trying to get a credit off @o2 is an absolute nightmare, 3 months they have been promising it’ll be in my account! Fuming!🤬 Worse customer service ever! I can see me getting away this long with not paying my bill! Worse than useless!

@O2 @TalkTalk can’t believe the farce of Talk Talk telling my Dad to move to O2 then 10 days later O2 telling us to call Talk Talk over issues with the PAC code and Talk Talk telling us to call O2 instead. Been on the phone for over an hour tonight and got nowhere! Sort it out!

@O2 I have been a customer for 4 years and every time I call I get 'we are unusually busy and you may be waiting 15mins'. I would suggest your resource planner needs sacking. Pusz poor customer service yet again.
