I'm not interested in @O2 deals for Disney+ or speakers or 5G. I'd just like my network connection to work properly in busy Manchester locations at peak times (...once we are allowed outside again). Too often we have three-bar 4G signal but no data. /endOfRant

@O2 I see you have the man power to take money from customers, just not to deal with problems. I’m disappointed that you have prioritised profit over people at a time like this. I will report you to ofcom for the negative impact your lack of service has had on my credit rating.

@O2 Your first link doesn’t work. Yes, always had issues with mobile internet in the stadium. The folks beside me who sat updating Instagram and looking at BBC website didn’t have issues. Nor do I have issues in larger stadia with larger crowds. It’s just an O2 black hole.

Disappointed to see @ThreeUK announce the end of Go Roam. Was a great service and the major factor in consistently re-contracting. No problem for them if everyone else caves I suppose but @O2 and @SkyUK Mobile looking like better options right now
