    @alibeck42 @O2 Same here! Never had service since day one! But they save the day by saying swap your sim! Nothing changes! It’s their way of fobbing you off

    @O2 We have performed FFR necessarily, as this problem has persisted over three phones. This is an issue of inherited number. Very weird. We've been in touch with the previous user and they are aware. Changed their details etc. It's still happening.

    @O2 the app section for Peter Kay's tour doesn't load. You tap it and it says "This priority content is unavailable" is there any timescale for when you are going to resolve these issues?

    I'm not interested in @O2 deals for Disney+ or speakers or 5G. I'd just like my network connection to work properly in busy Manchester locations at peak times (...once we are allowed outside again). Too often we have three-bar 4G signal but no data. /endOfRant

    20 years with @O2 and this will be my last contract with them come September the staff in the Blackburn store need a lesson in salesmanship when sat in front of a customer looking down at their phone texting is not a great way of convincing people to stay with the network

    @O2 Your customer service is atrocious. My phone is broken and i have said so several times and yet I still keep getting pointed to the mobile app. I just need to change my address so I can get my new phone sent to the right address

    @O2 The whole 'customer service' provided by O2 in relation to this matter has been nothing short of appalling. As O2 is now associated with Virgin Media, I will be taking the earliest opportunity available to switch the services I have with them too.

    @O2 what is the issue with the signal around S62 area? It has been dropping constantly for months, it’s fixed for a day or 2 then goes ago. Today I have no signal at all. Again.

    Honestly, @O2 continue to prove to me that they are worst company. They sent me an email to say they tried to contact me to discuss my complaint. My phone never rang but my iPad received a text saying they were going to call me.
