.

    @O2 Yes, I’ve tried everything. Different networks, phone resets, network settings resets, eSIM swap, opened ticket with support, roaming reset. Nothing helps. Same problem with different device and different eSIM. No problem with your competitors on the same device. It is just O2.

    @O2 Hi O2, I need your help. @virginmedia sold me a broadband deal and signed me up to a SIM card/contract with yourselves, which I specifically said I did not want. Virgin have confirmed they did this and have apologised, but need the sim cancelling urgently (activated on 18th)
